另外個蕃茄湯太酸,酸到入唔到口,就算濃湯都唔會好似漿糊咁啦
最後叫左杯熱水成杯倒哂落去先至叫入到口。仲有。。啲蕃茄係爛嘅


另外店員服務態度都幾差,除左落單果下,

叫佢攞杯水,同叫野飲,

個店員好似好唔耐煩咁。。。

客人嚟食野仲要睇埋你面色???

喜歡食甘味,大概是因為自己超愛烏冬,而這裡又能用cash dollars,所以幾乎成為甘味熟客,每次在銅鑼灣想不到食什麼,或是朋友聚會,就不期然想起甘味。可能銅鑼灣太多美食,甘味的平日總是人煙稀少,不過這樣也好,就是貪其安靜,至少沒有一堆自由行在旁大大聲聊天,影響食慾。牛肉麵豉烏冬,湯底有點過鹹,不過湯汁吸入烏冬後,味道就變得剛剛好,牛肉不會煮得太老,份量也能多。每次必點的蕃茄雞絲烏冬,湯底濃稠,蕃茄味濃厚,而且有一片片蕃茄在內,感覺用料豐富,雞絲其實是雞肉條,算是嫩滑,不過整碗的材料太豐盛,每次吃到半碗就投降,飽到不行。蟹籽沙律很一般,如不是優惠價搭配,可以不用點。

OBVIOUSLY tomato soup was mixed with ketchup but isn't from real tomato. I like the vegetables in soup

Udon is slightly disappointed, as it named as Japanese Udon but not as chewy as I thought and it is a bit over-cooked. overall, the Udon is not bad and the size is sufficient. 
the beef is too thin and doesn't taste like beef.......black pepper and salt cover most of the taste of meat. 
but $50 for a lunch in CWB is already quite cheap and there is variety of snacks to choose from.

另一個時光倒流的時候又到了...數個月前在一個陽光秀麗的中午, 斜陽從窗邊射進室內, 我吃了一碗心滿意足的「親子飯」, 更加是「三文魚親子飯」一碗彈牙的珍珠飯, 黏黏的有口感, 上面鋪了兩三匙份量的三文魚子, 晶瑩剔透樣子新鮮, 還鋪了半邊碗的肥美甘香三文魚刺身;酸薑、哇沙比則放一旁, 蔥白絲不要以為只是點綴作用, 新鮮的蔥氣味是提升三文魚親子飯鮮味的重要元素。蕃茄雞扒撈讚岐烏冬 ... 可口滑溜的烏冬, 乾撈比湯浸更為彈牙, 味道純樸帶咬勁。  遇上濃稠又帶果酸味的蕃茄醬, 配合煎香過的雞扒是別有一番滋味。吉列煙肉菠菜餅 ... 帶甜味的薯蓉裏含有煙肉碎及切至細碎的菠菜絲, 薯蓉幼滑但吉列過後反而突顯了它的優勢, 甜的薯味引出菠菜菜香, 所以雖然是炸物但怎樣也會覺得 ...... 「唔~ 好健康!」

是晚再來這間與別府同集團的讚岐點了蕃茄牛肉粒烏冬再配香煎鹽靖魚, 蕃茄湯底味濃夠蕃茄味牛肉粒份量雖小但煎得腍不鞋口,烏冬夠彈牙。香煎鹽靖魚煎得夠香骨少肉多不醮醬汁亦不會腥好味。

煎雞扒表皮煎得非常脆,雞肉也很滑,整體雞扒也很香口,但略嫌油有點過多:'( 另外蕃茄手打烏冬有微微的鮮蕃茄味,感覺上並非只用茄膏或糖之類調味,把煎雞扒跟湯混合一起吃也很好吃呢♥
至於烏冬雖然不知道是否真的手打,不過吃下不是非常軟身的那種,吃下去還是比較實身,但因對於這方面的認識不太多,就不能評論太多

另外壽司拼盤的壽司,刺身比飯都大1.5-2倍,但那些飯很容易散,而且那吞拿魚壽司刺身有點像吃擦膠,筋都比較多,這個餐也是試一次就夠了:'(

突然和男朋友心血來潮 很想吃蕃茄烏冬 便來到這家手打烏冬了兩個人都點了蕃茄牛腩烏冬蕃茄味很濃 湯雖然挺味精的 但也算香的喇牛腩很多 也很淋 不會起渣!而這碗烏冬雖然碗細細 但份量對一個人來說也很足夠對我來說 這趟的目的是達到了 我們還跟點了一客三文魚壽司男朋友說這個三文魚不好吃  飯有點奇怪 再加上的是三文魚不太新鮮來這裡還是不建議吃魚生之類的東西

蕃茄味很濃 湯雖然挺味精的 但也算香的喇
牛腩很多 也很淋 不會起渣!
而這碗烏冬雖然碗細細 但份量對一個人來說也很足夠
對我來說 這趟的目的是達到了


我們還跟點了一客三文魚壽司
男朋友說這個三文魚不好吃
 
飯有點奇怪 再加上的是三文魚不太新鮮
來這裡還是不建議吃魚生之類的東西

經過左皇室堡依間店幾次,今次有緣試下。收工時間唔太多人,一去度就已經有位。待應安排左坐窗口位。環境幾好,可以望到維園。望住大廈反映夕陽既餘光,可以舒舒服服發下呆話明鋪頭名有 "手打烏冬" ,當然要試下烏冬啦~叫左個 "香蒜雞絲番茄湯讚岐手打烏冬"發下呆,好快就黎到~一黎到,真係好驚訝!賣相非常唔討好未食首先扣分,所有食材都混埋一齊,完全搵唔到任何層次...感覺上只係好隨便擺上去一樣....湯底還算可以,有濃厚既蕃茄味,可惜並唔係我食過最好的。反而鐘意食元朗間華嫂冰室既蕃茄湯底好食好多XD蕃茄食落都食唔到鮮味...主角烏冬都唔係太特別,只能說同即食烏冬一樣...這樣的質素,只能醫肚用,完全享受唔到食物既美味...

一黎到,真係好驚訝!賣相非常唔討好
未食首先扣分,所有食材都混埋一齊,完全搵唔到任何層次...感覺上只係好隨便擺上去一樣....

湯底還算可以,有濃厚既蕃茄味,可惜並唔係我食過最好的。反而鐘意食元朗間華嫂冰室既蕃茄湯底好食好多XD

蕃茄食落都食唔到鮮味...

主角烏冬都唔係太特別,只能說同即食烏冬一樣...

這樣的質素,只能醫肚用,完全享受唔到食物既美味...
