今日一個人去了皇室堡食嘢,就選擇了呢度,幾年前我哋經常去,但覺得味道每況越下才無去都有好幾年,今日再來試吓吧。環境變化吾大,都ok舒服,今日試吓下午茶套餐,價錢幾經濟,我選了他他醬炭火炸雞飯加配炸餃子同柚子蜜。等了一會,食物上枱了,賣相都可以啦,(因為下午茶價錢較平,所以要求吾會高),上枱時吾會有餃子汁要問服務員,餃子🥟味道麻麻,配餃子汁就好味D,因為較乾身,炸雞就超難食,硬到咬吾開,坦白講超柴皮,肯定是番炸的,雖然下午茶較平但無可能俾呢個炸雞上抬囉,所以只可用餃子配飯食,應該吾會再來吧😤。

今日去皇室堡睇戲,想睇戲前食左飯先,近近地就係「甘味讚岐手打烏冬」,其實如果唔係對烏冬特別喜愛,可能你未必選擇入呢間餐廳,但一睇餐牌,你會發現除左烏冬,仲有好多唔同既菜式。呢排疫情,好耐無食過日本菜,我就點左魚生飯,女友點左豚肉烏冬。魚生飯正常表現,比一般大眾化日本餐廳做得好,魚生算係新鮮,而飯亦都有用醋及珍珠米處理。女友就表示豚肉烏冬除左大碗之後,無咩特別要講既地方。另外有點雞軟骨及雞翼做小食,因為剛才兩款主食味道偏清淡,叫多兩份重味既小食調節下,雞軟骨炸得夠脆及香口,而雞翼亦都好野味,食完都已經好飽,最後兩人消費滿$200又有一份燒鰻魚,可能係太飽既原因,食落覺得份鰻魚太肥,肉唔夠扎實,而且個汁太甜。總括黎講,CP值都係高既,始終係銅鑼灣晚市時段,呢間係皇室堡內既餐廳既價錢可能比起同區既地鋪車仔面仲要平,而且味道唔差,環境亦寬敞。

鐘意食烏冬既人有福了,哩到有好多款烏冬:蕃茄湯,麻辣湯,牛肉湯都有,我今次揀左個什錦湯烏冬,當然係我最鍾意既石鍋上啦。賣晒唔錯架,湯底都好濃,烏冬好滑,彈牙有口感,而且吸晒啲湯汁,好好味。可惜配料就比較遜色,豬扒係煎得幾香,但比較薄,口感好鞋,而且好乾,即時扣左分。

沿住電梯一路每層上,看到這家日本料理店,看看價錢,都蠻親民,40蚊起已能吃~於是就不用想,直衝入內了🤣🤣🤣

首先點了五花腩泡菜加烏冬,再加14蚊點了小食炸雞,再加9蚊點了雪糕😈😈這樣,已足夠一大一小吃了🤣🤣

首先來了小食的炸雞,炸得不錯,不會很油膩,而且還很香脆,雞皮像厚切薯片般過癮~

烏冬的就正常,沒有太大驚喜,但這個價錢,已算不錯~

至於五花腩就略微嫌肥🤣🤣但都好吃的~

我對溏心蛋的興趣是安先生提拔出來的,以至於我去到有溏心蛋的地方都忍不住叫一隻半隻。他們的溏心蛋質地軟綿入口即融,可惜不知是否太好賣製作不及,感覺浸泡醬汁的時間不夠,不算入味。
