又嚟買海鮮加工啦大尿蝦,青衣12兩,油鹽水墨魚,扇貝仔,左口,獅頭魚我坐低後陳太問我要點整,我話你話事🤣大尿蝦既焦鹽出面無得食,好出色陳新記既蒸魚永遠時間岩岩好,剛剛到位就上台,真係從來無失準,完全係好放心將最好既食材交俾陳生獅頭魚我本身諗住清蒸妹妹下食下魚味,上台原來係蘇炸,阿又幾香口wo香港最近好多餐廳結業尼樣戈樣,其實好多餐廳執笠都有共通點就係無誠意兼難食我每年都會大老遠將軍澳入去鴨脷洲,就係食佢既鑊氣,功夫

今日來到鴨脷洲,一心一意想試海鮮加工,一班朋友過來,之前沒有預先book位,諗住中午時間唔會太多人,點知場面十分墟冚、人頭湧湧!全場熟食攤檔只有佢座位滿晒,令我哋更加期待!之後馬上到樓下海鮮檔買海鮮,結果買了幾樣馬上上去,好彩之前上去攞咗位,買埋海鮮啱啱好!首先,叫咗兩個前菜,分別係招牌炸三寶,同埋個炒麵!炸三寶真係名不虛傳,即叫即炸,而且都幾好食!之後個炒麵就正常,都算乾身唔會油膩!終於嚟到海鮮環節,第一味係豉油王大蝦,呢個確實好味,炒得都幾乾身,亦都保持大蝦的鮮味,裏面仲好濕潤!值得一讚!之後係椒鹽鮮魷,呢個我就覺得麻麻哋!啲椒鹽太鹹,蓋過晒所有味道!個個人都負評!之後就到蒜蓉粉絲蒸蟶子,呢個就中規中矩,比較淡身!食完再叫咗個一口多士,呢個係招牌菜,多士炸得好乾身,都唔錯!但係環境十分逼夾,人背人坐,我覺得呢個質素,其實好多大排檔都有,如果經過就可以試吓,特登我覺得就唔需要!

今日同朋友就嚟咗鴨脷洲呢一邊搵食,就去咗呢一個鴨脷洲市政大樓嘅街市買啲海鮮上去加工,聽講呢度有一間幾出名嘅海鮮加工餐廳,所以就特登過嚟試吓,我哋就買咗瀨尿蝦鮑魚同埋都赤米🙈🙈椒鹽瀨尿蝦真係非常出色,每一隻都做得非常挺身,而且我覺得瀨尿蝦最好就係椒鹽,佢呢一間餐廳嘅做功非常好,有鑊氣之餘,而且味道上嘅調味唔會話太辣,啱晒啲食唔到辣嘅朋友🙈🙈 鮑魚我哋就叫咗清蒸,加少少陳皮成個味道更加昇華!赤米就白灼,所以都冇乜太大功夫!最後加咗個西多士,加工費都唔算太貴,我覺得可以接受🙈

打風過後嘅星期六book檯食海鮮加工慶祝埋生日。最緊要留定餐牌無嘅招牌紅豆西多士。老闆仲提示可以下次whatsapp預留。係樓下最多人果間穩記買哂所有嘢上黎加工,好nice嘅老闆娘同我地一齊傾下點整。每樣餸都整得好好味,尤其老闆娘介紹嘅薑蔥炒龍蝦,感覺到龍蝦應該有先油泡再炒,好正又創新其他餸都好好食,椒鹽鮑魚食落依然好嫩。蟶子用左秘制醬皇去炒,有濃香嘅豉油味。招牌魚蛋夠爽脆。最正係menu上無嘅紅豆一口西多士,有滿滿紅豆粒,仲加左大量花生醬同練奶,極度邪惡賣相又好吸睛老闆娘送西多士過黎時仲同我地一齊好開心唱生日歌,難怪呢間鋪被稱為網紅大排檔,好識做生意。下晝兩點先到已經全場爆滿,走果時都係full house。最後食到飽哂好滿足咁捧住個肚走。
