呢間舖頭朋友想試好耐,我哋今次一人三行終於book左枱。入到去嘅感覺已經覺得好似好年青咁樣,最咪有好多黑膠唱片擺設,感覺真係好地道。生拆蟹粉伴北京拉麵($298): 見到隔籬枱食,所以自己又想試吓,感覺好隆重。上菜嘅時候餐廳同事話會配上10年嘅女兒紅喺上邊噴幾下,會提升佢嘅鮮味。噴完之後真係好香酒味,但係食落去嘅時候就冇乜感覺。蟹粉本身以為面上邊已經係咁多,但係原來仲有成碗,配上北京拉麵嘅幼面可以每一條都掛到嘅汁,而且再加少少醋咁樣食,真係好似食緊大閘蟹咁樣,呢個價錢絕對抵食。韓辣雞卡邦尼配五花肉($198): 自己都幾鍾意呢一個,首先佢嘅麵好煙靭,配上少少辣味加埋泡菜,但成件事又好creamy。五花肉亦首先煎得好香,少少肥肉配上辣味,感覺好新奇。小食我哋嗌咗日本和牛粒配喜馬拉雅山岩鹽($128): 啲和牛粒加埋有成返牛扒咁多,本身肉質靚,配上少少鹽同埋胡椒已經夠晒啦。甜品叫咗紫薯麻糬巴斯克蛋糕($78): 本身以為佢嘅麻糬會係好煙靭嗰種,但係呢一個麻糬係喺巴斯克蛋糕嘅底,食落去有少少甜甜地好似醬咁。紫薯味亦都唔算太突出,但係勝在自家製,份量都還算可以。飲品,淨係叫咗兩杯:Love Craft Cold IPA ($88): 冇出邊嘅IP A咁苦,亦帶有少少甜味,女仔都算易入口嘅。Green Giant($78): 呢一杯純粹係smoothie,有羽衣甘藍,牛油果,青蘋果,香蕉同埋菠蘿。飲得出嚟好足料嘅,所以其實去到最後我同朋友都係就咁平分咗佢就算啦,太飽了。總結:餐廳本身嘢食選擇都算多,但係地方唔算好大,可能三五知己聚埋一齊就夠啦,如果要大班人嘅話就唔太適合了。食物質素亦都還可以,以香港普遍嘅Cafe嚟講都算係高質。 continue reading

星期六和老公在大球場拍完照後,晚上到Layback Cafe & Bar吃飯。日本和牛粒配喜馬拉雅山岩鹽和牛粒唔韌,除了有岩鹽,還有黑椒可以蘸,來提升味道。生拆蟹粉拌北京拉麵很難得蟹粉份量超多,拉麵滑溜,吃得非常滿足。法式芥末籽蜜糖烤羊架羊架有四件那麼多,每塊都有肥膏位,沒有羊羶味,油脂感十足。紫薯麻糬巴斯克蛋糕第一次吃加了麻糬的芝士蛋糕,增添軟糯的口感,蛋糕幼滑,很好吃。飲品叫了貢菊杞子桂圓茶 $66和Long Island Iced Tea $98。 continue reading

日本和牛粒配喜馬拉雅山岩鹽呢道日本和牛粒真係冇得輸,牛肉煎到外層微焦,裡面仲係粉紅色,嫩滑得嚟仲充滿肉汁。一啲多餘嘅調味都冇,用簡單嘅喜馬拉雅山岩鹽襯托出牛肉嘅鮮甜同油脂嘅香氣。牛粒每粒切得啱啱好,食落口感豐富之餘,仲感受到廚師對火候嘅精准掌控。🥩法式芥末子蜜糖烤羊架𦍋架外層掃上法式芥末子同蜜糖嘅醬汁,烤到表面金黃香脆,入面嘅羊肉仲係嫩滑多汁,一啖咬落先感受到蜜糖嘅甜,跟住芥末子嘅微微辛辣就慢慢滲出,層次分明得嚟一啲都唔搶戲。羊架骨邊啲肉更有嚼勁,重點係唔會油膩,食極都唔覺夠。🍖龍蝦扁意粉龍蝦肉鮮甜彈牙,配上啖啖濃郁嘅海鮮汁意粉,味道豐富又平衡。扁意粉煮到剛剛好,唔會過腍,仲完全吸收晒龍蝦汁嘅精華。每一啖都有龍蝦嘅味道,連龍蝦殼上嘅肉都俾心機起得乾乾淨淨,誠意滿滿。🦞開心果Latte呢杯開心果Latte真係唔錯,奶泡綿密細滑,咖啡同開心果味嘅平衡做得非常好。開心果醬嘅堅果香撲鼻而來,但完全唔會遮住咖啡嘅濃郁。飲落既有層次又溫潤,暖晒個心。☕ continue reading
