位於佐敦長樂街14至20號 18廣場地舖及一樓的神燈海鮮酒家 (Lantern Seafood Restaurant),主打粵菜及海鮮。筆者曾經跟隨中菜師傅學習約三個月中菜知識,略懂烹煮粵菜。今次在這餐廳吃晚宴,筆者對菜式烹煮的火候和海鮮食材的新鮮度也相當滿意。。當晚為星期三晚上,入座率約為七成,頗為爆場。疫情後,筆者到其他餐廳用膳,平日晚上入座率約為三至四成。中年姐姐侍應詢問筆者想要哪款茶,三選一。約十分鐘後,食物陸續上桌了。筆者點了消滯解膩的鐵觀音。餐廳採用保溫功能出眾的鐵茶壺。。📌黑松露玻璃燒鵝 (四份一隻) - $238Roast Goose with Black Truffle黑松露的味道十分香濃,即使不點任何醬汁,味道也十分濃厚。燒鵝旁邊的醬汁為酸梅醬和燒鵝汁。順便一提,筆者喜愛直接享用第一件燒鵝,感受燒鵝最原始最天然的味精。第二件鵝件才隨心點醬汁。📌即燒乳豬 (四份一隻) - $258Roast Suckling Pig乳豬新鮮熱辣,令筆者印象相當深刻。乳豬皮十分香脆,吃起來十分過癮。乳豬肥瘦均勻,肉質嫩口又甜口。這道菜約有十件乳豬件,適合二至三人享用。📌糯米炒膏蟹 - $588Steamed Glutinous Rice with Mud Crab膏蟹真材實料,金黃色的蟹膏和蟹肉十分充足。蟹油滲進了糯米飯中,令糯米飯更為有風味。糯米飯炒得頗為香口,質感軟硬適中,而且鍋邊更會有脆口的飯焦。一份「糯米炒膏蟹」適合約四至六人享用,筆者和朋友也滿足得捧着肚子離開。蟹肉的質感也頗為彈牙,可見海鮮的來貨頗為新鮮。職員會同時奉上吃蟹的工具及濕紙巾,頗為貼心。。不過,糯米飯可能會有碎落的蟹殼,用餐時需要稍為注意。。📌星洲麥皮蝦 - $268Grilled Prawns with Oatmeal蝦肉新鮮又彈牙,而且蝦頭盛載着滿滿的蝦膏,大廚有預先在蝦腹「開邊」,剝殼更為方便,吃起來也更為方便。麥皮蝦肉厚實,肉質彈牙不霉口,蝦味濃厚。筆者也覺得剛上桌的麥皮蝦最為美味。。📌即燒古法金錢雞 - $68件Grilled Ham & Chicken金錢雞是一道相當傳統的燒味菜式,由於製作工序十分繁複,所以越來越少酒樓會提供這道菜式。。金錢雞的食材為雞肝、肥肉、瘦肉串在一起,再用叉燒汁慢火燒制。金錢雞上桌時已預先切半,吃起來更加方便。雞肝的味道濃郁,玫瑰露的香氣和味道也頗為出眾。。點少許特製柚子醬汁,感覺會更為清新解膩。 continue reading

年二十九屋企人團年,我地六點鐘坐低,服務員提醒我地兩個小時內交檯。我地由落單到食飽都好快趣,短短55分鐘已經掃清食物,原本想坐幾分鐘傾下計,點知有個女知客問我地係咪所有送菜已經到齊,要我地先埋單;雖然佢口裏話唔係趕我地走,但用意已經係趕客。我問佢地係咪有客等緊檯,但係都無客響度等緊,仲有兩張檯清緊。今時今日咁樣服務態度真難怪港人北上。講番食物,半隻乳豬以為即燒,但送上來已經凍曬,份量也少。柚子蝦球味道唔錯,夠大隻。炸黃油雞味道一般,雪雞變唔到魔術出來。芥蘭煲好香口好味。叉燒王份量好少,平均一舊$30。神燈小炒皇有油炸鬼豬頸肉,都幾特別。新春菜單無鮮魚價錢,問服務員都係支吾以對話幾百蚊一條,感覺唔憂做我生意。整體服務人員低級既有禮貌親切,反而高級同知客服務態度有待加強。 continue reading

💖大碗足料蟹粉翅,顏色金黃,魚翅一疏疏,有助熱蠟燭精心擺盤,一路食一路keep住香氣,慶祝飯局一人一碗,性價比極強! $398⼀碗😋一大人搵飯局又想坐得舒舒服服的話,我都會選擇依一間,食物水準的確非常穩定!🤣值得一提就係免開瓶費!免開瓶費!免開瓶費!這個很重要!😆😆有一次帶Sake,職員仲會提供飲sake器具👍🏻👍🏻用心既餐廳,留低左唔少熟客,有誠意既出品,令到屋企人食得安心舒服又滿足! continue reading
