錦麗嘅粉麵湯底一直都好好食,而我每次食親都一定會嗌多少少泰國芽菜,貪佢生食浸熱湯夠爽口,一碗麵好唔好食就係好睇佢個湯底。而佢個湯底好夠味👍🏻但有少少意見。就係佢嗰塊葉好似冇之前咁新鮮啦~

星期一早上11點40分一個人光顧,點了午餐越式蟹肉餅蕃茄湯檬和玫瑰龍眼茶(熱,少甜)$84,無加一。首先是我入餐廳時是無人的,我11點44分下單,飲品要15分鐘送上,蟹檬要25分鐘送上,好像有點久。蟹檬的湯底很濃,有蟹味,讚。蟹肉餅大塊,有濃濃蟹味,正。其它配菜有蕃茄碎、扎肉,洋蔥條,也好吃。檬粉也好吃。雖然看上去細碗,但剛剛夠我一個人吃,份量剛好,不會太多,不浪費。龍眼水好喝,有玫瑰味,龍眼很甜,有5粒。會再翻兜。

今日試咗呢兩款菜式,真係好有驚喜!香茅豬扒雞湯金邊粉:呢碗金邊粉真係好有特色。香茅味道非常濃郁,豬扒煎得香脆,真係令人滿意。法式牛油雞翼:雞翼煎得金黃香脆,表面嘅法式牛油就帶嚟咗濃郁嘅奶香味,唔會覺得油膩。每一口都有濃烈嘅牛油香氣,味道更加出色。總括來講,今日嘅兩款菜式都好有特色,無論係味道定係口感都做到好高水平,真係值得一試!

星期日中午一點半到,唔使等位可以直入。我哋兩個大人一個小朋友,坐小圓枱,坐得都ok闊落。用手機qr code點餐,我哋嗌咗一個魚丸扎肉雞湯金邊粉 配鹹檸檬青檸水, 另外嗌咗大蝦扎肉米紙卷, 馬拉盞時菜 (嗰日係通菜), 同埋嗌咗特色小食拼盤再加杯青檸梳打,甜品椰青椰汁糕, 埋單274蚊,整體嚟講,cp值都算高,有甜品有嘢飲,三個人都唔使三百蚊,最好味應該係個雞湯金邊粉,個湯濃鬱, 但個小食拼盤全部都係基本上係油炸,肥膩到痴線, 將索油紙滿滿是油,如果怕肥嘅朋友千祈唔好嗌。
