來自日本東京銀座的過江龍,主打日本和牛,提供了多款不同的罕見日本和牛部位,而且這裡的爐亦都比很多燒肉店的要猛烈,能更好的鎖住牛肉的肉汁,吃起來特別多汁!和牛世身(198元)性價比挺高的,油花比和牛上等肋肉的還要高,但價錢更便宜,吃起來帶點入口即化的口感,油脂感重但香,肉質嫩滑多汁!一共有六片。和牛上等肋肉(218元)肋肉的油花都很豐富,肉感會比較足,嫩滑多汁的。這兩款會推薦世身多一點!性價比更足!上等牛舌(98元)牛舌一共六片,而且都是用上牛舌芯的部位,燒完以後外焦裡爽嫩的,牛味香濃!日本產豚肋肉(88元)半肥瘦的腩肉,燒完以後肥而不膩,口感爽滑彈牙,亦有油香!本身加了點黑胡椒調味。日本產雞頸柳(78元)雞頸柳帶點油脂,燒完以後表面會有點焦脆感,口感非常彈牙,亦保留到不少的肉汁!日本黑豚腸(48元)這個腸裡面除了大量的黑豚肉外,還有很多的芝士,所以吃起來是外脆內彈牙,入口爆汁的,豚肉味濃!和牛炒飯(128元)這個炒飯有點像日式鐵板燒炒飯的,吃起來粒粒分明,有很香的蛋味,和牛粒亦加了挺多,每口都是牛肉香!3.5牛奶軟雪糕(38元)牛奶味很濃,質感奶滑,再加上甜筒碎來增加口感! continue reading

今日收工有朋友打黎問一唔一齊食晚飯,於是就即慶喺附近搵好野食,我哋最後揀咗一間充滿日式風味嘅燒肉店,呢間鋪頭叫銀座炎藏燒肉,喺來自日本東京銀座,主打日本和牛,店內提供多款唔同的日本和牛部位。為咗試吓唔同嘅部位,我哋就揀咗炎藏和牛極致六點拼盤:炎藏和牛極致六點拼盤 $588拼盤有上後腰脊肉、和牛龜之甲、和牛鞍下、和牛肋肉、和牛羽下、和牛友三角呢六個唔同嘅稀有部位😌每一個部位都有唔同特色,如果想品嚐肉質,可以選擇羽下、腰脊同牛鞍下;如果想試下油香,就可以試下肋肉同友三角,肋肉的油花豐富,肉感比較足😂。就算第一次食燒肉都可以燒到好好食,根本唔使落太多醬汁,只要點少少鹽同豉油就可以完全帶出肉嘅鮮味🥰另外,我哋再叫咗牛舌、豚肋肉同魷魚。1.上等牛舌 $98牛舌一共六片,都是用上牛舌芯的部位,燒完之後牛舌表皮會變得焦脆,內裡繼續爽嫩!簡直係爽脆得嚟又帶有軟彈口感~2.日本產豚肋肉 $88半肥瘦的腩肉,燒完會帶有油香但肥而不膩!。3. 魷魚 $68魷魚比想像中大份,燒完肉質仲保持到爽口彈牙,口感十足。另外就喺價錢!性價比好高,就黎同碟和牛一樣大! continue reading

繼續支持本地經濟~上次去旺角一家網上評價極高,標榜平民價的和牛燒肉,我覺得只是一塊口感不錯的肉,這家有幾款可以令我回想日本旅行的美味~午時有定食套餐,追加和很多單點美食。因為不知道那個部位好吃,所以點了L1和L3套餐,類似廚師發板,另外追加和牛芯芯及和牛貝身。定食有湯,沙律,泡菜和白飯,套餐肉後有兩片大蔥和杏包菇,也是一重點啊L1套餐($248)包括小三角~職員說單點沒有的肉味濃而帶油份較有咬口和牛鞍下~薄身牛味香帶油份和肉肋肉L3套餐($198)包括和牛肋肉~有肉味較有咬口,部分位置帶筋臀肉蓋~薄身,帶油份和肉味香追加的和牛芯芯($98)較薄身,牛味香追加的和牛貝身($88)肉味濃口感鬆軟而帶油份,大推另外點了外面少見的柳橙梳打($22),如果可以大杯一點點,如果牛舌又沒有售罄就完美啦 continue reading
