🎖️熊妹今日等埋樹熊放工,就悠悠閒閒去深水埗茶記食個便飯啦!其實熊妹一早都聽過《雪山冰廳》呢個大名,歷史悠久,係茶記界都幾出名,仲要係Open Rice呢幾年的得獎餐廳,絕對要試一試!📌裝修比起一般嘅茶餐廳多一份藝術感🎨,牆上掛上油畫設計,地板用上波希米亞風⚛️,令到成個感覺都唔似茶餐廳。📌環境都幾大,有多張2-4人卡位,仲有多人圓枱,熊妹認為坐卡位最舒服。📌雖然係得獎餐廳🏆,不過價錢並沒有坐地起價,依然keep住茶餐廳價錢,絕對係良心餐廳🫶🏻。📌除了一般茶餐廳的粥粉麵飯炸髀西多三文治之外,《雪山冰廳》走嘅係東南亞風,仲多咗啲海南雞飯🍲、咖喱牛腩飯🥘、檳成摻摻🍜等等,果然係非一般嘅茶餐廳。招牌海南雞飯,$70餐牌顯示每日限定100份,好彩晚上仲有得點,樹熊叫的時候都滴左一滴汗,幾驚無份。😅係雞翼雞胸位🐥,雞肉幾嫩滑!葱粒灑上係海南雞上面,所以醬汁只有醬油同酸辣汁。仲有一一堆酸菜蘿蔔絲配菜,酸酸味味幾開胃,黃油雞飯份量好多,岩哂大食樹熊。經典煎蛋牛肉漢堡配迷你肉醬意粉,$62熊妹就揀左常餐,因為好想食個漢堡包。幾掂喎!牛肉漢堡🍔係手打的,肉質軟淋,咬落有肉汁,仲有半熟煎蛋🍳同一片芝士🧀,放上牛肉漢堡溶化掉,滲入漢堡一齊食,滋味無窮,就係熊妹咁鐘意食漢堡包的地方💕。肉醬意粉🍝都唔算好迷你,面頭鋪上肉醬,撈埋意粉食,夠飽肚。檳城叻沙摻摻配日本櫻花蝦炒蛋 + 牛油黑糖多士,$65再試埋個特餐,檳城叻沙摻摻,即係油麵加米粉。配料唔算好多,有兩隻蝦🦐、兩片魚片🍥同一件豆卜。叻沙醬味幾濃,咖哩加椰奶仲要加多一匙羹馬來西亞辣醬,令到成個湯都幾濃味,叻沙最主要都係靠個湯底。日本櫻花蝦炒蛋係全熟,入面擺咗啲櫻花蝦同蔥,可以放埋入摻摻入面加餸🍳。另外,仲有丹麥酥多士,可搽牛油食🧈。凍檸茶,跟餐價,加$3📌《雪山冰廳》係有東南亞菜的茶餐廳,價錢親民,$6-70就有一個餐,兩個人食左三個餐都係二百零蚊,真係街坊餐廳。 continue reading

深水埗多美食,大家眾所週知。在嘉頓山下的嘉頓公司附近有一家平民冰廳,價廉物美,環境也不錯,食物也吸引.🐷 椒鹽豬扒飯豬扒外脆鎖住內裏肉汁,另外辣椒絲、蛋花、醬油炒飯底有驚喜.🥘 咖喱牛腩飯咖喱牛腩肉味香濃,牛筋軟糯,加上薯仔跟微微香料陪襯,送飯一流.🥪 棒子醬西多士切開多士流出滿滿榛子醬,牛油加上糖漿配搭不油膩.一頓飯也不會很貴,不想吃主食太多的話,他們的小食也可以選擇,榛子醬西多士是一個不錯的選擇,不只在下午茶提供,晚上也可以吃 continue reading

今日收工去咗深水埗做gym,用咗咁多體力,破戒食返啲肥仔嘢補充返呢間雪山冰廳由1956年已經喺香港,都屬於其中一間老字號茶記。呢度招牌茶實屬佢哋嘅始祖椒鹽豬扒飯,呢個飯係一定要叫,首先佢個炒飯係炒底,啲飯炒到粒粒分明,唔會痴埋一舊,好乾身,而炒飯入面好惹味同辣辣地,有辣椒有蒜頭再加埋老抽炒,色香味俱全,而椒鹽豬扒煎得好香,啖啖肉,又脆又香口其實佢仲有好多唔同款式嘅傳統特色茶記美食,下次再嚟可以試吓其他菜式。 continue reading
