同朋友行上環,行行下肚餓就去咗食呢間;個日係假期嘅下午時間,鋪頭都唔算多人。店員安排咗我地坐上層,但係上層環境極度陰暗,枱面只係得盞燈,日頭時間都可以食到燭(燈)光晚餐,幾浪漫。1.美國安格斯特級平鐵牛扒價錢親民,一開始對佢無咩expectation,食完發現性價比極高。牛肉煎得岩岩好,肉質嫩滑,仲要好有牛味,只需要簡單嘅調味都已經好好味,不過份量有啲少,一個人食可能會唔夠飽。2.芝士大啡菇大啡菇上面鋪咗層厚嘅芝士,一切開入面隻溫泉蛋流哂出黎,加上大啡菇本身都有水份,極度juicy!3.黑松露蕃薯條蕃薯條新鮮炸起,上到枱仲係熱辣辣,放到入口外脆內軟,點埋黑松露醬放入口,蕃薯條仲keep到蕃薯嘅味道,完全食到停唔到口!4.海鮮濃汁藍青口青口嘅份量都幾多下,味道尚算鮮甜;醬汁方面,醬汁偏杰身,但係可能醬汁唔算好多,有少部份青口唔係好掛到汁,不過整體都算係幾唔錯! continue reading

朋友介紹我到這裏嘗一嘗他們家的牛扒,說是性價比高,於是平日晚市來試下。當日由於時間尚早,所以只有我們一檯客人,我們分別點了48小時羊後膝、威靈頓牛扒和酥皮湯,羊後膝烤得較為乾身,咬下去沒有太多肉汁 與幻想的慢煮多汁、肉質鮮嫩有點出入。而且有些部分更為乾身,有點勉強才能吃下去。威靈頓牛扒方面,一切開餅皮和磨菇蓉未能緊緊地包裹著牛柳,牛柳肉質一般,餅皮較厚,最後也沒有吃餅皮。酥皮湯方面就不過不失,酥皮沒有很酥脆。整體用餐體驗,因為食物質素以致不太愉快。 continue reading
