想試「楚撚記」很久了，2024年11月中終於有機會一試。晚市下午五時半開始，五時半前到達，門外已有人龍。本來想去荃灣旗艦店，但訂不到位，便改去土瓜灣總店，環境光猛整潔。兩款老火靚湯都很吸引。點了老火菜乾煲豬肺湯（細）($118)，份量足，又足料，味道非常好。招牌菜之一的菠蘿拔絲咕嚕肉（梅頭）($119)人氣極高，用上梅頭，肉質軟腍帶爽，口感一流，咕嚕汁酸甜適中，再脆一點便完美。飛天通菜煲($92)非常惹味，通菜保持翠綠，不過對窩夫來說稍嫌太辣。冬天要吃生炒臘味糯米飯(每碗$42），不夠乾身，有進步空間。後加的煲仔香焗白胡椒蝦($169)的白胡椒味太誘人了，蝦夠大隻夠新鮮，粉絲吸盡精華，難得做到不油不膩，驚喜之作。免收加一茶芥，還送糖水，糖水有兩款選擇，分別是清心丸綠豆爽和椰汁芋頭西米露，粉糯的芋頭超好吃呢。

表妹從新加坡回來探親，今日為佢洗塵，揀咗出名嘅大排檔——坐撚記。依家上咗樓，裝修得好橘子，地方大咗，等嘅時間都短咗。
今日8個人點咗8個菜：1）風沙蝦球，餐廳用咗雪藏蝦，蝦身仲好細隻。味道雖然不錯，但係缺乏口感。2） 豉汁蒸鱔係今日最出色嘅菜，條魚肉質好結實。3）招牌原隻炸豬手味道好好,肥瘦均勻,保留到肉汁,但係豬皮炸得有點過,太硬太脆,沒有酥脆嘅感覺。4）蜜汁薯仔牛柳粒好好味，牛柳很香，又夠淋。5）蒜蓉西蘭花,味道和軟硬度都適中。6）落菠蘿咕嚕肉就不過不失。7）沙爹肥牛粉絲煲個汁一pat pat,賣相好差,味道一般般8）星洲炒米有鑊氣，但係辣咗少少。總括嚟講，呢度又飲又食，人均消費百二蚊。不過下次要保守啲，叫曬佢啲招牌菜就算。
