去咗尖沙咀嘅一間餐廳,打算好好款待下味蕾,講真,尖沙咀食嘢選擇多到爆,不過今次我哋撞正喇!🍽️湯頭揀咗充滿牛骨香氣嘅湯底,滋味醇厚,啖啖肉香,真係正到喊!講到肉質,絕對係重點,尤其係滑尾龍,食落去嫩滑得黎唔失咗牛肉原本嘅鮮味,真係喺口中化開,好過癮!其他牛肉部位都有驚喜,個個都軟熟得嚟好有嚼勁。至於花雕醉牛就有酒香味,微醺嘅口感同平時食嘅牛肉截然不同,新鮮刺激!就算唔飲酒,都感受到D花雕嘅香味喺舌尖舞動,無得頂!餃子當然都要試吓,個人就覺得咁咁地,可能因為對面前呢啲牛肉嘅魅力太難抵擋喇,其他嘢都有啲遜色啩。不過,總體黎講,尖沙咀呢家餐廳具有一定水準,值得推介俾食客試下先,無錯過!下次再去,要試下其他款。🥩🌶️🍺 continue reading
