The new chef humbly embraces 25 years experiences in teppanyaki and will be bringing to Hong Kong his original dishes which will reshape Kaika’s menu. His signature dishes include Grilled Kinki Fish with Herb Olive Sauce, Baked Top Shell with Butter Herb Sauce and Grilled Ayu.

呢晚去咗尖沙咀食呢個秋冬會席,價錢抵食又好味!前菜係鮟鱇魚乾同鰻魚,一上嚟就好有日本風味,鮟鱇魚乾鹹香濃郁,帶啲海味,而鰻魚就比較柔軟,入口肥美,兩者味道有層次感,開咗個好頭。刺身部分新鮮到冇得彈,金槍魚油脂分布均勻,甜蝦又鮮甜又有少少黏口嘅感覺,啱晒鍾意食軟滑口感嘅人。跟住係松葉蟹大根煮物,煮物就好清新,松葉蟹嘅鮮甜滲晒入大根入面,大根煮到軟淋淋,但又保持到口感,湯汁飲落有淡淡嘅和風味,幾暖胃。下一道菜係甘鯛立鱗燒芒果蛋黃醬,呢道菜係一大亮點,甘鯛燒到魚鱗脆脆地,魚肉又嫩滑,再配埋芒果蛋黃醬,有少少甜同香濃嘅酸味,好有創意。仲有呢個鐵板燒帆立貝松茸清湯,帆立貝煎得外面微焦,入面仲係滑嘅,配埋松茸清湯,湯底鮮得嚟唔會搶味,兩者非常襯。大蝦蝦肉彈牙,蜜糖山葵醬係甜中帶辣,唔會過於搶口,呢個醬真係唔錯,令到大蝦味道更加突出。鐵板燒美國牛肉眼薄燒好吸引,牛肉薄切,燒到啱啱好,油香味十足,但唔會太膩,肉質仲保持到軟嫩,真心好食。最後上嘅三十六個月風乾伊比利亞火腿炒飯係一個完美收尾,火腿鹹香,炒飯粒粒分明,仲帶少少焦香味,飽肚又滿足。 continue reading

今晚黎左呢間位於尖沙咀The One 19樓的鐵板燒到食飯慶祝紀念日🥰🥰坐係Bar枱前就可以欣賞到廚師點烹調食物😂慶祝紀念日當然要叫兩杯Cocktail啦。Sorrento Gin base,有好濃的甜甜芒果味,女仔一定啱飲。另一伴叫左Mentha Suaveolens主要有Vodka,White Wine,Green Apple Lime同Soda Water,又係調得好好飲,好清新。秋冬會席 每位$880精選秋冬前菜兩點海鰻昆布&鮟康魚肝,職員介紹話先食個魚肝,入口即溶又夠濃味;海鰻昆布有點酸味,好開胃。秋冬精選刺身分別有油甘魚、金槍魚和甜蝦,全部都好新鮮肥美😍松葉蟹大根煮物大根同蟹肉中間仲夾左舊炸豆腐,蟹肉鮮甜,大根好入味好淋。甘鯛立鱗燒芒果蛋黃醬個鯛魚連魚鱗去煮炸,外脆內嫩,加埋個芒果蛋黃醬好夾。鐵板燒帆立貝松茸清湯燒過的燒帆立好爽口彈牙,上面有兩片松茸,好香,連佢個湯都好飲到飲清。鐵板燒大蝦蜜糖山葵醬燒大蝦好爽,調味做得好好,點埋個蜜糖山葵醬食,再配合多士一齊食,好夾。鐵板燒美國牛肉眼薄燒師傅會問想要幾多成熟,我哋揀左五成,牛肉包住啲乾蒜同日本蔥去燒,牛肉味幾夠濃同好juicy。有碗麵豉湯加醃菜,我好中意個蕎頭。風乾火腿蝦炒飯炒得好夠鑊氣,飯粒粒分明最後上埋甜品,紅豆抹茶布甸,真係非常滿足同滿意的一餐。呢度的環境好靚,可以睇到維港一帶的夜景,而且所有職員的服務態度非常好又細心,大推🙌🏻🙌🏻 continue reading

聽講日本人會食高級鐵板燒慶祝紀念日🥂今晚book咗呢間海景鐵板燒餐廳慶祝,位於尖沙咀The One 19樓,看盡180度維港同高樓大廈景色,環境乾淨舒適,氣氛輕鬆,可以舒舒服服地傾吓偈、影吓相,員工態度有禮專業👍🏻被安排坐鐵板燒前,可以睇住廚師嚴謹細心嘅烹調製作過程入座時踏入12月,遇上「秋冬會席」菜單,我地決定叫呢個😊另外叫咗兩杯cocktail🥂🍁精選秋冬前菜兩點海鰻昆布+鮟康魚肝,作為前菜幾開胃🍁秋冬精選刺身一款及金槍魚和甜蝦時令刺身係鰤魚,三款都新鮮,不得不提鰤魚肉質鮮甜,入口油脂甘香🍁松葉蟹大根煮物松葉蟹係秋冬季時令美味食材之一🔥食到蟹原有嘅鮮甜,很好👍🏻煮物中間係炸豆腐,下面係煮至軟腍吸飽湯汁嘅大根,欣賞呢個配搭!🍁甘鯛立鱗燒芒果蛋黃醬熱辣上碟,魚鱗超脆,魚肉好嫩,兩種口感強烈對比,整得好好🍁鐵板燒帆立貝松茸清湯刺身級厚肉帶子,兩層煎至黃金色,肉質細嫩幼滑,大約呈9成熟;松茸精華都融入湯頭,甘香清甜🍁鐵板燒大蝦蜜糖山葵大蝦新鮮,肉厚多汁🍁鐵板燒美國牛肉眼薄燒牛肉兩面煎至微脆,牛香滿溢,配炸蒜片食,或蘸少少山椒忌廉汁可解油膩感;旁邊係意大利產蕃茄,好甜🍁三十六個月風乾伊比利亞火腿炒飯炒飯粒粒分明,鑊氣十足,配風乾火腿味道少少鹹香,大愛!🍁甜品最後甜品係自家製紅豆抹茶奶凍,紅豆嘅香甜加上濃而細滑嘅奶凍,好Perfect,抱住滿足之心食完😄 continue reading
