今日到訪k11musea 的西餐廳。餐廳的裝修美侖美奐,是摩登高雅的設計,還有全視線海景,坐在窗邊,看著海,很寫意。下午茶餐$249 -位,兩位起。Wagyu katsu sando 和牛三文治細細件,和牛帶一點厚度,肉質一點也不韌,口感軟滑,配上美奶滋,口感濕潤,雖然是溫的,但味道仍不錯。大刀魚淡淡的炸衣,配上魚肉,味道淡淡的,帶少少海苔風味,沒有半點油膩感。芝士餅這芝士餅口感香滑,芝味十足,還有酸香的紅莓味,酸酸甜甜的,好味道。綠茶mousse 這慕絲賣相很美,口感creamy 絲滑,如空氣的口感,輕甜的綠茶風味,加上雜莓的果甜和酸香,味道十分合拍。Petite fours朱古力慕絲這朱古力慕絲味道真濃,真正朱古力風味,味道濃而不膩,香甜creamy ,正。法式小甜餅這法式小甜餅真可口,外脆內軟,沒有一般過甜的問題,味道甜香,配咖啡不錯。Cappuccino 咖啡口感香滑creamy, 咖啡味道適中,沒有太苦太酸,是平易近人的味道。雖然天氣灰濛濛的,但又別有一番意境,靜靜的看海吃甜點,滿滿幸福的感覺 continue reading

之前bookmark咗依間位於K11 Musea嘅日法餐廳,終於都過嚟試到餐廳裝修好fancy,至於最正當然就係佢個景,可以飽覽成個維港嘅海景book位嘅時候可以request坐window seat ,而且佢仲有outdoor area/ balcony,可以坐喺出面飲杯嘢吹吓海風同chill吓!今次過嚟試咗佢個seasonal fine dine menu: Amuse Bouche - New Onion同池魚,個凍洋蔥湯幾好飲,本身唔係幾鍾意洋蔥,但係日本洋蔥真係世一,特別甜杯底放咗少少海膽,面層就有啲洋蔥脆片,撈埋一齊飲有口感而且清甜,至於池魚撻配上少少嘅牛油果同青瓜,食落都幾RefreshingStarter - Squid, White Asparagus, Yuzu 日本魷魚幾新鮮,配上白蘆筍、魚子醬同柚子,都refreshing2nd Starter - Foie Gras, Miso, Coconut 呢個組合好小有,煎鵝肝配上麵豉醬同椰子foam,都幾得意同出奇地夾,不過個鵝肝可以煎得脆身少少3rd Course - Scallop, Field Mustard, Ice fish 帶子好大粒,加埋小銀魚同油菜花造成嘅菜汁一齊食唔錯Main Course - Pigeon 同 A4 Wagyu 個人覺得A4 Wagyu比較優秀,食落油脂豐富而且牛味重,至於乳鴿肉質都粉嫩同嫩滑,不過始終乳鴿係一樣好難烹調嘅菜式,可以講佢係中上但未去到最好食First dessert - Melon, Mint, Rasberry 呢幾款材料加埋一齊食落好清新,melon好爽甜,同都當清一清個味蕾Main dessert - Lemon, Yomogi, Korean sesame leaves 蛋白餅襯咗檸檬味道中和得幾好,而紫蘇葉雪糕味道就幾特別,都ok!到最尾仲有Petit four同飲埋杯咖啡,而且整體職員服務態度好好,滿足😋 continue reading
