女士無論去到咩年紀都會有粿少女心,最鍾意啲靚靚嘅打卡餐廳。就算唔食得都睇得,同埋食嘢之餘影相又多一重收穫咁。呢一間餐廳Royal Inn絕對係有一種皇室花園嘅感覺。首先就有種感覺嚟到歐洲經過呢個法式凱旋門側邊做放滿滿咗花。黑白色嘅棋子地板、藤椅、太陽傘、大大嘅落地玻璃,全部都係精緻嘅打卡位。我同朋友就試吓食佢嘅午餐,百零蚊有三道菜非常抵食。餐飲揀咗鮮奶咖啡latte同埋凍檸茶咖啡拉花做得非常之咁精緻,凍檸茶甜度啱啱好餐湯係大蒜薯仔湯濃稠到煲得剛好,配襯買熱辣辣嘅牛油麵包野莓香醋沙律呢個沙律非常之咁醒,胃個汁少少甜酸,配襯埋鮮甜兩色嘅蕃茄仔,好似食緊水果咁甜,超正。好鍾意食菜嘅,我都食晒成碟,夠晒健康。香煎北海道帶子配意大利海膽飯兩粒帶子煎得兩面都金黃色,但係唔會過熟。意大利飯煮到啱啱開口,吸收晒海膽汁嘅鮮甜,味道夠晒Creamy !香炸鱈魚配松露薯條其實就係英式炸魚薯條炸嘢就梗係香口啦,而且廚師炸到非常之香脆。個鱈魚柳嘅漿厚薄啱啱好,熱辣辣包裹住滑捋捋嘅魚肉,好味道!呢間餐廳外內涵兼備,睇得又食得!

四年一度的奧運今次在法國巴黎展開,法國地標凱旋門,又令我想起這間凱旋門,今天相約朋友來吃午餐,就當作去了一趙法國看奧運。今天的午餐有五款主菜,我和朋友各選一份。前菜要了煙燻三文魚沙律,沙律份量多,蔬菜的種類也多,口惑十分清新,酸甜的醬汁開了胃口,接下來吃主菜更津津有味。意大利煙腩肉野菌芝士通粉。一長碟內分別放了通粉,沙律菜和多士,擺盤精美。通粉的圓盆十分熱,待應提醒別用手觸碰,以免燙傷。通粉面層佈滿已溶化的芝士,每吃一口通粉都能感受到滿滿的芝味。細碎的煙腩和野菌又均衡地分散不同的通粉四周,味道鹹鹹香香,好吃而不會膩。沙律菜就是前菜的那款,入口依然好清新。較失色是那幾片多士雖然脆口但油糠味較重。脆焗杏仁盲曹魚伴香辣甜椒汁,這菜式也是份量十足,初看以為只有一件的盲曹魚,原來下層仍有一塊,再下層是薯蓉和甜椒汁。魚身厚度剛好,肉質嫩滑,一梳一梳的,容易切開又容易吃,魚皮上的杏仁和綠色的面包糠十分脆口,又帶點鹹味,為淡口的魚肉增添一些味道。薯蓉的份量也十分多,口感綿密像吃雪糕一樣。甜椒汁帶甜味多些,香辣感較少。餐後當然要來一杯咖啡和友人聊聊天,這個凱旋門之行也在喝畢咖啡後結束。

準備過農歷新年,週未休息出去辦年貨,順便帶媽咪食一個浪漫既晚餐~🦞波士頓龍蝦西班牙海鮮飯:分量適中,龍蝦、青口、大蝦同魷魚,海鮮品種豐富。加埋滿滿醬汁同海鮮鋪滿系米飯上面,一口入魂。🥦香烤西蘭花苗:烤既西蘭花苗清新爽口,清甜多汁,完全無影響蔬菜本來既口感。🍞牛油烤酸種麵包:外皮鬆脆,內里鬆軟烤得非常之香口,仲有滿滿既牛油香味。🫕法式龍蝦濃湯:入口好 creamy 飲到每一啖都有龍蝦味,用料十足 ,味道香濃,口感綿滑細緻。環境:法式宮廷裝潢,鮮花主題,顏色以柔和既藍白為主,用心佈置,店家仲系餐廳設置專門影相打卡位,服務貼心,親切有禮。食物水準一流!🤩

餐廳以巴黎凱旋門等佈置,好浪漫,周圍都係花藝佈置,好適合幾個女仔friend或者情侶嚟打卡。前幾晚同朋友去試咗佢哋嘅法國香烤油封鴨脾同燒三文魚香草忌廉手工戒指意粉。油封鴨脾外皮香脆,內裏肉質嫩滑,味道濃郁,好有層次感,食落真係一絕,完全冇得輸。至於燒三文魚香草忌廉手工戒指意粉,三文魚煎得剛剛好,外脆內嫩,配上香草忌廉醬,意粉彈牙,呢道菜真係好有創意,保留咗法國菜嘅傳統風味,真係好正。飲品方面,我地叫咗Avocado Smoothie同Ice Lemon Tea。Avocado Smoothie好滑溜,牛油果味道濃郁,仲帶啲甜味,飲落好健康;Ice Lemon Tea就清新解渴,檸檬味道鮮明,飲完真係好舒服。

呢間餐廳特點係裝修得好別緻,門口有個大拱形門口,佈置得好靚嘅花海入口,入到去最特色就係黑白地磚,氣氛好好,同朋友嚟打卡,chill 下好適合。餸菜上碟都係色香味俱全👍我哋叫咗以下菜式:❤️蒜蓉牛油蟶子紅椒汁洋薏米意大利飯蟶子鮮甜嘅肉質,加上蒜蓉同牛油嘅香味,融合咗紅椒汁嘅微辣,令整碗飯更加豐富。洋薏米嘅口感滑順,令人每一口都唔想停低。❤️忌廉芝士雜莓法式班戟外皮鬆軟,內裡包住香滑嘅忌廉芝士,配上新鮮嘅雜莓,酸酸甜甜,十分開胃。每一口都帶有果香,令人感受到甜蜜嘅滋味,令班戟變得更加誘人。❤️招牌威靈頓羊架外層包裹住金黃酥脆嘅千層酥皮,裡面係嫩滑嘅羊肉,肉質鮮嫩,配合香草同香料嘅味道,令人一試成主顧。羊架嘅豐富口感,加上外皮嘅酥脆,絕對係一道令人難忘嘅佳餚,食完之後,令人回味無窮。
