𝘿𝙞𝙣𝙣𝙚𝙧 𝘾𝙤𝙪𝙧𝙨𝙚 - 𝙎𝙪𝙠𝙞𝙮𝙖𝙠𝙞 𝙎𝙚𝙩 ~$850pp (+ox tongue)本身喺度諗價錢咁貴食幾塊牛到底值唔值?🤔 食完都覺得成個體驗都係好值得一試的呢間壽喜燒店舖長期都係預約困難店,甚至連打得通電話都成問題ᓫ(°⌑°)ǃ 所以多謝朋友幫我早幾個月已經book咗👍🏻餐廳有吧檯同四人檯,全程會有師傅同你講解同喺你面前煮,全程對眼都離不開鍋裏面啲肉因為個畫面真係好療癒(ᕑᗢᓫ∗)˒前菜 - 螢光魷魚、鱈場蟹絲茶碗蒸 、炸山芋等炸山芋一咬落去就覺得好好香軟,又帶點焦香味,而茶碗蒸都好足料,口感好滑同清新。主菜 - 滋賀近江牛、宮崎A4和牛,部位有肉、西冷、牛肩、追加牛舌(+$100)冇誇張每一啖都係享受(´ސު`)牛肉味道肉質細嫩柔軟,配上香醇的壽喜燒汁真係一流,再沾由日本蛋開成的蛋黃液吃,更加香嫩.ᐟ.ᐟ除咗肉又點少得菜😚 蔬菜籃包括有三葉菜、洋蔥、蒟蒻麵等等,師傅喺每次煮牛肉都會落,個人最鍾意就係佢嘅🧅,同平時食開嘅好唔同,清新香甜。中間追加了四次白飯,師傅提我到最後仲有一個滑蛋牛肉蓋飯😂雞蛋軟滑味道好香濃,大滿足!-------------------------

Can’t wait to try one of the most popular Sukiyaki places in Hong Kong😆 where all premium ingredients are thoughtfully cooked and terrifically yummy! The chef was cooking in front of us from start to finish - I was so excited as the whole cooking process is aesthetic like a scene in anime.
We started with hearty appetizers including pieces of fried taro and crab chawanmushi (so silky!) Then came the star of the show - a platter of beautifully marbled beef slices, each bite is super soft with their good ratio of fats, and melted in my mouth with rich umami flavors🔥😍 Not to mention their heavenly sauce which was fingerlicking good.
