昨日星期六復活節去南丫島一天遊, 由榕樹灣出發, 行呀, 上山落山,終於到索罟灣, 基本上索罟灣已經是天虹的天下. 索罟灣只有幾間食市, 其他二,三間冇咩人, 天虹就旺場,可能有免費船飛送. 我們二人5點9左右到天虹, 唔需要等位.我們從餐牌上3款2人套餐, 點選最貴的2人套餐$468, 有:1.油鹽煮蜆- 有少少沙, 唔算熱, 例牌份量2. 粉絲蒸元貝 - 2隻, 但帶子只有5毛子size, 冇膏3. 椒鹽瀨尿蝦- 1隻, 仲要一開二. , 但椒鹽好味道4. 上湯龍蝦伊面 - 應該叫龍蝦仔伊面, 一開二. 面碎 5. 白菜仔 - 冇蒜味, 份量都勉強ok. 6. 果盤 - 最好.  有菠蘿和蜜瓜買單結帳$532 ($468+$16茶芥+加一服務), 最唔滿意, 就是份量太太少, 唔飽. 返到市區, 仲要立刻食多餐, 其次,年青服務員冇咩禮貌.

山長水遠去南丫島食海鮮,打電話預約嘅時候先知道原來天虹海鮮酒家有船接送,非常好。我地係中環七點上船,大約七點九到。平日去,去到唔多人我諗有五六檯,都係遊客。我地張檯係最邊邊,可以望到個海,都幾正。海鮮類叫左好多海鮮,瀨尿蝦,魷魚,蜆,聖子同鮑魚仔,全部都好好味,一定新鮮,廚師好堅,調味做得非常好,我自己特別喜歡椒鹽鮮魷,係朋友話想食嘅,自己一直都麻麻地,但係啲魷魚真係好正,皮炸都好香口,好薄嘅,魷魚好軟同平時食嘅有分別,好嘅分別。椒鹽瀨尿蝦係我另一個至愛,啲椒鹽好好味,就咁食一啲都唔覺得有問題,瀨尿蝦由蝦頭食食食食到蝦尾,不停加啲椒鹽一齊食,好香口,好地道嘅一碟海鮮。其他類驚唔夠飽,另外叫左伊麵,牛肉西蘭花同咕嚕肉。最特別係碟咕嚕肉,甜酸汁做得好好,唔會太酸,外皮香脆,肉好滑幼嫩,比好多餐廳要好。

驚唔夠飽,另外叫左伊麵,牛肉西蘭花同咕嚕肉。最特別係碟咕嚕肉,甜酸汁做得好好,唔會太酸,外皮香脆,肉好滑幼嫩,比好多餐廳要好。

After hiking from one side of the Lamma Island (Yung Shue Wan) to the other, our group of 13 people were faced with the conundrum of where to eat among the copious seafood restaurants as we descended to Sok Kwu Wan. The seafood restaurants at Lamma Island were similar to others in Cheung Chau and Sai Kung in that many of the seatings were outside with basic furnitures like plastic chairs. Even though we didn't make a reservation, the restaurant was still able to accomodate us by giving us one of the tables in their indoor dining room. That worked out better for us I think as it was still pretty hot outside and the indoor dining room had AC.

For the ordering part, several of us went outside to where the seafood resided to pick out what we wanted to eat. The prices of the seafood already included the cooking cost so the prices were higher than what you would normally expect at the wet market. Still, some of the prices were much higher than expected like $90 for one small sized praying mantis shrimp or $40 for one razor clam. After inquiring on the prices of different seafood and careful deliberation, we decided to order some seafood, meat and veggies dishes to share. The staff who took our order was pretty helpful and upfront with the total prices (not just "this is how much per lb" and not telling you how much it weighs), and was not pushy at all when we backed off from the more expensive items. My tips to ordering seafood are not to get pressured into getting to something you don't feel comfortable paying for and always ask for cheaper alternatives. Initially when we said we wanted fish, the staff recommended a big one which would have cost $700 in total. When we said 'whoa that was too expensive', he recommended that we get 2 smaller ones at $150 each. Instant savings of >50%! Cha-ching!

1) Stir-Fried Clams with Black Bean Chili Sauce (7/10) - the clams were abundant but the clam meat itself was pretty small. The black bean chili sauce was rich and flavorful, which complimented the clam meat nicely. Just wished the clams were bigger.

2) Salt and Pepper Squid (7/10) - the squid was tender while the outside batter was crispy and salty. The batter could have been thinner, but overall this dish was satisfying. Only fault was that we didn't get the vinegar dipping sauce which would have enhanced the flavor of the squid.

3) Razor Clam in Black Bean Chili Sauce (9/10) - so much razor clams! The razor clams had been peeled off their shells for us already. The razor clams were big and meaty. The black bean chili sauce used on this dish was spicier than the one on the clams. The razor clams were cooked just right so it was nice and easy to eat. Since I like spicy, I welcomed the spicier sauce - though it did overpower the natural taste of the clams just a bit.

4) Steamed Scallops with Garlic and Vermicelli (8/10) - the scallops were adaquate in size but overcooked just a bit as the meat was a bit tough. Surprisingly there was no sweet soy sauce doused on top - just crushed garlic and vermicelli. Maybe they didn't want to overpower the scallops as the garlic and vermicelli were already sufficient to enhance the seafood.

5) Sauteed Shrimps with Soy Sauce (8/10) - the shrimps were nicely fried as the skin was crispy enough to eat and the meat inside was still soft and tender! The outside had been coated with flavor from the soy sauce so the entire shrimp can be eaten including the shell.

6) Steamed Fish (7/10) - the 2 small fish was enough for the 13 of us to share. Technically it is easier to overcook larger fishes in general as some parts may be done while other parts may still be raw. We thought that getting the smaller fish would work out better in our case. The fishes we got were fresh and tasty but actually a bit overcooked. The sweet soy sauce doused on top was slightly sweet but not overpowering.

7) Sweet and Sour Pork (7/10) - our only meat dish of the day! The pork itself was soft and tender while the flavor was nicely balanced between sweet and tangy. Too bad the outside wasn't as crispy as I would like though. Still, this was a nice dish to round out our seafood meal.

Due to our careful budgeting and considerations, our entire seafood meal came out to just $200 per person! Very reasonable for the quality and amount of seafood we got. While it may not be the best seafood in HK, Rainbow is a great choice for seafood if you happen to be at Lamma when considering the price, quality, taste and service!

At the end of the meal, we were given tickets (actually stickers) to board their complimentary ferry back to Central and TST. We were lucky as there was one leaving in 10 minutes while the next ferry wasn't due for another hour. The pier was just a short walk from the restaurant, and we saw that the Rainbow ferry was a reasonably sized boat with 2 levels. We all sat on the top level with the opened top and on the way back, the wind provided a nice breeze while we enjoyed the sweeping scenery - something that was harder to due on the public ferry due to the enclosed structure and crowdedness. As we departed at our destination, I noticed that some people got on the boat which meant that Rainbow also provides a ferry ride to their restaurant! Not a bad idea next time if you just want to go to Lamma Island for seafood as it is just a short boat ride away!

during my recent HK trip, a friend booked rainbow restaurant at lamma island which i had also wanted to try. the restaurant offered a private ferry pick-up at central pier no. 9 & also tsimshatsui star ferry pier where we boarded (usually at the private pier no. 5 this time at no. 6). it was quite a fast boat & good fun 30mins ride sitting on the deck level feeling the night breeze & looking at the string of pearl-like litted coastlines & beautiful night skylines of central & repulse bay. we wer

we were debating how 南丫岛 get to become Lamma Island but soon realised that 南is lam & 丫is ah in cantonese so its like lamah or Lamma Island.

we were served (and charged) a pickled jelly fish & cucumber plate, which was good. the seaweed egg littleneck clams (la la) soup was quite good though 1 friend said it was not as good as before. the steamed sea prawns was excellent, really sweet & fresh.
the mantis prawns (2 large ones) in salt & pepper 椒盐濑尿虾 was good too. most friends liked this, some felt a bit salty. i was ok with it – meat was sweet stuck a little to shell. the last one i had at chung cuisine at times square was much better though, and the ones we had at Keong Kee the next day was small but also good & a lot cheaper. 

the 油局蟹 (oil or butter baked roe crabs) at the top photo. we had wanted 黄油蟹 yellow roe crab famous in hk & south china. there weren’t any & the stall recommended this which was a poor substitute roe-wise, the crab meat though was very sweet & compact – i liked it but price was ex.
we had wanted the larger razor clams 蒜茸蒸garlic steamed. unusually, the seller was more insistent than us that it was better fried & we should have the venus clams garlic steamed instead, so we picked the smaller ones, feeling that it was a waste for the large clams. i quite liked this dish, though would have preferred large ones garlic steamed. it was still better than the garlic steamed razor clams at Keong Kee the next day though this was a lot more ex. i not much into the garlic steamed venus clams with tanhoon 蒜茸贵妃蚌. it was quite good but never a favourite with me, should have insisted on large bamboo clams.
 a friend loved the garlic fried kailan (just like me, i like all vege in hk). 

the fruits, particularly the pineapples, were very sweet. a friend went over to the neighbour stall to get ginger syrup tau huay. it was very good & smooth. 

the dinner came to about HK$2300 for 7pax = HK$330. i felt it was rather ex for the food we ordered in a hk seafood restaurant. another friend said he had much better at lei yue mun 鲤鱼门.

anyway it was a very pleasant, relaxed & enjoyable evening, night breeze in the hair, string of pearl-like litted coastlines & beautiful night skylines, great company & food. i will definitely come back but, as with any restaurants, will need to pick the right dishes

在中環乘下午五時多的天虹船,到達南丫島已屆六時了,晚飯通常也定在六時半開始。這樣的行程與飯餐,在老公的家裡,一年總有一至兩次的安排,上一回便是今年五月份的母親節了。我們是最早到達的,一共四圍的桌子均擺放上 "陳太" 的牌子,但發現當中只有一圍備了一壺凍茶,細問之下,原來凍茶是為其中一位陳太而設,不管了,我也是陳太,先喝為妙。凍茶茶香比一般的佳,透出細緻清淡的茶味,加上冰凍的茶溫,喝後立即降溫,非常舒服。於是請侍應為每圍也準備一壺,要不是其他眾多的陳太,甚至連陳生也不會放過侍應們厚此薄彼的對待。人未到齊,但另一位陳太已要來了幾瓶白酒,與及每次均一樣的餐前小食,先自製一個 Happy Hour!青瓜海蜤頭,主角應是海蜇頭,但往往青瓜要比海蜇頭來得爽脆。每次嚐的時候,總覺那份調得帶點酸,但又不是很突出的味兒,有點奇異,但不知該怎麼來形容是好!而花生、蝦乾與菜脯也不無多樣。花生腍中帶爽,可是完全沒有香氣;蝦乾浸泡得過份淡口,失卻了蝦乾原有的鮮香,而菜脯是當中最為正常的,不過單憑菜脯一力是無法挽回殘局。其實天虹的小食,不算出色,名義上是用來佐酒而已。九孔鮑魚通常也是清蒸,還是第一次嚐到採用生扣的

九孔鮑魚通常也是清蒸,還是第一次嚐到採用生扣的方法烹調,可能是陳家光顧太頻密了,廚師唯有搞盡腦汁,為我們添上新意!

鮑魚的彈性不俗,新鮮度足,醬汁亦不油膩,味道調配尚好,不過我較愛清蒸的方法,起碼能吃出鮑魚的鮮味!

幾乎每次都會嚐到魚類炒球與蒸頭腩這兩味菜式,分別在於石班還是龍躉而已。這兩道菜一向是天虹拿手兼水準極為穩定的出品。

翡翠炒龍躉球,味道清怡,最喜歡龍躉皮與肉之間,夾著那一層煙韌的脂肪,彈性與膠質同樣豐富,女士們定能補充養顏護膚的骨膠原。其實爽軟具口感的魚肉,也非常美味,只是一瞬間給脂肪搶去了風頭。至於西芹同樣是我喜愛的蔬菜之一,所以這道菜具備所有我最愛的元素。

這趟的頭腩似乎沒有以前的美味,軟骨內的膠質不算多,腩位亦相對瘦削,莫非是分贜不勻?

廚師又再獻新猷,元貝用上了芝士與薯蓉焗製,帶有西式的風格。芝味鹹鹹香香,襯上滑溜的薯蓉,兩者我也愛之。不過薯蓉甚有飽肚感,未能將全部份量完成,還要保留大量的空間給餘下的菜式。翻開薯蓉,看到裡面白晢的元貝,立即放進嘴巴,可能芝士與薯蓉太惹味了,令致元貝的鮮味被掩蓋了,有點可惜。

這趟可順利地一嚐天虹的燒鵝了。燒鵝皮半脆半腍、肥瘦適中、鵝肉嫩滑,不過缺乏香料的韻調,整體可算不過不失。不過其實在燒鵝的背後,我更欣賞天虹的精神,為求創新,這道燒鵝確實由師傅一針一眼親自主理,更由明爐烤製而成,誠意可嘉!

一看蟹羔飽滿的奄仔蟹,便得知其質量極佳。鋪滿鹽巴的外殼,帶出更濃烈與鮮甜的羔香。蟹羔質感香滑味濃,入口即溶,剩下沙沙口感於味蕾之上,餘韻深長,就連咬一口蟹肉也顯得份外的清鮮。老公跟我也吃得滋味無窮,想不到在追月之餘,還可尋獲美味絕倫的奄仔蟹。

在天虹用餐,很少機會遇到芥菜膽,也許是時令的關係吧!這道芥菜膽採用了蝦乾浸煮,味道清甜自然,油份的用量亦較炒菜少得多了,因此非常健康!常遇到的芥菜膽大多都不夠鮮嫩,但天虹的算是不俗,只是偶有一、兩棵的外層較為老身,但亦是無渣,且能輕易吞下,菜味亦甚佳。

還有炒麵和炒飯,不過實在吃不消了,只好嚐嚐綠豆沙與水果。大家對水果讚不絕口,不過綠豆沙卻非常濃稠,沒有用上海帶與臭草,加上連不愛甜的我也覺得太淡了,所以吃了兩口便放棄。

仍記得母親節在天虹那一頓的鹹鮮馬頭魚,實在令我喜出望外,當時幾名的大廚也在場,可能在監控下質量更加出色,所以大家對母親節那頓的整體效果也相當滿意。九月份馬頭魚的季節過了,幾名大廚同時身處上海,幸好當晚中秋追月夜,還有一道叫絕的奄仔蟹,令我下次再到天虹還可帶著期盼!

Ordered and comment on food as follows:

Butter Lobster $400 - $200 for 1, ordered 2, half for each. After had Boston lobster at two earlier occasions, shocked at lobsters' small size, thought there's only 1 lobster on the dish and checked with waiter who said indeed two lobsters were on the dish that these are better ones comparing with the big forearm ones. So these seem to be those "baby lobsters", actually it very much look like the 牛油大蝦 as pictured in earlier review by Kan Lee -- taste is not badf but I prefer more the taste of the Boston lobster I had in that Shaukiwan restaurant birthday banquet. To me this is not worth the money for $100 for quantity like two small pieces of tasty meat. SO FUTURE BUYERS BEWARE!

豉椒炒蟶子 / Fried Razor Clams with Bean & Chili Sauce $160 - Waiter said only sell Clams by the piece for $40 each so ordered 4 pcs. They are more those 蟶子王. Tasted good.

Soy Friend Noodle $60 - A little too many soy but quantity and quality good.

Ginger juice Gai Lan $50 - this is disappointing, it did not come in hot pot and felt little ginger taste, very mildly fried.

Garoupa $200 - the cheaper basic one sold for $200 for 0.6 kg. Got one and its cooking time is just shorted some seconds with very little meat still stuck to the bone, it is delicious, its soup too, wasn't aware of ginger and spring onions perhaps taken by my friends or little. This is highly recommended and on my must order list for next meal here.

Can't remember at this moment what may be one more dish we ordered but checked bill added upto Hk$1,030 including tea and mustard seems $50 something. Should have taken a photo of the bill as seems to be around $150 difference.

Due to the discounted prepaid coupons we cannot order set meals which should be more economical but anyhow we had one meal that isn't expensive. With coupons we paid average $200 person including free boat here. If we come without coupons it would cost about $250 for one person, saved about $50 or $60 ferry fee not bad for one seafood meal with garoupa, Razor Clams and Lobster -- this lobster I would avoid next ime and can order some more hopefully good food. Of course if we eat as many as when we're younger instead of moderate eaters now the food cost will go up!

Tips the other visitors to Nam Ah Island - there are still one other bigger and perhaps 3 smaller restaurants there at least one or two with set-menu signs on the street, and there are price tags at the fish boxes that you can check and compare before selecting restaurants.

Further this is a decent restaurant with decent but small toilets on first floor.

Took a group of 10 friends to celebrate a birthday together......and it was really a fine and fun excursion. Food quality mostly excellent, service friendly and efficient. Took a group of 10 friends to celebrate a birthday together......and it was really a fine and fun excursion. Food quality mostly excellent, service friendly and efficient. (This may have been helped because we were a bilingual group, so no language barrier.)

We really enjoyed the end-to-end excursion. Pickup in Central, beautiful boat ride to the restaurant (helped by the fact it was a lovely evening) and return afterwards. All efficiently booked in one (English-language) phone call.

On arrival, we were given the option of the restaurant on the left (newer, apparently), and the "traditional" restaurant on the right. We opted for the left, which seemed a little less crowded, and were happy we did so. As noted by a previous reviewer, this is not "fine dining;" it is an outdoor dining experience on a remote island, but within that concept, it was a fine experience.

The kitchen seems to be at its best when doing seafood (duh....). Our Cantonese-style whole steamed chicken with vegetables was pronounced by the local experts to have insufficient taste.


But everything else was really really good:

Steamed peel-them-yourselve prawns: succulent and accompanied with a small selection of sauces (e.g. traditional soy sauce but also pepper oil and cantonese-style hot sauce). I ventured into the pepper oil and loved the contrast in flavor from the usual soy sauce.

Deep-fried squid: crispy outside and not tough (as some squid can be).....the oil used for frying was clearly fresh and the squid were flavorful.

Open-face scallops covered with light bean thread noodles and garlic sauce...ooooo the noodles with garlic and a bit of the scallop meat were to die for! I wanted four more (but couldn't have them, as we had ordered the precisely right number of pieces


Steamed whole garoupa: this was the centerpiece of the meal and also the agreed flavor champ. Not drowning in soy sauce.....this was Cantonese cooking at its best, and everyone admired the adept cooking, which brought out the fish's natural flavors.

Clams with black bean sauce.......the clams were small and tender but frankly licking the sauce off the shells was the really wonderful part.

Vegetables were fresh and cooked just right, with a bit of crunchiness still left in the stalks. Fried rice just okay. For dessert, we opted from their Movenpick ice creams (well it was a birthday party) and the restaurant threw in a complimentary fruit plate.

We brought our own wine.....the corkage charge was eminently fair, and the staff very helpful in providing glasses and a bucket.

Oh....and the toilets were clean, too! :-)
题外话/补充资料: There are a couple of pickups from Central and TST each evening. We found the 7 pm pickup and 9:30 return (the last one) left us plenty of time to fully enjoy our meal with no rush.

(+) 鮮魷的麵糊皮熟度剛好,緊貼着鮮魷,脆脆而不會炸得太黑
(+) 肉質鮮甜,沾有些少胡椒粉和鹽卻增添了不少味道,咬下時口感也不覺油膩
(+) 魷魚肉身雖厚,但一點都不堅韌,軟軟中帶點彈性
(+) 麵糊皮與魷魚兩者之間的配合產生了多重口感,吃前沾一沾甜酸醬就更上一層樓!

我們打包吃不完的蟹肉和魚頭回家再煲粥,果然仍然十分入味,正!

(+) 蟹雖龐大,但腳肉拆出時仍然是結實完整的,肉質異常的鮮甜、多汁、嫩滑,現在回想起也不禁流口水了
(+) 另一個值得讚賞的地方就是在蟹下面很有花雕酒及蟹味的蛋白,其面層蒸得滑溜均匀像奶一樣,技巧在於用中小火蒸煮,蒸時用保鮮紙包着或使用鑊因蓋面是弧形,避免倒汗水滴在水蛋上
(+) 少許的花雕酒和灑上蔥段足已使純美的蟹肉與蛋白錦上添花

香港大部份的中餐館是自選游水海鮮,比起歐美以冰來保持新鮮度的海鮮是略勝一籌。不過在東馬吃過海鮮的朋友們必定認為香港的是相當昂貴。天虹海鮮酒家總括來說多年來還能一直保持水準,但有些菜式只是不過不失,服務方面已比香港一般茶餐廳或餐館好,最少不會對你大聲呼喝。以前有三個舖位的天虹現剩兩間,租金及物價高漲,競爭依然激烈,大集團壟斷市場,香港餐飲業難做。

魚背上製作了無骨的小魚球,方便小朋友大口大口進食。魚肉的彈性雖比不上大魚,但勝在細緻嫩滑。我愛的背鯕位置更是肥美,加上西芹與蜜糖豆帶出的爽脆口感,又可平衡油脂,這做法相當不錯。唯不足之處是缺乏魚味,大概是養魚難與海魚媲美的關係吧!

蒜茸粉絲蒸象拔蚌原是大人與小孩的心頭好,想到鮮甜的象拔蚌即唾液劇增。

面上的粉絲與蒜茸一如既往,惹味無比。一咬主角的象拔蚌,竟是硬柴柴的,絕對不對辨。原先大家期望的鮮與甜完全消失得無影無縱。心裡起疑象拔蚌沒有冷藏貨吧?

蜆隻細小,但味道鮮甜,選以油鹽水泡製特顯了鮮甜的優勢,效果不錯!

上湯浸白菜仔不過不失,白菜保留咬口,不是煮得太腍滑。湯底不算太濃,但之前嚐到不少油膩的菜式,反而清淡會更討好。

豉油皇炒麵該是最後上桌的,天虹亂了,不過也沒所謂吧!其實天虹的豉油皇炒麵水準也不錯,麵身炒得夠爽,顏色也頗均勻,只差豉油不夠香濃,若能加以改進,將會更吸引。

菜單尚欠的是天虹自家烤製的燒鵝,以前也曾嚐過,唯印象不深。剛送上第一座,被長輩們發現燒鵝不熟,所以給退回了。這陣子天虹被打亂了,經商討後換來此碟上湯浸雜菜、一碟炒飯及咕嚕肉。

上湯浸雜菜有生菜、西蘭花、蜜糖豆及小菇,味道同樣是清清的,也可以吧!

咕嚕肉是臨時新鮮製作,炸功較鬆化香脆,味道也不過酸或過甜,又是小朋友的愛好!

炒飯則太飽了,不如多嚐幾塊水果。

這趟天虹的中秋飯餐是有史以來最差的一次,作為一家海鮮飯店,海鮮的烹調技巧不容有失,何況我們是老主顧。不知下次家庭聚會會否再選址天虹,這是未知之素。

Increasingly though, the food quality is not what it used to be.

The quality of service was rough-and-ready but polite and responsive and the environment was exactly as expected (it's an outdoor restaurant on a remote-ish island; it is what it is). No scams, either. I'm not Chinese but nobody tried to pull any "tourist prices" on me.

The food, though. Hmm. Top billing on yesterday's dinner service was the garlic lobsters. Not cheap, but perfectly cooked and absolutely delicious. The deep-fried shrimps were mostly okay, tasty, but a bit tough and overcooked. The steamed garoupa was a big disappointment. The waiter decided to "carve" (i.e. destroy) it before he brought it to my table, without checking first if that was what I wanted. So instead of a beautiful fresh fish ready to eat, we got a sad, messy pile of fish meat, bones etc. The fish itself was tasteless, the sauce was watery, and it was hard to eat since the bones had been mixed into it. I wish they'd asked first before mashing it up. I'm perfectly capable of serving steamed fish myself.

Salt-and-pepper fried squid was awful, tasteless, texture-less and basically cold. I don't believe this was cooked fresh when we ordered it.

I think I might have to start looking for another atmospheric seafood restaurant. There's plenty of choice.

正當煩緊晚飯吃什麼之際, 朋友突然來電說在海洋公園, 想吃海鮮有沒有興趣... 雖然遠在中環, 也馬上答應了... 去什麼地方, 最近的應該是南丫島了, 兵分兩路, 從香港仔及中環分別出發, 因船期問題... 大家要 7 點多才相見. 朋友早就在天虹坐下了... 不過也沒有所謂, 以往的經驗說這家海鮮不錯的...4 人只叫了一些普通的東西...豉椒炒蜆 ($70) - 天虹的食物有一個大問題, 就是偏鹹. 根據上 2 次的經驗, 落單時千叮萬囑的說少鹽, 因此味道還是不錯. 不開口的死蜆也不多, 中規中矩椒鹽尿蝦 ($90 一隻) - 我們沒那麼豪氣的找那些幾百元一隻的來吃, 普通的就算了. 肉質結實清甜, 不錯不錯.粉絲蒜蓉蒸蟶子 ($40 一隻) - 很好味 !! 蟶子很大隻, 爽甜, 配上粉絲一絕, 很後悔沒多叫一點...漁家醬蒸象拔蚌 ($35 一隻) - 漁家醬其實不清楚是什麼, 吃起來有點似 XO 醬加上蝦醬, 不過因為象拔蚌本身的味道就較淡, 較濃的醬汁正好把鮮味帶了出來... 不過個人還是覺得蟶子好味多了...椒絲腐乳唐生菜 (大約 $60) - 生菜很甜

蝦醬炒飯 (大約 $70) - 好多蔥, 不愛蔥的朋友就不要選了, 但很惹味, 又大碟, 可分 6 - 7 碗, 值得一試.

至於網友所說的服務不佳, 我 3 次也沒這經驗. 起碼我叫的不是貴東西, 侍應招呼也很勤快有禮, 相對一些舊式食肆, 實在已經不錯, 不過可能每人的要求也不同吧... 天虹有一好處, 就是有船送你回市區, 省了一程船錢, 哈哈.
