返工咁辛苦,梗係要對自己好啲啦!我今日就同同事去咗銅鑼灣搵食!我哋都突然好想食壽司,所以就嚟咗呢間餐廳啦!呢間餐廳裝修好靚,樓底好高,枱與枱之間好有空間,好舒服!我叫咗壽司定食!一開始就嚟咗沙律同麵豉湯!啲沙律好新鮮,個湯都好味,唔會太鹹!壽司到啦!嘩,我嘅至愛海膽壽司好大件呀,啲海膽多到好似想跌出嚟咁呀!啲魚生好新鮮,好鮮甜!每一件壽司都食得出係師父嘅精心傑作,魚生同飯配撘埋調味料,好好味呀!另外,仲有一個mini版雜錦魚生飯,好好味!最後,食埋豆腐雪糕,好滿足的一餐!

This dinner set has 3 appetizers, 9 pieces of sushi, soup and dessert.

Three appetizers included salad, ??? and steamed egg custard. We were surprised by the smooth and rich taste of the steamed egg custard.

The chef seasoned the sushi to the best taste as we were meant to eat it, thus no need for us to add wasabi and soy sauce.

The best dish of the evening was this sweet shrimp topped with shrimp paste. The refreshing fresh sweet shrimp and sticky shrimp paste have distinct textures but they complemented each other. Also it was well presented by covering the “gold leaf”.

每一樣壽司嘅質素都好高 ,師傅做完每一件壽司會將佢放喺枱上面嘅石碟度,直接畀我哋品嚐。 每一件壽司嘅味道都恰到好處,食材新鮮,而且師傅仲會將調味料加咗入壽司再畀我哋,唔會因為自己調味過度,破壞咗味道。

最後就係飲味噌湯,味噌湯味濃鮮甜。

甜品方面,有豆腐雪糕同紅豆雪糕兩種揀, 我同朋友各自叫咗一款,我品嚐嘅係豆腐雪糕,感覺上雪糕又滑又香濃應該係自家製。

不過個人覺得呢一個餐, 可能只適合於比較細食嘅朋友,始終份量唔算大,九件壽司亦都比較細件, 所以男仔或者大食嘅朋友可能就會覺得唔夠飽。

有兩款雪糕可以揀,同友人各一試曬🍨芝麻雪糕既芝麻味香濃,而抹茶雪糕就奶味偏重,溶既速度亦都相對地較快

I have heard from others before that the chefs in this restaurant are able to serve the sushi platters in the format of omakase at the bar table. It was such a pity that we did not arrive as early as the other customers and the bar table was so full that we could only have our sushi platters in usual dining tables. However, I still love the ambiance in this restaurant as the glamorous lighting and decoration made me feel comfortable.


▪️ Deluxe Sushi Platter (9 pieces)💲368 (Lunch)


My lunch began with an appetizer which was the sliced carrot together with bean curd and a small salad bowl with balsamic vinegar. The steamed egg was also surprisingly good as the egg was warm and smooth with rich ingredients including mushroom, crab stick, conpoy and ginkgo.


In general, the sashimi of all the nine pieces were generous in portions whereas the vinegared rice were relatively small. Another point to note was that the chefs had added soy sauce and wasabi into all the vinegared rice. To mention anticlockwisely starting from the bottom left, the first one was fulvia mutica with an amazingly chewy texture. The second was isaki fish which had a soft and slightly grilled surface layer. The third was halibut. It was a bit disappointing since its fish oil was not rich enough even after searing. The fourth was sea urchin which was truly scrumptious with its creamy texture and sweetness. The fifth was shrimp with some fish roe on top but the shrimp shell was not completely removed though. The sixth was scallop. It was nicely seasoned with some yuzu and the freshness of scallop was leveled up. The seventh was snapper and it was topped with some seaweed which was refreshing. The eighth was horse mackerel with a noticeable fishy taste. The last one was toro yet the fatty tuna somehow failed to melt in my mouth fully due to the tendon in the middle.


I had a bowl of soothing miso soup afterwards. My friend and I were given the choices of either sesame or matcha ice cream as a wrap up. We decided to go for one each and share. The sesame ice cream had a pretty strong sesame taste whereas the matcha one was more of a milky than bitter taste.

There is many things to eat in causeway bay. Yet our all time Favourite will be sushi. After serval comparison, we have choose kishoku in causeway bah Zing. Environment here is nice with spacious place. Suitable for us to chat and won’t disturb by others. There is also omakase set in dinner time too. First, we order a fried veg which is like tempura It cooks nicely which aren’t being overcooked. It is crispy enough. And I like the wag that they decorate the dishes which has 2 stones next to it.

It cooks nicely which aren’t being overcooked. It is crispy enough. And I like the wag that they decorate the dishes which has 2 stones next to it.

We have order 8 sushi, fish srensuper fresh and 100% match with the sushi rice. Those sushi rice is well cooked which the vinegar and rice proportion is fit.

Hokkaido sea urchin  nothing can beat it sweet and milky,  sweet and creamy like milky scent. The original sushi rice has been mixed with sea urchin sauce and tastes even better.

大粒肥厚的北海道帆立貝肉身光滑細緻,味甜富彈性,而且這裡的所有壽司,師傅預先把wasabi放在飯和魚生片之間,飯粒已經塗上醬油,調較好味道讓客人可以即時入口。
Hokkaido Scallops  

The large and thick Hokkaido Scallops is sweet and firm. The master put the wasabi between rice and sashimi in every sushi. Rice has been coated with soy sauce, and so  you can put it into your mouth immediately.

As I was my friend birthday, I have brought him to Kishoku. I have been hearing it from my friend comment that it was really good, finally today I have had chance to try it out. This time I have tried their lunch ‘deluxe sush’ it was a 9 sushi set lunch that included starter, sushi, miso soup and dessert, which I thought $368 was really worthy and I will definitely come back for dinner. For the starter, we have sesame salad, which I found that the salad was really fresh and the size was not too big, so my stomach could have more space for those delicious sushi.
All of the sushi was really good especially urchin, Hokkaido scallop and red shell. The red shell and scallop was really fresh and refreshing which is the best sushi I have ever had.

For every sushi u don’t need to out wasabi or soy sauce on your own, because the chef has already fixed wasabi and soy sauce at the sushi, which I found that very favorable

There’s also a steamed egg in this set lunch, there are mushroom and prawn in it. The steamed egg was really soft and smoothly. I wish I could have another one.

For the ice-cream I have chosen sesame ice-cream, they have cool down the bowl as well, so the ice cream won’t melt it that quick
And my friend ordered matcha ice-cream which is milky and taste of matcha was really strong. I strongly recommend everyone to order this

Overall I found Kishoku was absolutely wonderful, I will definitely recommend all my friend to here and once more I will be back for their dinner omakase. It is such an wonderful experience

The sushi were not pre-made, the chef made them in front of you using very fresh ingredients!All sushi tasted really good! Their sushi rice tasted much better than the normal one, it was specially made with different vinegars which tasted not as strong as usual.

The chef recommend few sushi for us, including Flamed Karen, amaebi, Hokkaido Uni, 9 days aging Toro, Kaibashira, Miru Gai and Kasugo etc.
all sushi are delicious, I especially enjoyed eating the UNI and Toro sushi. UNI sushi was fresh and delicious. Toro sushi was different from eating from fresh market. Toro tasted much better after 9 days aging process, the texture was superb.

I think quality is more important than quantity. Therefore, I prefer to eat these fresh and high quality sushi rather than those are just a rice ball with some ingredient.
The meal also included a steam egg, miso soup and ice-cream(red bean or tofu).
