My friend always likes french food and so she suggested to visit this restaurant. My friend always likes french food and so she suggested to visit this restaurant. When I called to make a reservation, the person over the phone spoke with a very heavy french accent, and since then, I thought that this should be a very traditional french restaurant.

This restaurant is situated in the heart of Causeway Bay, just opposite Time's Square. Even so, it was rather hard to find the building. Nevertheless, we managed to find it in the end. 

We reached the restaurant at about 7:30pm. It wasn't too busy then. In fact, it was romantic and quiet, with candlelights on our table. 

We looked at the menu and we thought, wow, this is amazing! We wanted almost everything from the menu. Finally, we decided to have 1 galette each and 1 crepe to share. I chose the La Super Complete, which was a galette with ham, egg, cheese and mushrooms. These ingredients came together nicely. The sunny-side-up right in the middle of the galette looked beautiful too. The only comment for this was that there was a bit too much cheese in it... o well... I don't normally eat cheese.

As for the crepe, I've forgotten the name of it, but it looked so cute. It was a pancake wrapped like a giftbag, with ice-cream, raspberries and strawberries inside, and also strawberry sauce drizzled all over the plate.

3 crepes and galettes to be shared between two girls seemed a bit too much. It would have been better if we came with more people so we could try other dishes as well.

Atmosphere is great! Food is great! I order fried Foie Gras as appetizer. It's nicely good. taste good. crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.  I ordered the duck pan cake, the taste is good. Duck is a bit dry and chewee, pancake is crispy. Overall taste is good. But, it's not the best I have tried before. Creme brûlée ice cream is recommended! It's quite sweet though! I would love to comeback for tea n crepe again!

The restaurant was in a slightly dodgy and hard to find building with a very ghetto elevator. Like I was pretty sure if anyone if the elevator tried to move too much we would instantly fall to our deaths

Although we went on a Friday night I was surprised by how empty the restaurant was. I’d say it was around 60% filled? Also, the tables & chairs were kind of old and felt like they’d break if someone too heavy sat on it ….hahaha
One of our friends was late so we ordered some appies first. My friends wanted escargot so they ordered one. I still haven’t came to terms with the idea of eating snails so I didn’t try any, but took a picture anyway

It was pan-fried to medium well, with a thin crispy layer and melty fat inside. Properly seasoned and great execution!
While Fleur de Sel is known for making crêpes, I realized that they do not actually make crêpes but galettes. According to my research it’s a variety of crêpe made with buckwheat flour and is usually used for savoury fillings. Compared to the regular crêpes which are usually more popular outside of France, galettes are slightly crispier and the ‘fillings’, or rather, toppings are not wrapped and just sit on top of the crust. Sort of like a detached pizza.
There was a very wide variety on the menu so it took us quite a while to decide what to order. I settled on the Four Seasons – Galette with Artichokes, Parma Ham, Ratatouille & Mushrooms

Honestly crêpes/galettes are pretty versatile so the taste factor depends a lot of the toppings (if the pancake part isn’t too screwed up, that is). It was my first time trying galette so I don’t have something to compare it to, but it did taste wheat-y. I suppose eating crêpe is like eating white bread and galettes would be the whole wheat hahaha.
Anyway, the toppings were interesting although I don’t really see how they go together. Like I might as well have chose whatever toppings I liked The artichokes and ratatouille were a bit on the sour side, and the mushrooms were a bit bland. Overall not bad, but definitely not an eye opening experience. I might consider coming back to try one of their sweet galettes, or to get more of the French accent

It was supposed to be dinner, but friend wanted dessert, here's the best of both worlds.I had LA creperie before, I loved it (except their service). This galette was slightly disppointing in comparison. It wasn't BAD.. but it wasnt GOOD either. And it didn't come out out enough, just barely warmed up.AND NOT ENOUGH TOPPINGS!! There were only pieces of parma ham... and a few sprinkles of mushrooms.My friend never had LA creperie so unfortuantely he had nothing to compare it to. He LOVED his desse

AND NOT ENOUGH TOPPINGS!! There were only pieces of parma ham... and a few sprinkles of mushrooms.

My friend never had LA creperie so unfortuantely he had nothing to compare it to. He LOVED his dessert crepe = banana + caremel + creme brulee ice cream.

I detest caramel and fruits drenched in syrup.. so I only picked at his ice cream. It wasn't bad.

I guess based on location I might come back. ONLY if I'm with someone what wanted to try something new ie. non-rice non-noodle meals.

Great presentation that could make you mouthwatering, tick!
Immediately i fold it in so that all ingredients will mix together and warmed by the crepe.
Tomato, egg and cheese is a must-win combination, so no complaint.

i would expect it with a slightly crispy top (that comes out from the pan with butter), with the aroma of egg and chewy texture.
Butter and sugar is a basic but ever-green combination, the buttery smell (French butter is really the best) and the crunchy sugar (before melting), i can't stand even just to think about it.

everything is so-so hence i would say it's not the best in town, (La creperie could be) but still worth going to as finding a good crepe in Paris is also not easy.

题外话/补充资料: This is Hong Kong and not Europe so i would suggest this restaurant to offer tap water otherwise you are going to lose so many customers by charging them the imported bottle water / whatever drinks you offer

我和Nat的主菜都選了Crepe of the week: Egg, Spinach, Gorgonzola and Emmental,賣相很吸引,上檯時是飄著煙的熱燙,薄餅本身麥味很濃,口感有點煙韌,摺位是沒有餡料的,而傻瓜的在下也當然是發揮了小學雞本能— 先吃光光圍邊淡味的位置留下充滿著餡料的中央到最後吃,以為自己超理智,其實是大錯特錯!作為芝士怪也受不了Gorgonzola和蛋黃那濃烈得不行的味道,遺憾每口都只有超級濃郁的藍芝士味和麥味,菠菜完全起不了中和或平行味道的作用,純粹裝飾,令整件薄餅都十分膩滯,真可惜。

最後小妹選了咖啡而Nat選了她至愛的雪糕,咖啡不酸不過苦,但味道也較稀薄,熱奶是分上的,很有誠意,奶香和滑滑的質感卻完全欠奉,疑似脫脂奶,雖然個人也提倡健康主意,不過配咖啡還是肥肥的好。

Nat 的雲尼拿雪糕成品也不錯,淺嚐了口,雲尼拿味挺香的,也沒有細冰,但對小妹這非甜魔來說伴上的朱古力醬就甜了點。

而擁有蚊胃的同事Sindy因太飽而只點了Kinder Surprise ($55)加焦糖雪糕($20),樣子很討好,店方把Kinder Joy 溶在甜Crepe上,並附上那兩球脆脆和玩具,店員還說要檢查她的身份證,鬼馬啊!

雖然$88嚐一個充滿法式風味的三道菜午餐價錢很合理,不過老土說句還是巴黎的好,唉,鬼唔個呀媽係女人,Crepe這東西還是雙手拿著然後大口地吃,還有半溶芝士在纏綿著感覺較好。

在法國吃過後,在港只有日式的,找不到法式的。鹹的用buckwheat,很chewy.最欣賞廚師手勢好,塊餅好薄又好平均。波菜有預先煮過,好有味,weekly special的那個意大利blue cheese比一般芝士濃味,很惹味。甜的焦點好香,不會甜到漏。

Rude service in town plus bad food! Definitely wont return and will sprwad out how bad they are! I booked table for 2 for lunch 2 days ago and they said dont hv my booking in an unfriendly way when i arrived! While i was waiting for my friend i asked if they hv any reccomendation and the waiter replied my friend not yet arrived and recommended the most expensive one to me. The food arrived a few mins after we ordered and while i was waiting for my coffee i asked for warm water and the reply was

能夠在銅鑼灣這個人來人往的地方找到一個靜靜的角落聊聊天, 多幸福。餐廳座落於一幢舊唐樓, 入口有點隱蔽。入到餐廳就是一般的法國crepe餐廳格局, 但比灣仔LA Creperie, 這裡感覺寧靜一點。Truffle迷的我當然是選了la truffe。Crepe上桌就是感覺不夠熱, 只是微暖, 所以餅底沒有應有的香味, 幸好我的truffle帶起香味, 加上刺穿了的蛋汁及ham, 香味濃郁。他試了試我的crepe, 都說我的比他的好吃。之後他點了latte, 我要茶。Latte就不是他那杯茶, 咖啡味不夠濃, 反正就不是他喜歡的。因為窗邊的座位是露天的關係, 坐近窗邊間中就會聞到煙味。人少的時候還是可以接受的。下次有機會, 都會上來這個地方嘆嘆下午茶。

之後他點了latte, 我要茶。Latte就不是他那杯茶, 咖啡味不夠濃, 反正就不是他喜歡的。

因為窗邊的座位是露天的關係, 坐近窗邊間中就會聞到煙味。人少的時候還是可以接受的。

鹹crepe比較滯,整個crepe都佈滿cheese。

散叫既salmon crepe層次比較豐富,材料比較多,有spinach。

反而甜crepe更有蛋香味,配埋caramel既甜好開胃。

九月都無點寫過成評、數數手指應該仲有十篇十月除左要繼續食繼寫、仲要追番九月果d今次就要寫番九月初既呢餐那天又是和大同既星期五聚會相約地點係銅鑼灣、但無鎖定餐廳於是我就介紹呢間、雖然我係認為應該full左、因為我記得係好細、我們又book位、又係星期五晚上黃金時份算啦!碰下運氣啦!點知真係有張吉枱 一年前黎過、但食唔到le terre neuve、即下圖有三文鱼、菠菜呢個、加上一年前黎有不快回憶、同個朋友開玩笑開大左、佢就一支箭飛走左所以今次一定要彌補番開心回憶!!黎到都唔洗諗叫乜、一早鎖定目標、擇酒!另外三個朋友擇左一輪、最後都擇左一樣食物我擇左隻玫瑰味既白酒、朋友擇左apple cider佢地果份好快到、我叫既野一樣、但就遲左十分鐘左右仲要無人地果份甘好啊!我覺得我隻蛋太熟、可以睇下第三幅相、雖然黑左點!哈哈!頭兩幅我影朋友既同埋我果份有點焦係個餅度、煮過龍喇!!!!!!overall,呢餐都唔錯啦!無趕人走!服務一般般得一個人做樓面

我擇左隻玫瑰味既白酒、朋友擇左apple cider

佢地果份好快到、我叫既野一樣、但就遲左十分鐘左右
仲要無人地果份甘好啊!

我覺得我隻蛋太熟、可以睇下第三幅相、雖然黑左點!哈哈!

同埋我果份有點焦係個餅度、煮過龍喇!!!!!!

Fleur de Sel 位於樓上 Café 集中地寶富大廈,正門是一條由白色磚組成的隧道,不能吸引一定人流到訪。該店由一位法國籍廚師主理,餐牌內的班戟選擇亦是法文名字,令人感覺正宗。班戟分為鹹、甜兩大類,首次光顧的話,「檸茶」推介 La Calvados, 由薑餅、蘋果及焦糖雪糕組成。店方選用了瑞士Movenpick品牌的雪糕,可見其對食材的認真;蘋果味道淨吃的話偏甜,與 Crêpe 一起吃的話卻恰到好處;薑餅對 Crêpe 來說是罕見但新鮮的配搭,與焦糖一起放在這個 Crêpe 上效果甚佳。

I came here one weekend in the afternoon to grab afternoon tea with 2 friends. I had been to La Creperie before and was looking forward to compare the two. I already had lunch so I decided to go for the dessert crepes where there were plenty of choices. The la poire caught my eye, which was caramelized pear with lavender, creme brulee ice cream and chocolate sauce. When my plate came, the smell was appetizing. The taste was also good where the pear was cooked and infused with flavor. I couldn't really taste the creme brulee in the ice cream but who could resist chocolate sauce and crepe combined. They don't serve water apparently and we're forced to order overpriced sodas that you can buy for fraction of the price at a supermarket or risk dying of thirst.

Unfortunately, we were turned off by this place because of the service. From the start we were consistently ignored and the waitstaff was very inattentive. He just looked like he didn't want to be there and we didn't feel welcome at all. He also had a stuck up attitude when he did get around to our orders. It was enough to turn me off from this place forever.
