Went for a nice couple dinner. Enjoyed every dish we ordered. The staff was attentive and gave good recommendations. Great selection of wine all from small wine producers. Lamb ribs, beef cigars, dolma were especially good. Will come back!

Service was beyond worst, it was more rushed the dining at cha chan tang ( local casual place). Once we sit down, few waitress came and rushed us to order food, incredibly they were so rush that they went away before we fully ordered the food! 呢間餐廳同啲食評一樣完全冇令我失望，係一間好有西餐感覺嘅中東菜。而呢個地方係一個旺中帶靜嘅街上面。成個晚餐嘅感覺都好chill! 我哋兩個人食，叫咗四個菜:1) Falafel (5/5) 同出邊食嘅size有少少細過，但係整體口感都良好，外脆內軟，同埋上菜時仲係好熱辣辣，超級新鮮！2) Hummus (5/5) 同平時嘅差唔多，但係佢嘅pita bread 簡直係一流，超級新鮮超級好食，我諗就算係冇hummus，淨係食個包都回味無窮。3) Wagyu Hanger (5/5) 冇諗過係呢一間中東菜上面都可以食到咁好食嘅牛，個牛煮得啱啱好, 同啲mustard sauce好夾！4) Cauliflower (不過唔記得咗影相添) (4/5) 呢個唔知係咪佢落得太多yogurt, 令到成碟菜都有少少酸，不過整體都好好，不妨一試。小結: 餐廳無收加一，而係按大家嘅意願去比小費，所以服務都比較殷勤。

前幾日聽朋友講灣仔有間好好食既中東菜餐廳，見今日有時間就去試試。一早已經聽朋友講佢無得book位又好爆，所以我地六點半已經去食，好彩坐到門口位！（再遲已經要等45分鐘）不過好既係依間餐廳會留你電話訓落waiting list，如果錯過第一輪佢有位會跟waiting list打俾你叫你番黎食。我同朋友兩個人去食，個侍應就建議我地叫4-6個菜share我地首先叫左個Hummus, 其實就係鷹咀豆蓉，佢裡面仲加左羊肉粒同烤鷹咀豆。啲豆蓉好軟滑，羊肉啲味好融入到啲豆蓉裡面，好正，好好味！第二樣係Burnt eggplant, 朋友好中意矮瓜所以佢好鍾意😂我自己就覺得加左乳酪，酸酸地而且啲矮瓜都唔會太腍，口感幾好而且好開胃。另外仲叫左個Grilled octopus, 八爪魚唔硬而且有口感，配埋哈里薩辣醬同薯仔餅食幾夾，不過相對於上面個兩個佢唔太特別。主菜叫左個Iberico pork skewer, 配埋salsa同檸檬汁食啲豬肉唔會好油同膩，而且伊比利亞豬肉本身就好香好好食，燒過好惹味！不過頭尾個兩舊有啲焦，有少少苦味，中間個兩舊就好好食！另一個叫左Manti dumpling, 其實係牛肉

特色中東菜-FRANCIS(灣仔)頗受外國人歡迎的餐廳!😛中東菜在香港不常吃到, 聽說這裡的菜色全都是以色列的街頭美食, 挺有特色😍1️⃣午市套餐$160 包括3個菜, 前菜一定要試試hummus(鷹嘴豆泥) 口感類似薯蓉, 豆味濃郁且質感creamy! 記得配麵包吃👅2️⃣主菜推介Manti Dumpling, 咖喱汁+ 芝士菠菜Dumpling, 很有趣的組合,挺有驚喜🤗3️⃣最后甜品: Yogurt Mousse, 配上蜜糖,脆脆跟肉桂粉,看似平凡但所有配料合上來是完全沒違和感, Yogurt的質感亦比平常吃的較稠身🤩整體這裡的菜式讓人有驚喜, 挺有特色,推介推介👍🏻👍🏻rating:7/10

This small & bustling restaurant serves a modern interpretation of Israeli food, itself very rarely found in Hong Kong. we went early on a Friday night to ensure a table. we didn't have to wait and were happily seated by yhe bar . thjs place is small and intimate with delicious food. the lamb ribs were sublime and definitely worth going back for. the beef cigars were ok but we wouldn't order again. they were very long spring rolls filled with beef. chicken schnitzel was good and the hullumi. tasty cocktails and staff who were very efficient and helpful

One of the most hyped restaurants of 2018... and it lives up to the hype!!! The hamachi which was off the daily specials menu was light and fresh while the cauliflower on the main menu is always a winner! The star of the show was the wagyu hanger steak! I highly recommend this dish.🤤I love that they have a great selection of wines at fantastic prices! Definitely will be returning here soon😍

西餐平曰吃得多，以色列菜還是第一次。這間餐廳位於灣仔的聖佛蘭士道，感覺恬靜。餐廳裝潢型格簡潔，而且設有看街的solo bar 座，客人可以一邊看著街景，一邊品嚐餐點，十分寫意。由於今曰是週末，沒有set lunch, 只有Brunch $280。Brunch 包括四道前菜、主菜及甜品。Meze Hummus- chickenpea 鷹嘴豆泥口感軟滑，仍然保留沙沙的質感。既有豆香，又帶一點香草的味道，仲有淡淡的蒜香和芝麻香，還有橄㰖油的點綴，配上鬆軟的麵包，簡單的美味，好吃。雖然是全素，但味道濃郁，一點也不寡。Cigar- Beef, green tahini這春卷比平曰吃的春卷長很多，又窄又長，幾有型，但又幾好吃。春卷炸得乾身，不帶半點油膩感。而牛肉饀料十分惹味可口，沾上青tahini醬，滿有中東風情的味道。Avocado- labneh, za atar 這牛油果沙律比較特別。配料有車厘茄、洋蔥、生菜和牛油果. 平日吃沙律都是用黑醋或沙律醬，而這兒的是用酸乳酪。整個沙律味道酸酸地，質地creamy豐盈。既有熟透牛油果的軟滑，又有酸忌廉的厚滑，仲有車厘茄的酸酸甜甜，是巧妙的平衡。Hal

I had a set lunch at Francis. The ingredients were really fresh and cook well. I really enjoyed my spicy fish main. It wasn't spicy but flavorful. The labneh avocado salad was also balanced, labneh was quite tart which paired well with the avocado. It's also great to find labneh in more places in hk finally! 這家位於灣仔聖法蘭士街新開業沒多久，已經有不少飲食達人推介過。為了避開等位情況，我們決定提早吃晚飯。餐廳座位並不多，他們有個半室外的設計我非常喜歡，環境佈置、氣氛、員工服務都非常好。餐牌的食品不算多，經過店員推介了幾款食品，最後我們點了四款食品。先來一個頭盤醃菜。Hummus 新鮮烘焙的彼得包和他們特別調製的鷹嘴豆蓉，羊肉味不酥，豆蓉打得好軟滑，配上香口彼得包，非常滋味。我不吃羊也接受喔！Falafel 接著的是大家耳熟能詳的中東小食falafel，炸得香脆，香料和豆粒非常匹配，不能不吃喔！有一點奇怪，這個份量只有三件？但我們看其他食評應該有四件的，有人偷吃了嗎？Smoked Carrots香甜蜜糖煙燻甘荀，加上杏仁醬汁，好吃到根接一根。必試Wagyu Hanger這個wagyu hanger 真是太好吃了！燒得剛剛好，外面有焦香，內𥚃肉質超嫰，肉汁香濃，値得推介！總括這家餐廳無論在佈置、食物、飲料及服務非常滿意，而且價錢合理。看得出廚師用心烹調和對食物的要求。期待下次試其他的食品，必定再次光顧！

$360能食 set dinner , 還可以投訴什麼？雖然時間趕短，staff不斷上菜，沒明示但你懂的，反正亦不宜久坐，最好客人亦自己識做叫酒水幫襯.....但說真的，在灣仔、這價錢、這麼多道小菜，味道亦有中上至一般，我還是覺得抵食！
