老字号铁板烧🫶🏻食咗好多人都话好好食嘅熔岩芝士玉子烧😋啲蛋真系够嫩滑多汁 但系芝士唔系浓味𠮶只,所以我自己加咗啲七味粉,咁就更加惹味😝然后就系写咗落去块板度,冇写落Menu度嘅~烧羊奶芝士🧀佢都系用铁板整嘅外脆内软配合埋啲蜜糖好好味🤤弹牙黑毛猪🐷下面仲有啲薯蓉 和牛好幼嫩嘅感觉 正呀 入口即溶旁边嘅鸡髀菇都整得好好食食完之后仲会将你块多士拎返去加芝士😋大阪烧我入边加咗年糕,佢啲年糕系细细粒𠮶只有啲可惜,因为我觉得大大块𠮶啲正啲🤣不过当然都系好好味啦,因为每一道菜热辣辣咁上 🥰最后就系烧麻糬雪糕佢嘅黄豆粉系加咗少少糖,所以系有甜味,但系因为麻糬本身系冇味,所以我觉得啱啱好做到个balance~ 我欣赏佢哋有铁板烧下啲麻糬的🤩如果大家想望住啲嘢食,点整嘅话~就可以拣吧枱位置book枱嘅时候记得同佢讲我见到好多食评都话依度啲服务员服务态度好差,但系我当晚遇到嘅𠮶个女仔服务态度好好😙(餐厅冇俾任何优惠我去打食评🙏🏻)

Awful attitude by the young female server ruined an otherwise solid dining experience. Dinner got off to a rocky start when I was greeted with a frown as I walked in at 6 pm sharp to see if there was any availability. It didn’t get any better from there after I was sat down seemingly reluctantly by the same young lady. I was immediately told i had the table only till 730, which was fine but her body language and the impatience she wore on her face made sure I didn’t feel welcome there. I ordered some bites first before my wife arrived and another male waiter kindly took my order. Upon my wife’s arrival I decided to order more dishes and unfortunately it was the female waiter that came to take my order. Again she gave off mega passive aggressive vibes as I looked through the menu to order our dishes, and made me feel I better quickly wrap up ordering. At the end of my order she bluntly told us we were not allowed to add any more orders beyond this point. I would understand this if it was due to time constraint but it was still only 6:15 pm or so at the time. Also I do not understand why only she had this rule for us and not the other male waiter who took my first order.I feel bad for the chef/owner and other staff that give great effort to create a good dining experience for guests only for that to be poured down the drain by one person who doesn’t care. And reading past reviews it does not look like this was an anomaly

吃了和牛,大阪烧,烧大虾,三者均有惊喜,尤其是和牛,香口不油腻。坐bar枱能看到厨师手艺和处理食材的态度,三位厨师各司其职,表现专业。中途小插曲:侍应意外弄污太太衣服,日本大厨处理合宜,照顾到客人感受,我们继续开心吃饱饱,出门不约而同说会再次去食。

呢间系朋友特登拣嘅日式居酒屋同我庆祝生日饭 佢成间铺啲风格同日式居酒屋啲装修都好似,不过佢多咗个铁板留喺面前即叫即整 而且啲师傅都系日本人 我见到好多香港人都有上去食啲特色嘅居酒料理🤩🤩🤩👉🏻 啤酒🍻 ($38)💓💓💓💓💓日本啲生啤果然系唔同啲👍🏻啲泡泡劲滑打出嚟入口顺滑 我同朋友都忍唔住饮多几杯🤓同埋佢呢个杯size几好 因为我惊啤酒摆得耐,如果太多嘅话会太热唔够冻冇咁好饮 但系呢个份量啱啱好几啖一杯,价钱都算抵过其他餐厅👉🏻铁板八爪鱼 ($88) 💓💓💓💓💓呢个八爪鱼,佢比触须嘅部位俾我哋。食落完全都唔韧,反而好弹牙。同埋佢加咗少少海盐炒 好咸香又易送酒。以往喺出面食到啲八爪鱼都系好韧,但呢间反而改观咗我对八爪鱼。🤩🤩🤩份量都够多。👉🏻带子 ($98) 💓💓💓💓呢个带子食落去完全唔觉得系急冻嘅味道 反而佢铁板烧到佢好鲜甜 同埋肉质都比较结实 师傅工架十足 不过呢个价钱有少少略贵🥲👉🏻虾 ($98) 💓💓💓💓💓呢个铁板虾个口感真系超好 劲弹牙爽甜之余,同埋佢连埋个壳都可以食冇谂过佢用铁板可以将个虾啲壳整到咁脆 忍唔住连个壳都食埋 加上佢加咗少少类似椒盐嘅粉 更加惹味 个虾嘅size都唔细㗎👍🏻👉🏻牛舌 ($68) 💓💓💓💓💓众所周知日本牛舌系唔可以随便进口去其他国家 所以就算日本餐厅食到嘅牛舌都一定唔系日本进口过嚟 但系佢呢间牛舌同我喺日本居酒屋食到嘅牛舌都接近有8成相似 佢入口系比较厚实 同埋嫩口嚼落去牛香味好浓 都几烟靭,但系又唔会好似橡筋咁咬唔到。试过喺香港好多地方食,都系好硬又靭个牛舌 所以喺朋友极力推介之下叫咗一份试原来真系好唔错👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻有惊喜份量都足够两个人share试少少大家 加上点埋个柚子胡椒柚子既香味同胡椒嘅辣味更加突出个牛舌 但又唔会盖过牛舌本身嘅牛味👉🏻煎鳕白子 ($170)💓💓💓💓💓呢个真系有惊喜 因为原本我食过omakase嘅白子 𠮶种口感同埋味道,我系接受唔到。但系呢个系朋友诚意推介 同埋佢话唔系成日有得食 所以我先谂住试吓少少佢个味道睇吓会唔会对白子改观 佢食落去口感好似豆腐咁滑,但系佢系完全冇腥味 而且佢加咗啲椒盐同埋七味粉上去 再加表皮俾佢煎到好脆入口即溶 完全唔觉得似食紧白子 我都对佢有好大嘅改观😂😂👍🏻真心好推介同埋真系好好食 原来铁板煎出嚟嘅白子系咁好食🤤份量方面,佢都唔少㗎加埋啲葱一齐食更加突出佢嘅鲜味 连啲椰菜都吸晒佢啲海鲜嘅味道好惹味👉🏻豆芽炒韭菜 ($48)💓💓💓💓💓食到7788嘅时候 朋友叫咗个炒菜解吓油腻 佢呢个豆芽同韭菜都炒到10分爽脆清甜 而且可能因为佢铁板嘅原因食落都好够镬气 加埋佢配上啲调味 完全解到油腻👍🏻👉🏻鹅肝多士 ($150) 💓💓💓💓💓呢个鹅肝份量真系超足👍🏻👍🏻🩷极力推介 加上佢落咗啲甜甜酸酸嘅黑醋酱配搭鹅肝再加埋个多士完全唔油腻食落好开胃 同埋面头有啲红椒几爽甜 系我食过最好食嘅鹅肝 佢用铁板煎到个鹅肝面头都好脆内软🤩👉🏻煎蚝 ($88) 💓💓💓💓💓佢呢个蚝煎到劲juicy 咬落去劲鲜甜 而且都比较爽口 佢都只系落咗少少盐,带出个海鲜嘅鲜味👍🏻煎完都唔会太过缩水啱啱好 👉🏻香葱大阪烧 ($78) 💓💓💓💓💓佢呢个香葱大阪烧 嚟过最后嘅ending 劲多汁我最钟意😍食大阪烧一定要多汁,同埋佢啲蔬菜都好新鲜 就算咁多汁都唔会盖过蔬菜嘅甜味 同埋面都煎得好好脆 完全唔漏👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻份量都系超足 总括嚟讲呢餐饭真系刷新我对香港居酒屋嘅认知 原来香港都有呢啲地道嘅居酒屋🏮五个心心为最高分Kozy Okonomi-yaki Teppan-yaki (铜锣湾)地址 : 铜锣湾轩尼诗道499号永光商业大厦9楼
