平時成日都去呢度hapi hour~因為有室外gei位置~ 可以吸煙~ 座位都好舒適.聖誕節行街行到攰攰地~入左去飲杯白酒加生蠔.不過節日佢無左happy hour~平時house wine 係buy one get one ga~d 生蠔 $18 一隻..好一般..好細隻~

Order左Angus Beef,一份龍蝦海鮮意粉,田螺,唉,先黎總結,好唔掂。Angus Beef order 左medium,黎到時見到外層好熟,諗住切開會有肉汁,點知切左好多刀後,發現佢地居然將Angus beef煮成Well done了,一d肉汁都無,乾淨淨,全份Angus beef都熟到好"UN",佢份野都仲要無sauce,唉!龍蝦海鮮意粉又係同一個通病,無sauce的,超乾淨淨的,d意粉無sauce,我仲以為自己食緊廈門炒米,個感覺超似,但收$2xx,超頹。食物唔掂,環境都唔見得好,室外因為有live band,所以超嘈;但室內更差,通風效果唔掂,一入去已經成陣油煙味;如果佢安排你坐張廁所門口外的4人台的話,仲大獲,廁所d香精味同埋油煙味幫你送飯。如果佢要堅持俾呢個低質素食物俾客人,就唔應該收呢個價錢囉,太離浦。

老闆是高級凍肉供應商,肉食供應本地七成五星酒店市場,自己有開餐廳,是走港式路線的扒房,在食街新開的扒房,前舖後凍肉房,似乎是想將外國Butcher shop概念引入。食物:要了自家風乾的美國安格斯西冷扒,吩咐Medium Rare的程度,想是遷就配菜,牛扒出到來明顯已熟了一點,而外層不溫不熱,刀落下不覺有肉汁滲出,成了Medium狀況,約十安士的牛扒,帶淡淡的肉味,雖是西冷位卻不難消化,雖然經自家21日風乾製作,肉味應該較濃一點才對,但說真的,合著眼作比較,吃不出風乾與無風乾的分別。環境配套:裝潢企理,但樓底矮,喧鬧非常,絕非燭光晚餐的浪漫之選。服務:店員斟水及解釋菜式認真有禮,員工管理訓練做得很好。消費:套餐平均消費$250/位。質素未見驚喜,卻其門如市,價格控製及鮮明的菜式定位,在本地有著不少喜歡吃扒,但對Ruth's、Morton's等定位太高的傳統扒房卻步的客人,會選擇Mr Steak。

,係一塊幾巨型又厚黑豚,以炭燒烹調,肥大肉厚,但切落鬆軟,咬落肉質亦鮮美及鬆化
,比一些普通牛扒更好味,加上厚身,十分有口感
,味覺非常滿足!
而這個黑豚配有一個醬汁
點吃,嗰醬汁是自家製,酸酸哋帶點微辣,配黑豚來吃,十分野味,醬汁是由青椒、黑椒及赤椒製成,所以叫做三椒汁,但又不是很辣,勁推介此醬汁。
另外伴菜
有薯蓉、燒笳子及青椒等,都好好味,抵讚。

Pasta Mille-feuille千層香檳雜菌闊麵-個名一聽都覺得幾勁,闊麵賣相very good,一見到d咁creamy嘅汁,簡直流哂口水,食落好香好滑,醬汁與闊麵配合得好好,加上雜菌和幼幼露笱,好
好味呀!若果一個人食哂都幾「流」。
這裡佈置以黑白為主,地方寬大舒適,裝修別緻,椅背設計十分特別搶眼。除室內外,亦可選擇露天茶座。服務也不差。
推介這裡是西餐新選擇,適合聚會或約會!

生蠔 1 doz - 當晚生蠔特價, $98有半打, 夠新鮮加少少檸檬汁已經好好味

蘇皮海鮮周打湯 - 壽星仔祁生揀既, 好濃的海鮮湯味, 最開心係湯並沒有加入太多忌廉去煮, 所以湯內足滿海鮮味。

法式洋蔥湯 - 呢個係我揀既, 夠洋蔥和牛肉湯味, 芝士亦很充足, 好味。

:chopstick 美國Dry Age Steak 9oz - 祁生揀錯生熟度, 他要求3-4成熟, 但對於風乾廿一日既dry Age來講, 呢個生熟度, 未能帶出dry Age應有既肉汁, 但可以肯定係有肉香, 如果揀5-6成, 我相信會好食好多。所以唔關餐廳事, 係個人因素令塊扒差左。
Grill Seafood plater - 有半隻龍蝦, 帶子, 虎蝦和魷魚, 魷魚好滑, 龍蝦肉甜, 係虎蝦over cook.
Baked Pancake w/ birthday decorate - 特別叫餐廳加入birthday candle 令壽星仔可以吹爉燭啦。初時以為係市面普通黃色的pancake, 來到先知道係用牛奶做的pancake皮入面加入芒果肉, 藍莓和士多卑梨, 估唔到牛奶皮pancake非常之香的牛奶香味唷。

2個人食左$1470, 我就唔覺得貴喇, 再者cocktail係buy 1 get 1 free, 嚴格來講我地總共飲左4杯cocktail添。我和祁生選擇坐outdoor位置, 目的係想慢慢享受晚餐, 呢一餐由18:30食到....21:45食足3小時, 壽星仔祁生都非常滿意佢的birthday dinner呢。

I had little expectation for this restaurant. Afterall, there are so many steak houses in HK that only knows how to look like a steakhouse but not cook like one.We had:Fried Calamari ~$100Linguine Vongole ~$1502Kilo 鴨巴甸400日穀飼牛扒 to share ~$700Both the calamari and Linguine are decent. We had:
Fried Calamari ~$100
Linguine Vongole ~$150
2Kilo 鴨巴甸400日穀飼牛扒 to share ~$700
Both the calamari and Linguine are decent. We were take by suprise by the lage steak however.

We ordered medium rare. It was served to us perhaps closer to southern french style, with vegetables in a deep dish, and not much else in terms of spices. The steak was about 1 1/2 thick, a nice thick cut quite good for HK because they always serve thin steaks here (Thin steaks are easier to cook and look larger).
The server cut open the steak, and perhaps it wasn't rested for too long a lot of juices still came out, but the temperature and doneness was controlled very well!
A red center with pink all around and a brown crisp on the outside. We thought it would be more like those mediocre restaurants but we were pleasantly surprised!
The steak was flavorful, unlike those steaks which only boasts of how fat they are, and it is juicy and tender. We were served with 2 mustard choices. It was quite a large steak, as there was 2 large guys and one girl having this steak, and we had quite a large portion and we were still only half way done. However, as with large steaks, it gets colds fairly quickly even with the hot dish it was served in. We requested that it be broiled a bit more to warm it up.
A good chat later the steak came back medium well, and the flavour was more intense. It was a different taste that resonates more of the fat and flavour of the steak. We were delight that the steak wasn't simply heated up but cooked again. Thank you for the server's good service by the way.

We will definitely come back, this time probably with 5 people. Very good steak done the way it should be done : macho thick, flavourful, tender, not much spices and sauces to distract.

男友慶祝我升職,請我食餐好d,大半年前去過灣仔個間食all you can eat,一試難忘,煮出來都賣相靚,質素高,同見到好有heart的。大半年後的昨晚,想去番灣仔個間,點知已結業,新店開在銅鑼灣加寧街內,我們6:40到食到8:30走,全晚人只有10個客,跟本不用book 。如果之前在灣仔吃過,相比CWB新店,無論在賣相、食物質素及款式方面都差了好多,但價錢就無變…. 去得食都係比得起錢,唔想食埋一般buffet野,會講質素…全晚較為好食是煎和牛肋骨肉,其餘焗蟹腳、心太軟、羊扒都好一般。如果之前未去過灣仔個間食,你會在無比較情況下覺得好食,如果要新舊鋪比,新鋪幾唔掂……同場見到黎小田一個人來吃,肚腩好大…

同朋友去試下呢間野 Mr Steak Grill因為我未食過~入到去, 環境好有懷舊feel而侍應ge態度真係令人側目...一路落單一路行黎行去好唔尊重人的感覺仲要比錯湯同野飲, 聽唔切就企定聽人講啦....叫左肉眼扒,但食落一d都唔腍=.=仲要好多筋..../_\總之唔好食啦!態度?係差小小架啦。。d人好似好趕甘。。咁ge service同質素sorry, 我唔會再黎啦...

I went for lunch on a raining day. When i opened the door i was greeted by a Senior supervisor with no smile. I was guided to my table facing the window. The lunch was a semi-buffet (self service appetiser and dessert) with a choice of main courses. The waiter then gave me a glass of water but it was served in a plastic glass.the appetiser counter which includes some smoked salmon,cold cut and a selection of lettuce ,tomotoes and bell pepper etc. The choice was somewhat limited. Then came the Demi-Tasse soup which comes in a espresso cup with no base plate! I ordered the most expensive item for main course (Char broiled rib eye $138) as i wanted to try their steak. When it came i was dissapointed as the steak is a bit tough and has not much meat taste. Further, the outside is not crusty and no char broil taste. They explain its due to the new grill they installed but given that steak is the signature item they should fine tune it before opening. The dessert buffet was also very limited with some fruits and small cakes. The restaurant design is well executed with a touch of modern Mediterranean feel. However they must fine tune the food and presentation as it has the potential to become the best steakhouse in Causeway Bay.
