This restaurant offer around 20 kinds of soup base. We picked a less the tomato, potato and pork bone soup, aim to use a plain soup to bring out the favor of food. The soup turned out was very good favor , with 3 big pork bones, good enough tomato, carrot and potatoes. It went well with all the food we were having.There were around 19 choices of beef. We had the local super black beef. It was not black at all, the lean and fat were even. Super smooth yet tender. Very delicious.The black truffle

The black truffle paste in meatballs and dumplings smelt really good. Some truffle mixed with the soup in my bowl, good to have a few sip.
Canadian jumbo oysters, good texture.
The crab fish meat were big, very filling, with a rich crab taste.
The sashimi we had jumbo canadian uni(sea urchin) - big and fresh, and French oysters - two were fat and two were not, fresh, crunchy and salty.
Service was good. Server was attentive.
We went there just before 6:30pm, so we were able to get in before the crowd.
