After re-opening, the restaurant design is more attractive but the unfriendly sevice still the same. No smile and talk like you don't really care.Interms of the food is the best 王家沙 so far, we ordered crab steamed dumpling and vegetable meat dumpling (both very juicy), cold transparent noodle and chicken with sesame dressing, stir fried Shanghai thick noodles, fried dumpling and it taste pretty good.If you drive, make sure you go at night because is free parking over $300(The worst 王家沙 is 黄埔店,

After a German lunch, we decided to have Chinese style dinner.I have heard about the restaurant for long and seems their noodles are quite nice. So we decided to give it a try. First, let me complain about their service. It was really really bad and insufficient. (1) we were sitting on a 4 ppl desk ( where most couples are sitting too) and suddenly, without request, they made two guests to sit besides us. OMG, isn’t this tea house or cheap fast food store? First, let me complain about their service. It was really really bad and insufficient. (1) we were sitting on a 4 ppl desk ( where most couples are sitting too) and suddenly, without request, they made two guests to sit besides us. OMG, isn’t this tea house or cheap fast food store? (2) when there are 3 dishes on our table, and the waitress wanted to deliver one more, she was so lazy to adjust the plates but just made us finish the appetizers >.< (3) when we discovered the fried beef cake is not yet done, they never apologized but just made another one for us. MANAGER, please check out the prices on your new menu, it’s not that expensive but I think I deserve better service than what I got today!

Food is fair, not authentic. 小籠包 is fair, soup inside is not good; 賽螃蟹 is so-so, nth special; fried beef cake is raw, taste is weird; there’s even hair on deep fried spare ribs…….


Ruined my dinner. I won’t pay this price for this quality.

之前媽咪都成日話呢間唔好食, 唔信, 上星期六同朋友兩個一齊去試下, 入到去冇位, 得番門口 3 張 2 人 table, 咁是但就坐低, 叫左幾樣野食, 最差最差就係個豬排菜飯, 真係大家樂都好食過佢幾十倍, 食落去成口油, 豬排得個兩塊仔, 真係兩啖都食哂, 早知去落上大家樂食仲好. 呢間野真係下次請都唔會再去.

記得第一次吃王家沙,人在香港仔,正值人生低潮,那是一個心情複雜的下午茶;第二次吃王家沙,人還是在香港仔,逐漸放下那點愁緒,味漸濃;第三次吃王家沙,來到九龍站圓方店,始於意亂情迷、心慌意亂之時,既食之無味,但棄之可惜。 今晚,第四次吃王家沙了,人來到太古店,欲忘卻一切,無拘無束,好好開懷地大吃一餐。 「請問要甚麼茶呢?」 猶豫了片刻- 「龍井。」 在我眼中,品茶,品的不是茶的滋味,而是心境。在三月儘頭的這個晚上,縱使泡一杯茶也許是濃濃的,但在我那刻的心情裡,它也可以僅是一杯淡淡的清茶而已。就好像蒼天在我們生命裡的每一個時刻,總會安排我們遇到這樣或者那樣的一個朋友,總是被我們斷斷續續的失去,留給自己一點隱痛。就如一些好茶,錯過了才會生出一絲遺憾。 既沒有人說對肥肉的恐懼,前菜放肆地要了鎮江肴肉。四四方方晶瑩剔透的豬肉,瘦肉呈玫瑰色,肥肉呈乳白色,入口即溶,百般滋味在心頭,我陶醉得想不出話來。緊接的鮮肉小籠包,皮薄多汁,吃一隻也教我心滿意足。主菜也是水準以上。賽螃蟹味道均勻,瑤柱份量適中,帶出淡淡蛋香,不過不失;炒飯微辣,辣椒與片片黃鱔配搭出意料之外的惹味,一發不可收拾;三鮮炒年糕不油不膩,

柔情萬縷,美食當前,已分不了先後。呷一口茶,訴說一下近況,追憶下在英倫的日子,只能輕嘆時間的飛逝。突然,餐廳「可惜我是水瓶座」的純音樂,我才赫然醒覺你也是水瓶座的。你提醒了我,水瓶座外冷內熱,是充滿才華的。或者,太多空想假設是無益的,只能說句「可惜我是愛幻想的雙魚座」作掩飾。

今晚,我沒有一絲遺憾離開王家沙。能得與君吃幾個上海小菜,呷一口清茶,閒聊一下,也算是一點緣分。

王家沙,對我本人黎講,其實並唔係有咩吸引力,只係女朋友既親戚家住太古,所以經常會選擇呢間王家沙見面食飯...王家沙,其實係食上海菜,但以一直喜愛食上海菜既我,對呢三個字並不陌生,但從來都吸引唔到我去,因為感覺比我係名過於實,事實...真的如此...每次去到,我地叫既都離唔開小籠包,醉雞等小食,我當然會食我最鐘意既賽螃蟹同回鍋肉,不過完全係失色,比起屋村的上海菜亦不如,回鍋肉過份多油,上檯後除了我,基本上親戚們都冇食過...賽螃蟹更不用提,過份淡而無味,口感炒得太過鬆散且太多水...至於服務,真係不值一提,當日我地一早已經book左檯,當時我地一行人可以入去就坐既時候,見到有d侍應係度執檯,但一見到我地行緊埋去,我同女朋友都好清楚聽到其中一位小姐講:有冇搞錯呀,咁快就行入黎,都未x執完...我聽到後,我對呢三個字更加失望...之後佢拎茶過黎俾我地,竟然掟落張檯度,當時我同我女朋友就更加失望...香港有極多上海菜館,既質數,以我呢位鐘情上海菜既人黎講,單係服務上,我已經絕對接受唔到...至於價錢方面,因為每次食飯都係親戚朋友俾,不過我地睇餐牌,如果每位計,正常都要100蚊以上...

香港有極多上海菜館,[王家沙]既質數,以我呢位鐘情上海菜既人黎講,單係服務上,我已經絕對接受唔到...

至於價錢方面,因為每次食飯都係親戚朋友俾,不過我地睇餐牌,如果每位計,正常都要100蚊以上...

實在太差,太令人失望.用同樣價錢,我相信好容易搵間無論食物,環境和服務都好過佢,仲唔駛一肚氣的餐廳.第一,訂都要等,都算了吧!個染金髮的reception都認真唔得,儀表唔得不在話下,態度極差!明明無叫過我,又話己經叫好幾次,但我係由頭到尾都企正係門前望住佢,因為我有老人家一齊等,想快有得入座,唔想miss.Anyway, 我唔同佢理論咁多,淨係叫佢快安排張比我.佢雖然話okay,但係就刻意當睇唔到我,向出面叫多一次,咁係咩服務態度!!食物水準亦不能接受,簡單如鍋貼都唔得,my goodness!第二,環境亦太逼.再者,其他的服務員質數,就只有一位男侍應生(不是captain)令我覺得自己是客人,很不錯呢!其他的就極之需要反醒,反醒!我住東區好幾年,但一直沒有機會試呢間經常爆滿的餐廳.今次因為太遲訂位,大部份於太古城附近的好餐廳已經滿座,於是便想不防一試....真的只會是一試,一定沒有下次,包括其他的王家沙.

實在太差,太令人失望.用同樣價錢,我相信好容易搵間無論食物,環境和服務都好過佢,仲唔駛一肚氣的餐廳.第一,訂都要等,都算了吧!個染金髮的reception都認真唔得,儀表唔得不在話下,態度極差!明明無叫過我,又話己經叫好幾次,但我係由頭到尾都企正係門前望住佢,因為我有老人家一齊等,想快有得入座,唔想miss.Anyway, 我唔同佢理論咁多,淨係叫佢快安排張比我.佢雖然話okay,但係就刻意當睇唔到我,向出面叫多一次,咁係咩服務態度!!食物水準亦不能接受,簡單如鍋貼都唔得,my goodness!第二,環境亦太逼.再者,其他的服務員質數,就只有一位男侍應生(不是captain)令我覺得自己是客人,很不錯呢!其他的就極之需要反醒,反醒!我住東區好幾年,但一直沒有機會試呢間經常爆滿的餐廳.今次因為太遲訂位,大部份於太古城附近的好餐廳已經滿座,於是便想不防一試....真的只會是一試,一定沒有下次,包括其他的王家沙.

i used to like this restaurant when the jade noodle restaurant in taikoo shing has long long long lineups.now that the noodle shop changed its name but still has a long long lineup, wong ka sa is my best choice for shanghai in the area.but the last visit with my family there was a true disappointment.three of us had ordered beef cake, 小籠包, 蘿蔔絲酥餅, 擔擔麵(少辣) and chicken wui meen and green bean paste tong yuan.beef cake came within 3 minutes of our order, we were amazed. the cake was barely warm, the

but the last visit with my family there was a true disappointment.

three of us had ordered beef cake, 小籠包, 蘿蔔絲酥餅, 擔擔麵(少辣) and chicken wui meen and green bean paste tong yuan.

beef cake came within 3 minutes of our order, we were amazed. the cake was barely warm, the beef inside were uncooked. and the waitress was SURPRISED when we told her to cancel the order.

小籠包of wong ga sa used to be similarly good as those in Jade, only jade's were cheaper. but this time the wong ga sa has really lost it. the shape and texture and taste were all unacceptable, totally not an enjoyable experience.


蘿蔔絲酥餅used to be so hot that burns my lips. this time it's only warm and i wonder why some "suet choi" was stuffed inside. is 蘿蔔so expensive now???

擔擔麵was the only food that looked and tasted as expected. i thought i ordered veggie wui meen instead of chicken wui meen, there were less than 10 tiny pieces of chicken. so wanna cry looking at the noodle.

the greenbean paste tong yuan used to be green, both inside and out. this time the outer layer is white like normal tong yuan, and when asked why, the long hair waitress explained that "oh, tong yuan is like this, white on outer layer, only green inside" as if we dont know what tong yuan is like.

she was trying to be polite, i have to say, but her logic is just ....

i truly believe the chef has left. no way everything we ordered changed in appearance and taste so obviously without some personnel changes.

is it that hard for a restaurant to maintain good service quality? wong ga sa is not the only restaurant whose quality went down after a good start.

小籠飽,鍋貼及担担麵:較普通,始終覺得翡翠好吃些醉嘉美雞: 例牌size,雞肉好嫩滑,好入味,酒濃度剛剛好烤麩: 好似酸甜齋,幾開胃整體上價格頗高
