I was a loyal customer to this restaurant in the past few years but after having a dinner with a very bad service on 24/11/2012. I decide to share my experience to my fellow. I was coming to dine with my best friend and I came early (around 6:40pm) and sat on a booth desk. I saw the restaurant was having a busy time so I read my notes to keep me concentrated. I was a loyal customer to this restaurant in the past few years but after having a dinner with a very bad service on 24/11/2012. I decide to share my experience to my fellow.
I was coming to dine with my best friend and I came early (around 6:40pm) and sat on a booth desk. I saw the restaurant was having a busy time so I read my notes to keep me concentrated. A few minutes later, the manager scolded at me with an annoyed tone that questioned me how many people are dining with me and I should not come here and just sit. It’s a common practice in Hong Kong to be seated after all people arriving the restaurant and I am always fine to wait outside first. I was firstly shocked by the manager’s words.
Soon after the first shock, the manager scolded me again soon with a worse attitude and said whether I saw they were so busy and so many people were coming. his words and attitude were unbelievable to me your restaurant has a 50 year brand name. I was full of anger but controlled my temper.
So I called my friend twice and had him come with sweat. I felt embarrassed to my best friend.
本人於2012年11月24日晚在貴餐廳用膳時受到金雀餐廳經理非常不禮貌之對持。本人於過去幾年十分喜歡餐廳之食物水準、服務、以及餐廳環境,但經過當晚之服務,本人很難再之帶友人到貴餐廳用膳。
本人於當晚大約6時40分左右入座卡位。因為約了好朋友到貴餐廳用膳,所以早到了。如果餐廳需要所有人到齊才可入座,本人不會介意,因為這是香港餐廳慣常做法。坐入了卡位後, 本人見到餐廳待應非常忙,於是低頭看著手頭上的資料。幾分鐘後,餐廳的經理用非常不禮貌的語氣問我有多少人到來、為什麼只在坐著、餐廳有很多客人要進膳。
此經理的言語令我目定口呆。
再過幾分鐘,餐廳的經理用更加過分的語氣說:「餐廳現在很多人、很多人,你需要看看嗎?真的好多人!你阻住我們!」本人在想:餐廳正在做50週年誌慶。本人當時非常憤怒,但當時忍住了。
本人致電了好友兩次問他到了沒有。他到了時候滿頭大汗。本人覺得十分尷尬。
