𝓒𝓸𝓺𝓾𝓲𝓵𝓵𝓮 𝓢𝓪𝓲𝓷𝓽 𝓙𝓪𝓬𝓺𝓾𝓮𝓼 The scallops were perfectly cooked and went well with the butternut purée, seabean, parmesan cheese and truffle oil. I would recommend this dish as it came with a generous portion of truffle flakes!!!
This 350g beef striploin stockyard Wagyu A7 wasnt up to our expectation. It was such a big disappointment that it was far beyond the texture of tender that wagyu should have. Not recommending this!!!
The presentation of this was such a surprise. It tasted pretty good that the sourness of the passionfruit balanced perfectly with the sweetness of the creme brulee.
Overall speaking, the food quality was solely average. The food was served quite fast and felt so pushy. The waitress came every 15-20 mins to ‘check’ and interrupt, which was quite annoying. It was a recent popular restaurant but I wouldn’t expect the service to be at this standard.
星期五超多人去食午餐,座無虛席。午餐餐牌略加了小小價錢,$228 (前菜加主菜)。我們特意選擇三個不同的菜式來試。首先試了魚子配雞蛋,好淸新,超多mayo醬。跟住我們試了來白Britanny的法國生蠔,好新鮮,帶有濃郁的海水味。我們繼續試試檸汁醃魚生,魚生都新鮮,汁沒有南美洲的酸,但十分清新,食到爽脆的青蘋果絲,還以為是青芒果。這個terrine de fois gras 勁多酒味,十分濃郁的酒after taste. 主菜我們叫了beef tartare同煮牛肉來分享。Beef tartare好新鮮,有水準。反而煮牛肉就比較韌,如果佢塊牛肉可以霖些就好了。甜品Dessert of today,我們選擇了Creme brulee來試,食完十分飽。

Once we took our seats, we ordered these items to share : - Octopus Salad (HK$168) - Beef Tartare 150g (HK$188) - Scallops in Butternut Puree(HK$ 278) - Chicken Breast with Morel Mushrooms in Yellow Wine and Cream (HK$428) - Fries (HK$ 68) - Creme Brulee in Passion Fruit (HK$88) - Water (HK$ 25)
Almost every dish was excellent! I especially loved the juicy scallops in the buttery cream sauce with essence of truffle. The yellow wine sauce of the chicken was mouth-watering too, and I couldn't stop dipping my fries in it. It was a perfect combination. However, the chicken itself was a bit on the dry side. The salad had a nice touch of wasabi arugula and olive oil, but the texture of octopus was a bit chewy. It needed some work on the flavors as well. The passionfruit crème brulee was a bit sour for my liking. I prefer the original version. My friend loved the classic Beef Tartare which was flavorful and well balanced with the egg yolk He could finish that dish on his own!
Dinner for 2 people (with a bottle of wine) was : HK$2132.
Overall, a great place to check out for casual French cuisine. I would love to come back next time to try their steak!

bread & butter: 8/10The bread is good and full of texture, like the bread we caneat in Europe. The butter is the highlight, different from what we have in HK,very strong butter and milk flavor, and very clear and smooth that melt in yourmouth.poireaux vinaigrette: 6.5/10 Leek salad is a new world to me. poireaux vinaigrette: 6.5/10 Leek salad is a new world to me. I haven’t thought of tasting leek in this texture and flavor. It is served in cold very soft, soft like 一絲絲, 有多Dfibre嘅娃娃菜, the aroma is sour but it doesn’t taste too sour. The cheese on top has not much effect, the baked almond is aromatic, with the balsamic sauce, I first thought it is chocolate sauce XD, it is a dish that I won’t order again, and it feels like several ingredient mixes but doesn’t match at all. My friend finally gives up eating and let me finish the rest… order oeuf mayo may be a better choice
terrine de foie gras: 8/10 (+60) The foie gras has a bit of wine aroma, with balanced seasoning. It melts in the mouths and full of greasy aroma that full of the oral cavity, the flavor is long-lasting. It is accompanied by the orange marmalade. But it isn’t the best choice to eat with the foie gras, and I think berry-type marmalade will suit more.
bavette de boeuf: 9/10 The steak is very juicy, strong meat flavor can taste the sweetness of the beef. Medium is optimal, not overcooked, very tender and smooth. The outside is crispy, I chat with my friend for an hour, in the end, the outside is still crispy. The vegetable is normal but can feel the grill charcoal flavor. The sauce is brown sauce gravy, increase flavor. The paste with crispy bacon, shallot full of aroma, and special with the olive and the sweetened chestnut, increase the texture and soft n smooth, the paste tastes a bit sweet which make the dish balance and increase the complexity of the dish. it's really a great deal!
confit de canard: 6.75/10 (+ 60) The duck confit is a bit disappointing, the meat is tender but lacks seasoning. It didn’t meet my expectation that it's full of duck oil flavor, the skin is better with duck greasy flavor, but not crispy. It works better if the skin and meat eat together. The yellow marmalade is very good, very rich, smooth and flavor explode also the purple berry jam, but they are a bit too sour when matching the duck meat it isn’t that match when the meat didn’t have any flavor.
crème brûlée fruit de la passion: 7/10 (+48 ) The crème brûlée doesn’t meet my expectation either. The surface of the crust is too thick, it makes the dessert heavy, and it's too sweet. The crème brûléeis liquid than the then previous one I had, the custard is smooth and can see some vanilla seed, but the sourness and aroma of passion fruit cover the milk, egg, and vanilla flavor. Overall, it feels like passion fruit puree. It is a bit expensive for only 2 small pieces for 48 add in the lunch menu. And I would recommend you try for profiteroles (not in a la carte) and riz au lait. if you want to try for better crème brûlée, go for paul lafayet.
Red wine: 8/10 (+$68) Very smooth and fruity, worth it (I don’t know much about wine haha)

CONFIT DE CANARD - the Duck🦆Leg's skin was not crispy, the meat were overcooked. Disappointing
Ambience💗 - Fast Service - Strict table time limit as the resto was fully booked, staff initiatively offer us to continue drinking and dining at the bar seats. Quite Nice - they serve Orange Wine which is not quite common in HK resto, recommend to have a try. The Orange Wine made me thought of my🇵🇱Poland Trip, which is the first place I tasted Orange Wine and that was so good
