朋友生日又食好野啦,Calle Ocho 位於銅鑼灣遠遠已見到西班牙風藍白磚,非常之靚。餐廳有二層高,我去果晚,樓上有大班人卡左位慶祝,個FEEL好正,到到都係打卡位唔洗擔心影唔到靚相。全新登場限定餐牌SUCKLING PIG SET每逢週二都會有燒乳豬盛宴DINNER $498/ppSOPAWHITE BEAN AND CHORIZO SOUP西班牙辣肉腸白豆湯有啲似蘿送湯,加入豬肉、番茄、蔥、紅蘿蔔、羽衣甘藍同西班牙香腸等等,味道濃郁而豐富,麵包蘸上湯汁更好吃😋飲落覺得個湯冇咩味精,有種天然青草香。CHICKEN MEATBALLS WITH ROMESCO 雞肉丸搭配西班牙傳統醬料醬,口感豐富,肉丸打得紮實多汁,醬則與堅果混合後有少許果仁香同辣味,有種清新輕盈感。MUSSELS A LA MARINERA以番茄醬、蒜和青口熬製而成,湯汁濃郁鮮美,青口每件都飽滿多汁有咬口,滿滿海鮮味,搭上麵包混合後更美味。GEM LETTUCE SALAD羅馬生菜沙律幼嫩,加上培根碎碎、鯷魚同蔥油,生菜清新爽脆又乾淨,紅蔥頭油醋汁有少許甜酸,可平衡味蕾。SLOW COOKED CRISPY SUCKLINGPIG西班牙烤乳豬,搭配蘋果醬同苦艾酒醬汁,乳豬外皮金黃酥脆入口即化,肉質仍保持到嫩滑,蘋果醬微酸讓口感更加豐富,值得一提就係佢哋個紅蘿蔔,配上小茴香乳酪、烤果仁,超香口。MANCHEGO CHEESECAKE用上了西班牙曼徹格羊奶芝士,超濃郁冇諗過內裡流心,好震撼好好食!!!由於非常濃郁,可以細細口慢慢品嘗,享受一個美好晚上。由於慶祝生日職員會即場唱歌同送上蛋糕

我見未有人寫情人節當晚的食評,忍唔住要同大家分享。首先,情人節當晚只有一款套餐,我地訂位時已知道,並先繳付$500留位費。我們到達餐廳後,只需要選擇甜品,二揀一。揀完之後,我哋等待咗差唔多30分鐘,第一樣食物終於到,喺經過咁長嘅等待之後,以為終於有得食,結果每道菜之間都係漫長嘅等待,途中仲見到侍應們想將重複的食物放上枱,但又發覺原來我哋已經有,可見餐廳嘅運作十分混亂。同一時間,我見到隔籬枱的兩人準備埋單,同樣地佢哋都等咗半個鐘都未埋單。聽到佢哋兩個都對餐廳服務唔滿意。相信全部的客人,都有同感。食物的質素都可以用唔好食呢形容,和本身期望有超大嘅落差,可以話呢個收費完全係俾唔到呢個質素你。成個過程我仲要追過冇到的頭盤,最後甜品都到,先至俾返我。其實我地最後都覺得食唔飽,meau睇落好似好豐富,但main的size,例如三文魚,都只有200g for sharing而服務方面完全係0,本來個侍應話幫我哋換碟,但最後都不了了之,連甜品餐具都冇俾我地。最後埋單嘅時候都碌錯卡,要再碌過。而臨走嘅時候,我哋見到餐廳門口仲有大概二三十人等緊,相信全部都係苦主,因為落咗訂,但餐廳又俾唔到枱你。本身諗住慶祝生日情人節,最後做咗水魚,我諗真係第一次有呢種經歷,大家千祈唔好中伏,食其他餐廳啦🙏🏻
