今次就試咗Lagan Ka Gosht,呢款羊肉咖哩都幾多件羊腩,而且好入味,食落去咖喱嘅香好有層次,甚至係會食到啲蔥、八角同豆蔻,搭配同樣勁香嘅Truffle cheese naan就啱晒~

食到最後都要咗份Passion fruit coconut cake,呢個係一個mousse cake,食落去椰子味同熱情果味都幾平衡,而且mousse幾順滑,仲有啲椰絲同西米增加口感,整體嚟講幾refreshing,食晒成件都唔會膩~同埋當日都幾多人係到慶生,見到啲人都係嗌呢款,餐廳仲會點埋蠟燭唱生日歌,成件事幾有氣氛🥳

嘢飲今次就要咗Gabbar Singh,一上枱就有成個煙燻罩住,啱晒打卡🤣呢杯cocktail用咗sweet vermouth,都幾容易入口,煙燻味都幾出,自己覺得都幾有特色~

Mango Lassi就一如既往咁出色,順口,有奶香,芒果味夠甜,零挑剔嘅地方~

總括嚟講,呢間印度菜都幾高質,而且成間餐廳都好有氣氛,加埋大館嘅景觀同埋成個印度皇宮咁嘅環境,成個用餐體驗都好舒適🤤如果同朋友或者重要嘅人慶祝嘅話,呢到都幾合適😆

We ordered two lunch sets with drinks. For the appetizers, we chose a roasted chicken salad and potato patties. The salad is appetizing. And the potato patties gave us a surprise. Mixed with different types of Indian sauces, which taste very Indian, the potato patties are not greasy, soft, and rich in flavor.

We had beef and fish with garlic and butter naan as our main courses. The beef stew is soft and delicious. Beef with Acari sauce, cooked with tomatoes, slightly sour and spicy. Fish with curry. Coconut milk has a strong flavor and is relatively sweet. The fish is thick and tender. The Naan is crispy on the outside and thick and soft on the inside. Each piece of naan is huge. We added a mixed tandoor platter, including Australian five-star lamb chops, barramund and chicken with two sauces. The meats are soft and fragrant. With different sauces, the taste will be slightly different.
