My friend and I had Flint’s HK Restaurant Week Set Dinner.   For the starter, we ordered the Salt Baked Beetroot, and Dill-cued Akaroa King Salmon.   The Baked Beetroot had preserved its natural flavours and was a very pleasing appetizer.  The Dill-cue Akaroa King Salmon may be a bit salty for me. For the main dishes, we ordered the Glacier 51 toothfish and Iberico Pork Chop. 長週末前夕，經過一日繁忙的工作後，下班後，拖着疲累的步伐，順路過去食晚餐，relax一下！前菜： 新鮮帶子沙律- 帶子有5片，鮮甜味美，配搭的蔬菜，爽脆！主菜：8 oz sirloin steak , medium rare, 肉質上乘，柔軟嫩滑，肉汁豐富佐與紅酒，味道昇華甜品： warm hot cake with maple syrup暖暖的熱香餅，淋上可口的糖將，加上香草冰淇淋，每一口冷熱交融的，都是甜蜜無比！吃得很盡興，很飽足，偶然豪一下無礙的，何況是物有所值呢！👍👍👍

The interior design of the bar is modern and fancy. The bar tender area is like an open kitchen. There are also adequate rooms for seats and tables to be seated comfortably. They have a good selection of cocktails menu. Each of them has its own interesting name and served like a contemporary art piece. Quite creative and interesting. We had a day off and booked Flint for an early dinner at 6:15. When we arrived there, the restaurant was pretty empty, except there were some people having happy hour outside. We ordered clam chowder and steak for both of us. The food portion was pretty huge, I could not managed to finish a clam chowder on my own. The steak was well-cooked and the baked garlic at the side made the dish taste more refreshing.

The other day I was in the mood for a pricey hotel buffet (odd mood, but if it strikes...). I looked around, and it's kinda hard to figure out what the buffets are like at various hotels. I decided on Flint because I had something else I wanted to do in Pacific Place that day.Flint runs a "semi-buffet" on Saturdays and Sundays. That is, they have several buffet tables, but there's also a menu off of which you can order an unlimited amount of hot food. Here's what I got from the buffet, from top

眼見The Lounge 在裝修，想吃JW 的 Brunch便只好移師到Flint , 反正沒有試過，一嚐也無妨。這裡的Brunch除了有Buffet外, 仲有一個Menu是随便任叫的，加180另外有free flow 的紅白酒，香檳選擇。外頭Buffet主力serve cold dishes. 熱盤就在Menu上。和The Lounge的Brunch相比，這裡沒有魚子醬之外，焗龍蝦，鵝肝，牛扒，羊架變成了菜單上的任叫item , 當然以份量去計的話, 攤晒出嚟，視覺效果吸引，而且快不用等，但逐碟上便合適喜歡每樣嚐一口的人。論選擇，這裡沒有中式點心，沒有Egg Benedict , 没有意大利飯，沒有Sashimi , 但Sushi卻比The Lounge 好，也有天扶羅，龍蝦湯的選擇。而味道方面，和The lounge沒有太大分別，平穩的選擇。如果給我選，我還是選The lounge。

第一次同好友去這裡慶祝生日，這裡環境很舒服，枱夠大，枱與枱之間有足夠空間，令人很放鬆，侍應又有禮👍🏻和殷勤。到達時即刻安排坐位，侍應助你拉椅，把餐巾弄成三角再給我們放在腿上，繼而問我們要sparkling water,distilled water or warm water? 並給我們menu, 我們order 了 2 courses of executive set lunch (appetiser + main course), 我選擇了Punched Chicken + Grilled Lobster ，朋友選擇了Flints Crudo + Thermidor Lobster + 白酒一杯。我的頭盆，雞胸肉很有口感，有少少酸酸地的味道，令人很開胃。我至愛的龍蝦做主菜非常新鮮，超好味 ！我亦試了 一點 Flint Crudo, 是一個有煙薫味的吞拿魚頭盆，都很美味，Thermidor Lobster 其實是芝士焗龍蝦，口感比較creamy and juicy. 第一次到訪Flint Grill & Bar是3年前，當時肚中懷有小王子; 第二次到訪，就已經數到這次，而我繼續是一位孕媽媽，很搞笑! 事緣是看到dining city有brunch優惠，buy one get one ... 50% off. 加上之前都想再訪Flint,順理成章，造就今次的brunch experience. 先來介紹一下，食物是分buffet形式及order形式。Buffet style方面有凍海鮮類 (龍蝦、青口、長腳蟹、凍蝦等)、沙律類 、ham & cheese 、壽司刺身吧 、果汁 及甜品 。 Order形式的話是以湯類 、肉食 、魚類 及sides 為主。馬上出發去凍海鮮區，作為孕媽媽的我也只能淺嘗凍龍蝦及蟹鉗，兩者都很新鮮，肉質食實淨而沒有死鹹的偽海水味，要讚 ~Ham 有4款，iberico, parma & 2 salami ，吃了前兩者都覺得質素很高，鹹香適中，小吃多滋味，多吃也不壞肚皮~  反而刺身方面，老公失望地說帶子淡而無味，魷魚反而挺好。Order方面每件都大約是bite size，所以我們差不多點勻全個menu~

今次的餐廳週，Si訂了金鐘的Flint Grill & Bar,以$398吃三道菜的晚餐。餐廳的環境不錯，穿過酒吧就到達餐廳，樓底很高，感覺開揚。這就是為餐廳週而設的三道菜晚餐，和Si之前爬文見過的不一樣呢。。不過都沒所謂啦看起來都挺吸引的。餐廳還為三道菜晚餐提供酒，有紅酒和白酒可供選擇，Si選的是白酒。餐前的麵包是微暖，不過就沒什麼特別。Si點起前菜是Raw Hamachi，賣相不錯，上面的有點像蟲蟲，其實是脆米來的（汗）魚生很新鮮，不以Wasabi反而配以西柚、甜辣醬和芫茜，感覺滿新。另一個前菜是洋蔥湯，起初Si還期待著是周打蜆湯呢。洋蔥湯的賣相特別，看起來好像好好吃的樣子呢到主菜啦！Si點的是Akaroa King Salmon！這個三文魚好。好。吃！皮脆肉嫩！火喉剛剛好！另一道主菜是Rib eye加了鵝肝。牛排Si就無緣一試，不過鵝肝亦不錯呢但如果可以再煎香一點點就更好啦！最後是甜點，Si點了berry trifle，雲尼拿奶凍配上野莓，味道清新，但乳酪sorbet的味道就有點像吃薄荷糕呢（汗）相對來說，這個milk chocolate tart就比較甜啦。Si一向喜歡dark

藝術界盛事Art Basel Hong Kong 2016即將舉行，最近《香港JW萬豪酒店》亦以藝術為題，推出期間限定的「Taste the Art」晚餐，精緻的菜式均以視覺、聽覺、味覺、嗅覺及觸覺呈現，讓KsMeow感到濃厚的藝術氣息。份量十足的海鮮頭盤「Rock Pool Portrait」包括蟶子、象拔蚌、鮑魚、赤貝及生蠔，當侍應把開水倒在底層冰塊時，瀑布流動聲音隨之傳來，仿如置身海洋般微妙。以帶果味雪葩點綴著的生蠔更顯蠔鮮，蟶子肉質爽鮮，赤貝爽甜，厚身鮑魚以微甜醬汁醃製，更感特別！主菜「Palette Board」設魚及牛牛選擇，KsMeow選了前者。放在調色版上的厚厚紐西蘭三文魚扒魚皮香脆，魚肉超嫩；另附兩枝顏料造型的蕃茄醬及香草醬，讓我回想起讀書時上美術課的一幕幕情景，甘香的炸牛筋蘸上醬料同吃，倍感惹味。此時，一股讓人放鬆又感浪漫的香氣撲鼻而來！原來，調酒師為我們送上以薰衣草及檸檬為主調的雞尾酒「Gin Lavender Sour」清新味道正好為緊接出場的甜品，來一個調和空間。「Pop Art Lips」是餅廚Roger與他的團隊向藝術家Andy Warhol致敬的作品，廚
