Went there for diner.The staff is indeed quite attentive: they want you to enjoy your food and experience.I had a steak with pepper sauce. The meat quality was ok (nothing to write home about), about the same that you would find in a wildfire restaurant and others of that level of quality. I always see this place on my bus ride home but never stopped by until recently. Fusion is less "Fusion" and more of a "plethora of choices". Basically all your favorite Asian foods they have in one menu. This is usually a disaster (jack of all trades, master of none...quantity over quality) but I was surprised by a very good Nasi Goreng and a nice pumpkin soup that hit the spot on rainy day. 2010年12月31日2010年的最後一日, fusion 的晚餐可算是為這一年畫上一個完美的句號。我們大約八點半左右到達, 餐廳卻出乎意料地多人, 幸好剛好有一張兩人檯, 不然我們必然在凜冽寒風中等候, 未食已經凍死。是日只有元旦大餐, $188 一位, 但可以散叫套餐內的食物。由於我食量不大,我和男友只叫了一個套餐($188)和一碟主菜($128)。 南瓜忌廉湯男朋友不喜歡吃南瓜, 卻迷上了這裡甜甜的滑滑的南瓜湯。芝士菠菜焗生蠔這是前菜, 生蠔頗小, 芝士味不夠濃, 惟加入菠菜, 味道不至於單調。燒羊架我很怕吃羊, 就是怕牠的騷味。這裡的羊架還好, 完全不騷, 而且很腍很juicy!咬下去有檸檬汁在口中爆發, 正!鮮三文魚扒大蝦意大利飯大蝦: 從中間被切開, ,釀入蒜蓉烹調, 蝦肉爽口, 味道很好而沒有濃烈的蒜味!鮮三文魚: 看餐牌還以為是生三文魚, 上菜才發現是煮熟的, 也好。至於味道就是沒有什麼特別喇, 還不是一般煮熟的三文魚一樣。意大利飯: 最欣賞廚師用上了鮮菌, 而不是蘑菇, 也沒有白汁很膩人的感覺和味道!雪糕焦糖燉蛋及焗蘋果酥焦糖燉蛋完全不焦, 你看焦糖還是液狀, 像吃普

細細間，坐得迫D，浪漫之選。$48午餐都有好野揀，上碟似食fine dining，不過就大碟D。OK，個忌念湯就咸左D，main course個番茄龍利意，個汁同意粉都好好味，但係魚多過粉，同埋魚都係偏咸。一大班人叫凍OT，有D就甜得滯，有D就走甜，奇怪。一個好嚴重嘅的問題係個度個抽煙系統，成間鋪都係煙味，食完後成身都係油煙味！人手唔多夠，要比D耐性。總括而言，呢間我會再幫親嘅。

尋晚吃了燒雞伴薯蓉, 意大利海鮮飯. 它的燒雞很嫰滑, 海鮮飯內的海鮮多得很, 還有雜菇在飯內. 食物賣相, 味道和質量都煥美酒店, 但價餞很相宜又沒加一. 飯後再加了朱古力軟心布甸, 很正! 它們的湯和飲品也很ok. 尤其是海鮮湯和凍朱古力. 看見店主兩夫妻很落力, 餐廳內洋溢着一份温暖的人情味. 這餐廳最能令人感到自然和無拘束.

Surely, it is a nice place for relaxing as there were only few people in the tea time today.I had ordered a tea set served with club sandwiches and hot chocolate.It is so sweet for the drink and I think the size of the sandwiches is quite large.And I was so full after having the meal but it is really delicious.

We had a birthday dinner there with 8 friends. Food in general was quite good, it was a little more than what you'd expect in such homely cafe. In comparison to the food in the other cafes on Bonham road or the nearby Caine's road, I'd say the food there is very reasonably priced for the above average quality. 已不是第一次幫襯, 但水準一向都不錯, 所以點都要寫一寫..... 匈牙利牛肉湯 -- OK 濃, 有牛肉味辣肉豆豬柳扁意粉 -- 少少辣, 豬柳好淋, OK脆皮雞扒飯配檸檬汁 -- 雞扒煎得香脆, 檸檬汁好似西檸雞啲汁 (真係fusion 菜??), 不過今次舊飯硬咗.....Blueberry crumble -- 表層黏黏的像糯米, 餡像啤梨加藍莓, 普通.... 心太軟 -- 最好味的甜品, 外層鬆化, 內裡的朱古力暖暖的流出來, 超正! 晚餐menu 經常轉, 不會太悶, 全都不過100蚊, 食物又有水準, 尤其係心太軟, 係我食到呢區中最好食, 比同區甜品店要好食! 次次水準都係一樣, 正!

又拉了朋友出0黎食 tea, 原本想試 lunch 食唔成的 Cafe O, 點知去到發覺店內因為無晒 d 凳 (!?) 變了「立食」店, 唔想「罰企」, 0黎了呢度. 見下午茶 menu 上竟然有軟心朱古力布甸, 立即叫了一客, 配熱奶茶 ($30); 朋友就要了「特色西多士」, 配凍奶茶 ($32).熱奶茶係港式 (好彩!!!), 雖然唔滑, 但茶味幾出, 味道可以; 凍奶茶原杯上, 朋友飲了一啖後皺了皺眉, 話「無味」, 似乎唔係好掂.「特色西多士」係豆沙餡西多士加一球0云呢0拿雪糕, 再加一粒士多啤梨及淋上 berry 汁... 試了一啖, 係萬年油炸的, 味道離奇地「老麥」, 令人打冷震; 豆沙餡無乜豆沙味, 因為 berry 汁酸味實在太搶, 唔0岩食; 雪糕現成, 一般香滑, 但起碼唔難食, 算啦.心太軟一樣跟一球0云呢0拿雪糕, 另加一 pat cream, 一粒士多啤梨及一條 Pocky 百力滋, 用船形玻璃碗裝住... 朱古力蛋糕幾厚皮, 望落又乾又0鞋, 一拮落去, 只有少量朱古力漿流出, 焗得太熟了... 雖然賣相麻麻, 但係熱到出煙的, 朱古力唔係靚0野,

同honey行過見到呢間fusion cafe開左咁耐d comments都幾好~門口又貼晒食物d相~ 決定入去食一餐!!! 一入去個feel幾cosy~ 門口盞花花燈仲好靚tim~ 少少古董feel!每晚都有好幾個set dinner~ 我地叫左個石班魚薯蓉同咖哩雞飯~~點知一黎係好正既湯呀!! 好unexpected! 唔係普通忌廉或者羅宋湯~ 值得一試!! kee~個魚幾好ga, 不過淡左少少~ 薯蓉okay, 連旁邊伴碟d菜都幾好食wor~可能同愛人一齊食樣樣都好食啦!不過都係佢碟curry chicken正d!! 又夠大碟~ 好多其他客人都有叫呀!最後杯凍飲果隻杯都幾有特色~~ 下次想試下凍檸樂!服務幾好~ 好有禮貌~ 有電視但係個環境都靜靜地~ 可以談心hahahaha! 半山區晚餐黎講呢個價錢有呢個水準同服務~ 推介~~ ^^~

今次係第二次去食了,年初三去咗食下午茶,真係好平.平均$30-40一個tea set. dinner 就$45-75. 好有水準.I like the roast chicken ceasar salad $40. 個心太軟都非常好食$30. 但兩次都over cook, 不過兩次佢都肯再做過比我.算佢啦.

今日上去朋友屋企之前發覺佢樓下開左間新餐廳所以同朋友去左試，食完之後好滿足~~~兩點左右有下午茶了，對於食了早餐沒有食午飯的我來說，時間剛剛好~~~於是我和朋友叫了兩個下午茶餐share黎食~~~公司三文治味道很好，很多層，很足料呢~~~還有特色西多士，很有層次感，還有雪糕跟士多啤梨醬，甜甜的，食完之後真係超滿足呢~~~午餐和下午茶時段唔收加一，真係超抵~~~Yummy~~~~~~~~~~~!!! >3<~

上個星期6同女朋友8點幾仲未食飯,經過見到間新開既,咁就諗住入去試下. 一入到去見到好大個電視,唔錯喎!坐低無耐就有人黎serve我地, 叫左個set dinner, 有南瓜湯,焗海鮮飯,加多個咖哩印尼炒飯..甜品就係軟心朱古力布丁!!個南瓜湯好好飲,好鮮甜!而個海鮮飯真係好足料!水準唔錯,真係值呢個價錢!最後到個軟心朱古力啦!最期待就係呢個,一見到個賣相已經覺得唔錯,食落去更加出乎意料之外!!真係勁好食!咬一啖d朱古力就"流"哂出黎,熱辣辣,最岩冬天食!
