話成個餐CP值高 令林芝蓮成日係度朝思暮想
於是今次特別地特登早一個月book定黎!

呢間其實係Bar and restaurant
係LKF 舊Hard Rock Cafe 既位置
成個餐廳都放好多植物做裝飾
而卡位用橙色做accent 非常寬敞 坐得舒適

期待已久既魚子醬 有少少失望😕
牛肉他他調味比較濃 蓋過左魚子醬既味道
食落變得偏鹹 同埋食唔到魚子醬既鮮味
而伴碟既脆餅同鵪鶉蛋食落都夾既

羽衣甘藍上面都有好多parmesan cheese 同石榴粒粒
而且有好多榛子脆脆做伴碟
組合係幾特別 酸酸鹹鹹甘 味道正正常常

個雞算係唔錯 雞皮薄脆 雞肉嫩滑
味道都好香濃花雕酒味 配同樣有酒味蘑菇
估唔到食fine dining 都有咁中式既菜
味道算係唔錯 但份量偏細😕

呢個Tiramisu 其實用Hazelnut 去代替咖啡
所以係完全冇咖啡味
食落去口感係好綿滑 不過太甜 太膩了😕

味道比較Fruity 有石榴 同 botanical 既味道
比較清甜 同好fresh 都幾好飲 開胃💓

整體感覺
服務態度其實係非常好 好有耐性解釋食物
仲好好咁有幫我地寫message
只不過食物份量真係太小 好似冇食過野咁
賣相係唔錯 但味道都唔算好突出 正正常常

叫咗Rare,和牛肉質非常嫩滑,無落太多調味,只食到和牛濃郁嘅牛味同埋少少鹹味。又一個我很醜但是我很溫柔嘅代表( ° ͜ʖ° )。原本上枱時我望一望條邊覺得有啲煎過火咗,但原來剛好。伴菜方面,伴碟嘅薯仔就麻麻地,煮得唔夠冧身,亦略嫌無味。而菊苣其實就係苦菜,落咗偏酸嘅調味,個人一般。

Triamisu口感好幼滑夠濕潤,有啲Rum酒香味之餘Hazenut味道濃郁,咖啡味就唔算太重。而佢係偏軟身而非硬身嘅Tiramisu,個人都幾喜歡~

🎂適逢當日有朋友幫我慶祝生日,佢都會好貼心咁係甜品上加蠟燭,又有請我哋飲Shot,相當好客。🤵🏻服務同笑容都係好好,每食完一個Course都會嚟同你傾吓偈,氣氛輕鬆。環境好,樓底高,服務一流,氣氛舒服,值得再嚟😍!

跟朋友2人午餐,因為是即興約,所以不如就在openrice上找間哈哈笑較多的餐廳去試試吧!也志在跟朋友聊天,座位也很舒服,推薦!因為是平日中午較早的時間,所以餐廳沒有很多人。我們先點了一個沙律,蜜糖芥末醬十分開胃,剛好中和了濃郁芝士味,吃起來很搭。主菜我選了凍天使麵配魚子醬,因為落單時侍應強烈推介,說如果喜愛日式冷麵的話,也可以試試。的確吃起來因為有點昆布味,所以很有日式料理的感覺,加上魚子醬的鮮香,增加了層次感!朋友喜歡吃海鮮,所以點了海膽carbonara。我也嚐了一點,海膽味非常濃郁,而且要讚一讚麵的口感很好,也很有蛋香。不過整體來說食物份量有點少,像我們胃口很大的,可能要多點些小食了。小食方面我們點了也是侍應推介的薯蓉,滑溜程度是不過不失,調味也適中,不會淡而無味。如果下次再來,也很想試試其他小食啊!

朋友喜歡吃海鮮,所以點了海膽carbonara。我也嚐了一點,海膽味非常濃郁,而且要讚一讚麵的口感很好,也很有蛋香。不過整體來說食物份量有點少,像我們胃口很大的,可能要多點些小食了。

GRAM the Gourmet is conveniently located in the heart of LKF, and serves modern Mediterranean cuisine with Asian influences. Decided not to go for their famous angel hair this time but all the other dishes were also delicious! Pic 1️⃣: Raspberry Mille-Feuille - $88hkd — The puff pastry layers were thin and crispy. The pastry cream in between was airy, not too sweet and had a rich vanilla taste. However, it was slightly runny and wish it was served colder as the dessert seemed like it was melting.

Pic 1️⃣: Raspberry Mille-Feuille - $88hkd
— The puff pastry layers were thin and crispy. The pastry cream in between was airy, not too sweet and had a rich vanilla taste. However, it was slightly runny and wish it was served colder as the dessert seemed like it was melting. Wish there was a bit more fresh raspberry in between the layers to help balance out the sweetness of the cream. Overall nicely presented dish but sauce could be drizzled a bit nicer 😂


Pic 2️⃣: Yuzu Basque Cheesecake - $78 hkd 🧀
— Really enjoyed this! A lighter version of other basque cheesecakes I’ve had, and almost resembles a sponge cake. I thought the cheesecake would taste like yuzu but I was surprised that it’s actually the sauce on the side which does which was slightly confusing 🤔


Pic 3️⃣: Orecchiette Pasta with Pork Sausage and Creamy Nduja Sauce - $188 hkd 🍝
— Loved the texture of the orecchiette, cooked perfectly and was super chewy! The sauce was flavourful but some may find it quite spicy. The pork sausage was good but slightly too fatty.


Pic 4️⃣: Prawn Agnolotti and Shrimp Roe Butter - $168 hkd
— I didn’t know what to expect from this but this was amazing! The filling in the agnolotti was so delicious, the prawns tasted fresh and were perfectly seasoned. The shrimp roe butter was light, flavourful and super fragrant.


Pic 5️⃣: French Fries and Truffle Mayo - $58 hkd 🍟
— Fries were fresh, crispy on the outside and starchy on the inside. Lacked salt though. Mayo had an odd texture, it was super gloopy and thick, and the truffle taste was very faint.


Pic 6️⃣: Chorizo Croquette - $58 hkd
— These reminded me of arancini!The filling was tasty, slightly spicy which I enjoyed. The chorizo taste was prominent and I loved that there was cheese in this which made this super addicting.


📍Ambiance: Convenient location, super spacious and comfortable seating, perfect for a date. Would definitely visit again!

另外同事們前菜叫左和牛他他 主菜揀左澳洲巧克力和牛 甜品點了tiramisu 全部都好好味 由其和牛他他同平時既和牛他他好唔同 賣相同味道都係一流 主菜澳洲和牛聽聞咬口好好 有炭燒味 tiramisu比起巴斯克蛋糕 我覺得tiramisu好味d 因為佢個朱古力好好味😂

今次晚餐好滿意 店員服務親切有禮 還祝我的同事年年18歲生日快樂😂👍🏻

This was my second time coming here and I absolutely loved the service here! this beef tartare was So yummy though I don’t ear clams haha this spaghetti is the signature of this place haha I don’t eat carbs so it was all my friend who loved it sadly this dish wasn’t cooked thoroughly so we had to send it back, the second time was perfect. same for the beef it was too rare so we got it more cooke lolmy friend loved this tiramisu

因為唔算好肚餓,最後我地揀咗一個沙律同一個主菜share。個羽衣甘藍沙律上面有parmesan cheese,最特別係有大大粒hazelnut,好脆口,感覺非常之咁健康。

最後仲加多咗個和牛他他,因為佢入面係有蜆肉同埋我最愛嘅海膽架!蜆肉係好彈牙又夠juicy,海膽一啲都唔腥,主角和牛亦係有鮮嫩得黎牛肉味極出,配薄脆片食就剛剛好。

Booked their lunch service recently and my guest was vegetarian. Their lunch menu on their website showed vegetarian options. On the day however not only did their set lunch have no vegetarian option, neither did their main menu (except starters). Not only was this highly embarrassing for me, but unacceptable! The chef offered to “make” a vegetarian dish… which my guest very kindly said was “nice”. I had their Uni Carbonara- pasta not cooked properly, and really an overall below par carbonara it

Their set lunch is priced at 340$, but the quality and taste way below that!

Not impressed by Gram.  The experience was pretty bad.  We were a table of 7, and expecting social distancing  separation (4 +3), instead they placed us in separated tables of 2's in a row.. The waiter took our order, and we asked him to repeat the order, since we were a large group .  20 minutes later, a waitress came and took our order again, blaming the waiter being new and didn't put through the order!  Not really apologizing for their mix up - eventually a waitress came and offered us wine

The waiter took our order, and we asked him to repeat the order, since we were a large group .  20 minutes later, a waitress came and took our order again, blaming the waiter being new and didn't put through the order!  Not really apologizing for their mix up - eventually a waitress came and offered us wine whilst we wait, umm.. the special offer when making reservation through OpenRice was a glass of complementary wine !!   So they did nothing to make up for their delay!

They also had a special offer for a cocktail with Onthelist, but was also not very well organized, the  QR code was to sign up to OTL, but most of us on the  table were already OTL members, so it took ages for the host to finally agree that we were eligible for the cocktail too. 

The food was OK but not anything special, experience had a lot to be desired.
