Been here twice already and am very satisfied on both occasions. Their pork cutlet is probably the best in Hong Kong. Much better than tonkatsu for sure.I especially like the two dishes: pork cutlet with eggs as I am an egg lover. The cutlet is very juicy and the egg didn't make the pork soggy at all. The second fav is the one wrapped with garlic. It made it tasted more refreshing and not as meaty.Also I have to give credit to their miso soup, definitely not the instant powder one as they've add

Not going to go into detail as many people have written about how good they are. Just want to show some support as I was really puzzled at how empty this yummy restaurant was on both a prime sat night and central lunch rush...I think they deserve much more recognition than this! Go try if you haven't! u won't regret it.
