薯條係m記食得多啦!但佢地係完全唔同口感嫁!依個係外脆內軟嫁🤤以前係郵輪度食過依個口感,之後就再搵唔倒😩但好好彩可以係度間餐廳再食倒!所以下次都要再去

Don’t need to say too much. You need to try it yourself, because ran out of words for it. But definitely need to try out White Pearl; the Queen of Oyster finally arrived at Oyster station for about half a year.

Sea Urchin (4/10)
They have changed supplier due to the demand of customers. The quality went down but the quantity increased. Whoever those diners were are absolute idiots, the colour was less bright, not as rich as previously.

Tiger Prawns (6/10)
Fresh and great texture, loved its crunchiness with the slightly heated sauce!

Sweet Prawns (5/10)
It was fresh and sweet, and for the price you pay $234 for 3, were definitely a bargain. Ideally, it was not the best I had, but they do come into much higher price.

Scallop (6/10)
The scallop was sweet and smooth, very strong of the scallop flavour.

The service was great, the waitress was very attention to details, it was like she read my mind that I don’t need ask for assistant, and the solution was provided.

Give me a thumbs up if you like it!

原本叫「串燒拼盤」,是晚賣剩呢兩款食物,是但拼埋湊夠一碟,既來之則安之。

平心而論,兩款都燒得好吃。鰻魚肉是爽實帶肉汁,鰻魚汁亦香甜合意;雞軟骨燒得焦香,很好下酒。

有時在飯桌上也可領略到一些哲學。是晩食物的選擇很被動,幾乎與無選擇一樣,但總算過得去,比上不足比下有餘咁啦,或者有得揀仲衰呢,誰曉得?是晚宵夜埋單共 $850。

Oyster Platter (6 in total) (7/10)
Kumamoto: from the west coast of united state. fresh and fruity, soft and slippery, light marine flavour.

South Pacific: Rich Marine taste, sweet, crispy, cucumber taste.

Ecallies D’Argent: Sweet and fruity, hazelnuts aromas, fat, rich marine flavour.

Scottish Rock: Light flavour, smooth texture, sweet, bitter after taste.

Rdiex: From South Africa, it is like Gigas and Nelia together. Sweet and creamy, crispy and briny, fat and rich marine taste.

Gillardeau: Legendary like Belon (small production in western France), briny and juicy, plumed and soft textures, marine taste (not too strong), long lasting deep sea flavour and creamy aftertaste. My all time favourite, personally, I think this is way better than Belon.

Razor Clam (7/10)
Extremely sweet, hence it was very fresh. Soft texture, it melted as soon as in entered your mouth.
Oyster station offers a fresh approach to dining with the finest seafood. Its commitment and passion for absolute freshness as a way of life, it’s un-doubtable. Looking for reasonable price with the quality of Michelin restaurant? This is the place for you.

I've seen and heard about this place for years, but never went. So tonight we finally tried it. I made a booking for 8pm and was told there was only the bar available. When I asked what time we could get a table, she said 9pm, so I kept the bar booking. Before we even sat down, they put fresh vege sticks, garlic bread and soup on the table for us. While the service was quick, I thought it was strange to serve us food we didn't even order. Only when I had a chance to look at the menu did I discover it's their "cover charge" of $38 and you don't get a choice of whether to have it or not. I really hate that, if I'm being charged for food, I want to have the choice to refuse it.

We ordered:
- the seafood platter (fresh, but oysters were only "ok")
- the chicken wings (oily, but good flavour, not a lot of meat on them)
- spring rolls (very oily)
- bottle of promotional white wine

If they say they have a dinner menu, they don't, they just have a snack menu, mainly full of fried foods.

Before our cooked food even came, we were told it's last order (it was about 8:30pm) and if we wanted anything else. I thought that was strange, until the waitress came back at 8:57pm and said we had to return the table at 9pm and there were ppl there who were waiting. We were not told this when we sat down and we hadn't even finished our bottle of wine, so we just took our time. They brought the bill without us asking, so my bf told her off and said that we're not finished and they can wait until we are. So she left the bill and walked away a little rattled to be told off.

She came to clear our table about 10 mins later and we were still drinking and chatting. Then after another 10 mins, she came to apologise and said she really has to give the table to the other ppl and offered to seat us at the bar. I said we're leaving anyway, which we did.

I know their premises are small, but don't give me a table and not tell me what time you need it back and then thru your service literally were rushing us thru our meal; pouring huge glasses of wine so we'd finish the bottle quicker and then have the rudeness to bring the bill before it's actually asked for.

Overall I think the food is just average (esp considering the hype) it wasn't that cheap and the service was pretty poor.

每款起雙飛,平均 $35 / 隻。蠔的確是巨新鮮,碰它的邊位仲識郁,新鮮程度實在無話可說!順序由味道淡至濃吃起,本少爺最喜愛最後兩款; South Pacific 蠔味濃厚,還有 Iris Gigas 的金屬味餘韻,配白酒均一流。提提大家,吃完生蠔記得要將蠔殼倒轉放,因為傳說若果生蠔見到自己的伙伴被吃掉,它會傷心得收縮而影響食味。信不信由你!

唔夠喉,追加了兩隻愛爾蘭 Divine,$48 / 隻。這個是全晚最肥美的蠔,鹹鮮的珍味於舌頭久久不散,好吃得要大叫「哀衣絲」!

再來的生蝦,肉質爽口彈牙;輕點泰式酸辣汁,除了提升味覺層次感外,多吃了也不覺膩。最後不得不提那蝦頭,炸得脆酥好吃;這十二隻「鮮蝦烈士」絕對是會名留清史!

飲飽食醉,整頓晚餐連白酒一支,埋單 $1,000。一於決定下回再來,決戰第二回合!

我好幾年前去過呢度覺得唔錯﹐個日好想食oyster, 所以打去book。我book 8.45pm﹐ 個小姐話黎到要等15分鐘﹐我話冇問題!! 我準時到達﹐等到9點仲未有位! 當時跟本唔多人等﹐唔計我只有另外4個人。好.. 我等 ... ! 佢地不停話好快有位.. 但我等到9.15pm﹐佢地仲係講緊同一句!! 最後等到9.40pm先有位比到我!!!仲要一句道歉都冇! 我叫左oyster &sashimi platter同蟹。味道okay﹐但唔值得要等咁耐!總括﹐我要等成個鐘(仲要係訂左位)先有得食。我唔會再黎! 中環其他地方都有得食oyster﹐唔係得佢一間!!!

唔知係咪因為平日關係同埋訂咗位,一去到已經可以坐底。前菜有salad, soup 同garlic bread。友人想叫白酒,waitress仲介紹比我哋兼可以試飲,我諗唔係間間細餐廳都可以咁做。之後waitress推介咗三款蠔比我哋,啱晒我哋唔同嘅口味。生蠔後有蜆,象拔蚌好鮮,泰式生蝦個sauce有D特別,唔同出面嗰D泰式舖頭,仲有黑椒牛柳粒,夠軟。最後仲有花甲粥,D粥仲用埋蜆殼一齊煲,好鮮甜。waitress仲不停幫我哋換碟,真低讚!

唔知係咪因為平日關係同埋訂咗位,一去到已經可以坐底。前菜有salad, soup 同garlic bread。友人想叫白酒,waitress仲介紹比我哋兼可以試飲,我諗唔係間間細餐廳都可以咁做。之後waitress推介咗三款蠔比我哋,啱晒我哋唔同嘅口味。生蠔後有蜆,象拔蚌好鮮,泰式生蝦個sauce有D特別,唔同出面嗰D泰式舖頭,仲有黑椒牛柳粒,夠軟。最後仲有花甲粥,D粥仲用埋蜆殼一齊煲,好鮮甜。waitress仲不停幫我哋換碟,真低讚!

我老公一早打去Oyster Station訂Sept 10晚celebrate我生日!!訂位時話要分兩個時段要9pm先有兩位枱。OK冇問題呀因為我哋好鐘意seafood!當日Oyster Station來電reconfirm重問我哋可否早D到…個女仔重話張枱早咗OK就通知我哋,sounds nice既。其實我哋屋企行路過去只需5分鐘。830pm都未call我哋就照855pm到達啦。裏面fully packed as usual no surprise! 出面門口都有6, 7個都似等位既。我老公入去問個女仔訂咗9pm佢話要等一陣。咁等咗一陣出面又冇得坐又冇offer chair比我哋又落雨!企咗一陣再入去問幾時可以入坐,佢景然話〝唔知幾時有位〞比我哋 !有冇搞錯呀!佢点可以咁樣答個客o架!我火都o黎埋即刻走!嗰晚佢哋都冇再打過o黎o囉!客人走咗佢哋都冇所為!如果你晤可以arrange第1 round既人走,返唔倒抬就唔好confirm人訂第2 round 啦!你哋学吓D放題佢哋点manage啦!好食唔係大哂既!佢一開我哋就去食,次次都叫好多又開wine!今次真係對佢哋超失望!次次都係我

一向都鐘意食蠔, 但好少去蠔吧食, 因為覺得会好貴. 但這间忍世小店, 想不到order了一個seafood platter + 海胆 + 泰式生蝦 + 羊架 + 冬陰公公仔麵. 每人都係$400有找. 啲生蠔, 海胆同生蝦(啲蝦肉好彈牙) 好新鮮!! 羊架好味到連骨都"喘"埋. 最好就係门口有車位拍車, 小店服務又細心, 可以自備酒, 免開瓶費. 可从盡興啲!!! 環境好親民, 不是嚇人的fine dining style.Fresh and Good Food + Excellent Service!!! MUST GO AGAIN!!

The fact is:Heavy workload plus the holiday mess my life up

The second day of summer break,I treated my skin a hot sunbath with unlimited Vitamin D,then I joined Nat for our dinner.We both long for our alcohol suppliment,so we decided to have an oyster feast with wine.
I bookmarked this oyster bar weeks ago,we ordered seafood platter with urchin.

The soup and veggie arrived,they said the chef treated us free(Yes I knew this free starter from OR,but it costs $38 in menu)

We add $10 for the fine de special,as I remember one of the others is coffin bay ,aussie oysters,me and nat are pleased with the "salty" one rather than the creamy one.

Sea urchin is good,creamy and fresh


I love the deep fried prawn head,the shells are just fair,maybe the fault of those fresh oysters lol

We order a recommanded chardonny , fruity and light,best for seafood


to my surprise,in SOHO there is only a few places for oysters,but the targeted customers are well fitted here,Middle classes,or I can say wealthy.Willing to try out new stuffs.That's why this Oyster bar rank high in OR.It's the fact,they derserve.The service is extremely well,the waiter and waitress are friendly and nice


Overall,it's one of my sweetest dining exiperence in the summer

Passed this place walking home from lunch on Sunday. My friend and I both love oysters. It was closed so we called back later to see if they had a table for dinner and to my surprise they did, although only at the bar. When we arrived we were pleased to have a table at the bench. It's very small, perhaps 10 seats, a few at the bar and a table outside.I love the way they have a "set" to go with the oysters: soup, vegtable sticks (so healthy!) and garlic bread.They had a good selection of oysters

Passed this place walking home from lunch on Sunday. My friend and I both love oysters. It was closed so we called back later to see if they had a table for dinner and to my surprise they did, although only at the bar.

When we arrived we were pleased to have a table at the bench. It's very small, perhaps 10 seats, a few at the bar and a table outside.

I love the way they have a "set" to go with the oysters: soup, vegtable sticks (so healthy!) and garlic bread.

They had a good selection of oysters - about 8/10 different sorts. To start we ordered a dozen mixed. Small-medium sized oysters all very tasty. The shucker must be expert because they arrived in seconds!

We followed up with scallop and clam. I love scallops and these were very tasty. I had never had clam before - it was nothing special.

After that we decided to go for another dozen oysters so I think we probably sampled all they oysters they had. They were all wonderful!

They had nothing from Scotland or Ireland because the volcanic ash is still disrupting flights from there so we will have to make a return visit.

We finished up with mixed skewers of eel and pork. The eel was delicious. This came with a garlicky, coriander-flavoured dipping sauce which was also lovely.

Service was very good, perhaps a bit too efficient (one plate was removed while I was still chewing my last mouthful). At 10.20 they arrived to see if we wanted to order anything else as the kitchen would be closing.

Also, they don't charge corkage on wine so we brought our own. They kept it chilled, opened it and served it for us with no problem. That is such a brilliant idea.

We had 2 doz oysters, a serving of clam, a serving of scallop and a plate of mixed skewers all for HKD1,000. Great value you'd be hard pushed to find elsewhere.

All in all, a great restaurant, near to home and a stone's throw from the more "fashionable" end of Soho & I can't wait to go back.

Overall 所有蠔既水準都好好, 所以好滿足. $400一位我覺得都fair. 最緊要俾咗錢有quality, 唔係食完一肚氣就好ok喇!!
