Had lunch today with my mum. We did make a reservation around noon. But when we arrived, I think there is possibly no need to book in advance. Maybe partly because this place is really hard to find.Anyway. There is set lunch for $110 per person. Appetizer, Main, Dessert and coffe/tea. Great value, compared to the a la carte. I've been to Rughetta Ristorante for a few times before. It's in the basment, small but cozy. Everytime I have a great experience but this time.The food was lovely as usual and the service was good. Just this time they arranged a table whiere a dripping air-con next to us. The chinese manager explained and apologized to us politely and we think that's okay.Don't miss out Rughetta's wines and desserts. They are marvelous!

星期六晚即興約了友人食飯, 由於友人想去食意大利菜,我地又唔知邊間比較好一點, 於是上Openrice search, 見到Rughetta Ristorante的評價都算幾好於是來了試!可能位於地牢環境比較寧靜, 感覺好舒適!相比起旁邊的酒吧, 實在有很大的分別~食意大利菜又點可以無wine呢! 先order杯house white, 之後再order左枝Red wine! 險些兒俾ｏｐｅｎ rice 個地圖欺騙, 佢話間餐廳近蘭桂芳, 但我覺得果邊應該係雲咸街的細number, book位時問吓waiter, 佢話呢度近石板街盡頭, 其實上到石板街盡頭, 轉左, 警署對面就係. 附近有不少餐廳，佢係地庫, 招牌唔吸引, 好易行過咗. 星期一的中午, 計埋我哋共6枱顧客，坐得三份一人, 比較安靜。午餐包括湯或沙律, 主菜, 甜品和咖啡或茶. 105蚊 + 10%.先上一藍4款麵包，兩個人食唔哂, 有點浪費. 友人飲鷹咀豆忌廉湯, 簡單豆湯, 幾濃豆味.我食鴨胸沙律, 材料新鮮, 味道也不錯草菇橄欖油扁麵都煮得幾香, 質感唔會太腍, 有咬口,茄汁魚幾滑，但份量較細 ，配上鮮蕃茄汁, 幾開胃.好彩主菜我地 share 嚟食, 咁就剛剛好.甜品是燉蛋, 加咗d 士多啤梨醬和朱古力醬, 好好食.服務ok, 都會加水,說多謝, 再見… 中環餐廳咁多競爭, 我覺得服務仍有進步的空間 , 例如枱布要十分清潔, 説話要細聲點….總括來說，食物水準中規中矩, 味道平均, 環境雅致安靜，感覺舒適。

12月1日星期一與朋友到呢間餐廳一試。從地面沿樓梯往下行，入到門口及直至侍應安頓左我地坐低，都係一片安靜及舒泰既感覺，同一般 Soho 或 蘭桂芳餐廳中午時的情況好大分別。心想係咪同食物質素問題有關呢？............... 留待以下分曉！我地叫左3個 set lunch 海鮮湯 + pizza - 番茄海鮮湯附有新鮮海鮮，味道不錯- 意大利 pizza 材料簡單，但就是做到不需花巧的美味標準 煮雜菌 + 羊- 雜菌非常新鮮、味道喜出望外- 羊肉嫩滑、汁調得不錯 煮雜菌 + 煙三文魚意粉- 雜菌評論如上- 煙三文魚意粉味道 ok環境：平實舒服的意大利裝修、寧靜的環境適合3、5知已傾談服務：基本上滿意

六月廿九‧雨對這裡的印象不差，還記得上次跟朋友來吃午飯，感覺良好的。是日劉公子搞午飯局，吃過後，覺得水準是大不如前。這裡的環境仍然是那樣的雅致，給安排坐在餐廳一旁的長檯，也是一般的舒適。不過是日雖然臨吃飯時下起大雨，但眼見也是客滿的。三道菜連飲品的午餐仍然賣一百零五，幾相宜的。前菜二選一，主菜則三選一，我們6個人，自然能嚐盡每一味。先來的麵包籃很豐富，最喜歡的是蒜頭脆片，又薄又脆，有蒜頭香味。芝士條也很不錯，熱烘烘的，脆口又滿有芝士香；前菜是鷹咀豆忌廉湯及鴨胸沙律，前者賣相不錯，喝一口，口感是一點也不滑溜。味道是百分百的豆味，有點懷疑是忘了下鹽，淡出鳥來；鴨胸沙律還好，至少下了油醋，不至於沒有味道。鴨胸很濕﹝注意，不是有肉汁，而只是濕﹞，吃起來也有煙薰味，應該是包裝貨；主菜三款，先吃扁麵Linguine Aglio Olio。每間店的Aglio Olio都會有點不同，但通常是有點辣味，味道也濃郁的。這裡的吃起來也有一點點的辣味，但很奇怪，Herbert吃的那碟很鹹，我吃的那幾口，又很淡。雖然扁麵是做得很有咬口，但不好吃。另一款主菜是煎多寶魚，配上蕃茄醬汁。多寶魚幾滑，煎得沒有香味，而吃

餐廳環境不錯，侍應服務很好。頭盤要了Tuna Carpaccio，Carpaccio 做得很薄肉很鮮甜。主菜要了Risotto with Mushroom Cream Sauce 及Lamb Chop。Mushroom cream sauce很滑，Risotto 入味有咬口而不硬。Lamb Chop則肉質很柔軟，充滿肉汁，一點蘇味也沒有。甜品要了Napoleon 及Pana Cotta。Panna Cotta 不會太甜，做得很滑，還會彈下彈下tim 。加兩杯house wine，一支水，兩杯Coffee，埋單$980。

在搜尋中環餐廳跟友人慶祝生日時發現此餐廳, 雖然要係M & S行上去一段路, 但都不難搵先點了2杯白酒, 好易入口, 飲完第日無頭痛麵包籃有點失望, 雖有4款麵包, 但不熱的點了一個沙律, 牛仔柳, 燒什菜 (menu 上沒有的, 跟老闆說想要點熱的蔬菜, 由他安排), 意大利飯, tiramisu, 很丰富的一餐, 食物質素ok啦, 反而最愛靜靜的環境, 兩個女仔傾計好正.

有同事生日，我提議來這間，不過由公司行過來路途頗遙，既開心之餘又不好意思，要她們辛苦行上來。當日中午只得4枱人客，也難怪的，附近有不少餐廳外，地方即不太就腳。先上一藍4款麵包，中午來講算多，可能肚餓關係，每款好吸引，差不多給我們清了。Set lunch有3道菜，頭盤是煙三文魚沙律或Minestrone；沙律菜上舖了幾塊三文魚，是零難度。反且欣賞Minestrone，香草及蕃茄味兩者兼備得到平衡。主菜我們7 個人也要Mushroom risotto，而另一位要炸牛仔肉，同事們嫌份量少，不夠飽，但對於我就剛好。一看見意大利飯很有光亮潤澤，已知味道應該不錯。味道濃郁美味，沒有一般的苦澀菇味，而同事說有點酸，而我就食不出來。而米飯做得又煙韌有嚼口，每粒也慘透芝士香。而炸牛仔肉我就無試，同事話無牛味唔鍾意，不過做來炸的牛肉好味極有限。甜品本是芒果Panna Cotta，及後侍應小姐報告，Panna Cotta做得不好，整個散晒，唯有轉了原裝進口的意大利雪榚，大家當然有所不滿，也沒辦法。這個意大利雪榚與一般雪榚一樣，質感較重，不是傳統gelato的輕盈。食物還可以，同事們大彈服務很差，全場只得一個

晚市燭光下，曾是醉人窩心小店，再來，是日風雨下六人午間小聚。早來了，看看餐牌：Cream of Chick pea souporSmoked duck breast saladMainLinguine with mixed mushroom,garlic,dry pepper,olive oil and basilorPizza NapoliorPanfried fillet of Turbot with tomato sauceDessert of the day餐包水準依舊的出色，薄餡餅皮烘得香脆，白包口感亦見軟熟，喜歡吃包的，也值得「到此一遊」。三款主菜、沙律及湯二選一，甜品兩款，六人能輕易將不同組合叫下。沒有喝過雞心豆湯，但看Alex的表情，自己的煙鴨胸應該比佢好，現成的鬼佬鴨胸，軟熟略為濕潤，沙律菜亦算新鮮，黑醋再下多一點就更好。煎多寶魚，本身已是無乜性格的魚種，加上是冷藏貨自然唔會有魚味，卻見嫩滑而不腥，伴碟的番茄汁配以羅勒，也有水準，可惜鹽的落處偏在一邊，食友覺得好淡，自己就吃中一大口鹽，小處確是馬夫了事。Linguine麵質不錯，略帶嚼口，但野菌汁卻不夠香濃，牛油、白酒

惡男食友推介這裡﹐所以便與食友們到這裡午膳﹐一嘗手製意粉的味道。到達前的一陣雨﹐令除了早到的惡男和KC外﹐其他人也較為狼狽的到達。和食友們一掃Set lunch餐牌,點了Chick Pea Soup﹐也嘗了鱸魚﹐ Mushroom Linguine和pizza三個主菜﹐以及一點Salad.最後是甜品和飲品。先送上一藍子麵包。法飽較硬﹐其他則較好。湯是用絞碎的chick pea煮成。不太夠熱熱﹐食友說湯沒有味道﹐我則覺得有一點點的鹹味。但仍然是味道不足。 Duck Brest Salad像是超市鴨胸加菜加醋和Olive Oil而成﹐二者選一﹐我要了湯﹐但Salad是好一點點的。主菜則較為失望。Pizza是正宗的餅底﹐但不夠脆。芝士較多﹐所以番茄醬味不夠﹐比較淡口。但突然間一陣咸味出現﹐原來是每片餅上面的一小粒Anchony。對不起﹐淡口的餅突然一咸﹐我真的不大喜歡。Linguine是用Basil, Olive Oil, Garlic和Mixed mushroom煮成。Linguine較淋身﹐煮得過了火﹐也油了一點。Garlic味不出﹐也不夠咸。失望。Panfried fillet of
