Aside from the broccoli/cauliflower side which was super boring and pedestrian, the rest of the food was very good.  Empanadas starter surprisingly tasty and arrived piping hot.  Skirt steak and sirloin were cooked exactly to our liking, nice and charred on the outside chared.  A little over salted, however.  Need to ease up on that salt and let the meat speak for itself.  Roasted potato dish was solid. Chimichurri was a little disappointing, especially for an Argentinean place.  Quite bland.  O

Chimichurri was a little disappointing, especially for an Argentinean place.  Quite bland.  Overall, I'd go back for the food.  The service, on the other hand, was mediocre at best.  Wait staff practically drop the food on the table and quickly walk away. Don't tell you what dish is being served, don't ask if you need anything else, etc.  Then when we needed to get the attention of waitstaff, they were nowhere to be found. One exception...the hostess tried to go out of her way to be helpful which we appreciated. Work on that service, and we'd probably come regularly.

最近扒房越開越多,最為港熟悉莫過於美國安格斯、日本和牛或澳洲和牛。最近香港人越食越調轉,興起食來自阿根廷的牛扒。剛試完La Pampa的午餐,今晚再接再厲到Tango跟家人慶祝母親節。一入餐廳, 就是放酒的地方. 這用杯砌出來的燈十分搶眼.Tango由阿根廷室內設計師操刀,因此充滿阿根廷風味。Tango 的牛扒有多款部位選擇, 對牛的認識不太深入的我, 望住個餐牌突然變得文盲。幸好有Gaucho platter $498, 可以食齊skirt, fillet and rump steak。另加了sirloin$298。母親大人唔食牛, 為她點了來自澳洲的Lamb chump steak $298。牛跟羊扒放在同一鐵板一同送上,但是sirloin卻另外用鐵板另上, 有些奇怪。為何不是牛放在一鐵板內?加上對牛/羊要求的生熟程度都不一樣。一大盤牛扒用鐵板送上時, 十分興奮。可是4款肉望落去都差不多, 不太懂分辨。另有六款醬一同送上: grained mustard, Dijon mustard, criolla, spicy tomato and chimichurri and horser

幸好有Gaucho platter $498, 可以食齊skirt, fillet and rump steak。另加了sirloin$298。母親大人唔食牛, 為她點了來自澳洲的Lamb chump steak $298。牛跟羊扒放在同一鐵板一同送上,但是sirloin卻另外用鐵板另上, 有些奇怪。為何不是牛放在一鐵板內?加上對牛/羊要求的生熟程度都不一樣。一大盤牛扒用鐵板送上時, 十分興奮。可是4款肉望落去都差不多, 不太懂分辨。

餐廳所供應的牛肉都來自潘帕斯草原。牛隻自由放牧, 食的是天然無汚染的草, 加上氣候合宜。牛隻肉質結實, 脂肪比較少。除食材重要外, 烤爐同樣重要。這裡用炭及香木燒牛扒,令牛扒帶木香及煙熏味,而開放式的設計,令燒烤味傳至每個角落, 令食客食慾大增。

不想吃太多,只點了一份小吃和一份主菜;先來的豬肉腸,點這份是因為上次在另一間吃過,覺得很美味,所以想試試這間的味道,誰不知....味道是很差勁,當中脂肪與肉的比例並不平均,脂肪太高,入口全是肥膏的感覺真的很難受,我連1/4條也吃不下去。

Rump Steak, Fillet and Skirt

本來想點Fillet的,因為阿根廷牛中的fillet是頗美味的,但又想試試不同部位的分別,於是點了Platter,最左邊的是fillet,一般來說,fillet是比較軟腍的,但Tango沒有把這fillet發揮其優點,而且這牛本身的質素亦一般,煎得外層太乾,內裡是軟的,但沒半點肉香;中間的是Rump Steak,大概有一定的厚度,而且烹調手法亦沒甚麼特別,所以最中心的肉質是很生很生的,難吃得吃不下,沒半點肉香,非常差勁;最右邊的則是Skirt,這部分的肉質向來都是比較有嚼勁的,但肉味屬於濃郁的,三件之中,這件算正常的,至少能嚐到其肉香。

香港只有幾間吃阿根廷牛扒的餐廳,這間是我最不喜歡的。

剛過了午餐時間, 店內客人不多, 可以選擇座位, 貓兄與我不約而同選擇了陽台位置, 雖然熱一點, High Chair又不好坐, 但吊在天花的牛角扇令個Mood好像更悠閒, 而且可以與太陽伯伯一起用餐... (什麼? 剛才不是說天氣太熱很辛苦的嗎? 不是每天也努力塗防曬霜的嗎? 女人真愛講一套做一套)

In the end, given the pleasant dining experience, Tango was rated 8 out of 10 as Carly is craving for their steak already and Gobay visited Tango twice in one week.
Gobay曾多次說過大愛餐廳裡那個開放式的Grill (烤爐),外圍是用磚頭砌的,某些地方已經被火熏黑了。我們當天看到黝黑的烤肉鐵架子,還有壘起來的木板碟,每個邊上有6個凹位放著六款烤肉蘸醬的(其中mustard暴露在空氣中是不好的,因為黃芥末調好以後接觸空氣一段時間後表面會“結痂”,結一層硬的橙色的,要再攪拌才會又變軟但辣味會減退)。那巨大的Vetta Macchi計重表直直地立在開放式烤爐之前,異常顯眼。
我們點了一個HKD$138的套餐和一個主菜選阿根廷肉眼扒(HKD$268,340g)的套餐,還有一個散點的特色頭盤和一份臀肉扒(HKD$298,450g)。套餐不包括甜品,要額外加HKD$40才有,只有頭盤,主菜和一杯飲品。PS:週末沒有套餐,只有散點菜單(a-la-carte menu)。
插說一下這裡的麵包──baguette,外皮很脆,皮內還挺軟,算是香港地區平均水平以上,可惜真正好吃的法式長麵包,外皮脆是不夠的,還要帶點韌性,吃起來才會和皮內的鬆軟包心形成衝撞式的口感混合。他們遞來油醋的時候,裝醋的瓶子很藝術,感覺和身邊的橄欖油瓶子格格不入。
The baguette can be considered as above average. As soon as you give a bite, the crispy crust complements so well with soft bread, we kept munching on them as we were greatly anticipating for some decent lunch.

映入眼簾的是切成條狀連皮的茄子,灑著新鮮的塊狀的Ricotta芝士,一顆顆飽滿的松子(但從顏色上看不太新鮮),sun-dried tomato──Lorling和Gobay都能一起為之瘋狂的蔬菜類,當然還有新鮮的火箭菜Arugula。除了茄子很油還有墊底的火箭菜也很多油之外,調味部份還是恰到好處的,配了羅勒青醬basil pesto,能明顯吃到較大顆粒的磨碎的松子在醬裡,如果能磨得更細膩一些口感會更好。Carly可是pesto醬的鐵桿粉絲!
Carly loved their Grilled Eggplant Salad as the sundried tomatoes and eggplant were nicely seasoned and blended all so well with the basil pesto oil, placed upon Gobay’s favourite Arugula. Some people might find this rather oily or heavy for an appetizer salad, I do agree but then the appetizer was really flavorful to begin with.

這個得到眾人一致讚賞。酥皮是廚藝界的難題,可以駕馭得好的廚師很少,這個南美脆烤角卻做得很不錯——皮的厚度適中,除了邊角位置較厚,皮薄且脆,入口還很燙,肉餡給人的視覺觀感就很足料,有牛肉碎、橄欖碎、洋蔥和香草,而且紅紅粉粉的顏色預示著入口多汁濕潤。旁別還配有salsa criolla醬,這裡的criolla有切粒的洋蔥和彩椒,還放了超多的橄欖油,鹽和黑胡椒當然是必不可少的,能吃到微量的醋和檸檬酸味,推薦單獨吃酥皮角不點醬。
A dish worth complimenting! The pastry was crunchy with optimal crispiness on the edges to top that of. Abundant meat filling with onions, herbs, and olive bits. Hot served with incredibly tasteful sauces on the side, personally I would have thought that the seasoning is good enough already. But it would be a miss out, if you didn't get to try the salsa criolla sauce which is olive oil based with a hint of salt and pepper, white vinegar and lemon juice. Slight acidic appetizer to start the meal!

Ceviche泛指把新鮮的海鮮浸泡在香草和柑橘類的汁液的前菜。我們嘗的是三種組合的拼盤:第一種是Blue Fin Tuna and Avocado,藍鰭吞拿魚配牛油果,醬油混合柑橘汁(檸檬,青檸,橘子或葡萄柚之類)為醬。入口有蠻強的芝麻醬香,又似乎吃到粗鹽片,是三種魚裡酸度較低的,隱約帶點辣意。第二種是King Fish Tiradito,馬鮫魚刺身件配柚子青檸醬,帶點新鮮茴香碎。這個帶有很強的檸檬酸味,很清香爽人。最後一種是海鱸魚生片配葡萄柚(即西柚),襯柑橘汁,紅椒粒(微辣)和芫荽。西柚切成一瓣瓣,味甘微苦,西班牙辣椒jalapeño引起一絲絲的辣味,混合著蒜蓉的味道,感覺有點像玫瑰花的薰香,香氣有點曖昧,嘿嘿~
Not the highest tier of raw fish but once again, the seasoning was unbeatable. Personally loved the Blue Fin Tuna and avocado combination, as in you can’t really go wrong with this combination. Ceviche takes seafood/raw fish and soaks them in herbs and tangerine base sauce to get the fish well-marinated. Would recommend this if you are a seafood lover and willing to explore it with exotic sauces offered on the plate.

Main course – Argentinian Steak!
再來是主菜,令人驚艷的肉眼扒,3~4分熟(medium-rare),從Grill上送來香氣就溢滿附近的空氣,大家都“聞得”很期待。牛扒是放在鐵板上,一共配有六款醬汁,白色的horseradish,,黃色的mustard, 桔黃的Dijon mustard,彩色的Salsa Criolla,紅色的tomato chili和青色的chimichurri。一切開,焦脆的外皮內肉質瑰紅,淡淡地就著撒上面的粗鹽片吃,已經很好味,因為烤的技巧實在好!雖然阿根廷牛肉比較韌,牛肉味也沒美國牛肉香,但技術可以彌補很多的缺陷,而且價格很宜人。鐵板盛著,吃的時間長一點肉都還是熱熱的。醬汁首選tomato chili,番茄辣醬和chimichurri,阿根廷香辣醬。

給我們上菜的女孩熱情地介紹chimichurri是阿根廷家家戶戶必備的醬料,由新鮮的歐芹(parsley)、牛至(oregano)、蒜、橄欖油、醋和紅椒片(red pepper flakes)混合製成。點著吃其實就是香草烤肉的感覺,似乎還是番茄辣醬更刺激一點。我們還點了一個薯泥作伴菜,裡面有薯皮,肉眼所見顆粒狀的薯粒還不少,普普通通吧。
相較之下,別的餐廳較少提供的Rump Steak就失色不少。其實medium-rare還是烤得剛好,但這個部位接近牛尾,是上方的臀圍肉,老而韌,而且有股牛騷味,不是很喜人。分量倒是很大,足夠兩個人吃。伴菜選的是時令菜蔬,炒青筍,青筍新鮮但有些地方炒焦了,微苦而且不健康。

I haven’t tried a lot of steakhouses in Hong Kong but this one for its Argentina authenticity and profound grilling techniques, Tango definitely made it to the top of the my list. We ordered “Medium Rare” and we got medium rare very exact, steak was served on a sizzling hot pan with grilled streaks. 6 sauces were served with steak and for a complete Argentinian dining experience. Must try out the homemade chimichurri sauce which is a combination of parsley, oregano, garlic, olive oil, vinegar and red pepper flakes, the very friendly actresses explained that they used vinegar to get the sharper acidity instead of using lime juice and red pepper flakes to get the condensed dried up chilliness from the powder. I couldn't get enough of this and left the restaurant with a happy tummy. Meat was not as tender as Japanese Wagyu beef but it was more of a manly style of beef.

Flan是傳統甜品,其實就等於中國的燉奶加燉蛋加忌廉再焗然後淋上焦糖漿。Dulce de Leche則是煉奶和糖加熱而成的褐色的,很類似拖肥糖醬的甜品。兩者都甜到極致,少許的whipped cream根本沒有幫助,甜得一點過份,也許燉蛋愛好者會喜歡這西式煮法。
Too sweet. Traditional Leche Flan dessert as it is more like a western style of steamed eggs topped off with caramel and cream. The dulce de leche on the side was utterly sugary as I would have preferred a less heavy version.

這是大家都很期待的甜品,看起來很漂亮很有意境,但吃到嘴裡churros泡泡的,很油膩很軟,一點咬口都沒有,反而那個巧克力醬味道不錯。
Not the best churros in town. The churros were not crunchy but rather soft and oily so that is definitely due to the temperature of the frying oil when they deep fry the churros was too low then oil would be soaked into the food rather than making it crunchy. The gang is still in search of the best churros in town. Boqueria’s quality seems to have deteriorated and Churros de amour was disappointing.
總的來說,價錢不便宜,但牛扒的午市套餐確實划算。除了肉眼扒深得人心,其他的食物則見仁見智了,畢竟味覺還是很主觀的。

Overall, Carly really liked the place for a lunch hangout, average spent per person is around 230 if you order one portion of steak to share amongst 3 or 4 people. They used mainly wood for interior design and high tables and chairs near the windows for you to get a glimpse of radar and sunshine.

由於捧上來既時候鐵板還是熱的, 我地好快就切開左D牛扒。D牛煎得剛剛好, 外脆內嫰, 帶有少少既紅色, 但又未到有血水既程度, 岩岩好, 感覺很JUICY, 真的值得一讚! 值得推薦!

Booked a table for my friends birthday for saturday night. Tango had very nice atmosphere and ambience for a relaxing dinner. My friend got there first and said he already asked about all the recommendations from the menu. the bone-in rib eye was absolutely amazing, the taste by itself was already very flavourful, but it also came with 6 different sauces: mustard, whole gain mustard, horse radish, spicy sauce, salsa-like sauce, and a herb sauce. All went really well with the steak

Sweet corn was also awesome with a mexican style taste, along with portebello with garlic which taste good, but something I could've made at home

However, it was after that when the service became rude. we asked our server to take our picture, she basically ignored us, and went to serve another table. And it was very obvious that she saw my request. I understand you may be busy, but you can give some kind of acknowledgment and let us know you will help us soon, rather than totally ignore us -___-. in the end, the hostess helped us take a picture after seating some other customers.

After main course and desert, we got the bill, and we paid by credit card. Usually the proper gesture is to wait for the customer to sign the bill, and then pass them back the "customer copy" while they kept the merchant copy. In this case, the manager basically handed me the bill for signature and then turned his back on me in no time (and it was NOT busy at that time, as we emded dinner near 11pm).

As a customer that just spent over HKD2,000 at a restaurant, this kind of service is truly not appreciated.
I really hope they will train their staff better. I also left a comment card, which i hope they will take seriously.

besides the poor service quality, the food was great, and i will visit again with friends

同另一半既特別日子,不惜一次都要去食餐好既慶祝下。另一半睇完電影介紹阿根廷燒烤牛排,話想試下,就係Openrice 搵左呢間訂定位來試試。首先係環境一流,之後一坐低有好味既麵包。叫左個carrot soup味道唔錯。另外有mussels加腸仔,除左咸左啲之外都好好味。主菜當然係牛排三步曲,最好味係牛柳,又香又林,諗起都想再食。最後來個雪芭加雪糕,完美既一晚。

新春期間食了幾個盤菜,去到每家拜年都是食糕,盡是中式食品,吃了幾天,就特意轉一轉口味,早幾天訂了這家食阿根庭菜的餐廳。這晚店內人不多,但也坐了三份二個場,店內有着一個開放式廚房,美味的牛排就是從那裏即時燒出來的了。這晚原不想食得太飽,但想不到菜式份量也真的不少,結果又是捧著肚離開餐廳。自家制麵包,跟一般西餐廳一樣,點菜後先奉上的是麵包,這家店的麵包是他們自家制,粉搓得不錯,拿上手還熱,麵包入口表面香脆,內裏鬆軟,麵粉的香味撲鼻,蘸上油醋吃非常美味。什錦頭盆,這裏頭盆只有三款,但卻有一項是可以讓客人一次過嚐試全部三款的選擇,我們揀選了 ,包括有帶子的Scallops and Pickled Chili,有吞拿魚的Tuna and Watermelon和有三文魚的Salmon with Jalapeno and Avocado,並附隨玉米片,供客人將各式頭盆食品置於玉米片上伴吃;Scallops and Pickled Chili,帶子夠新鮮,以刺身形式混合辣椒做成的帶酸的醬汁上檯,入口有微微的酸辣味,但卻剛好引發味蕾的感覺,讓帶子的鮮味更加突出,鮮甜美味的生帶子混合醒胃的汁醬,加上清新爽

這裏頭盆只有三款,但卻有一項是可以讓客人一次過嚐試全部三款的選擇,我們揀選了 [Tasting of 3 Ceviches],包括有帶子的Scallops and Pickled Chili,有吞拿魚的Tuna and Watermelon和有三文魚的Salmon with Jalapeno and Avocado,並附隨玉米片,供客人將各式頭盆食品置於玉米片上伴吃;Scallops and Pickled Chili,帶子夠新鮮,以刺身形式混合辣椒做成的帶酸的醬汁上檯,入口有微微的酸辣味,但卻剛好引發味蕾的感覺,讓帶子的鮮味更加突出,鮮甜美味的生帶子混合醒胃的汁醬,加上清新爽甜的口感,美味無窮;Tuna and Watermelon,新鮮的吞拿魚刺身配上西瓜的汁醬再加入少許芝麻,充份表現出吞拿魚的清甜,在口中散發陣陣的清新魚香,十分美味;Salmon with Jalapeno and Avocado,則用上牛油果和梨汁混成一個較似膏狀的醬汁再配以三文魚刺身粒,入口味道較清淡,在口感上更覺豐腴,帶出另一種食三文魚的新方式。

店主還主動前來介紹三款牛扒的分別,並建議我們先食Fillet,再食Rump Steak,最後才食Skirt,這種由淡至濃的食法,有點像平時食生蠔的方式,由較淡味的牛開始,食至濃味便會品嚐到各部份的不同口感和味道,Fillet肉質較淋軟,肉汁較豐富,有噬口亦非常有肉香,正宗炭烤形式做到外表微微焦脆,內裏仍見鮮紅幼嫩,

火喉掌握得十分準,要五成熟就是五成,絕不過火;Rump Steak的肉質略帶半點韌,但可能太厚和燒的方式不同,雖然口感較Fillet有噬口,但肉汁就略為小,而根位亦多,雖說牛味較Fillet濃,但質素則有所不及;最後品嚐Skirt,做法也與之前的Fillet和Rump Steak不同,應該是烤焗形式做成,整件Skirt扒都感覺較軟滑,入口的確牛味濃郁,而肉汁也香濃,噬口也適中,甚至有點食和牛的感覺,無論口感味道,Skirt都是三件牛扒中最正的一件。

甜品包括有朱古力漿配曲奇手指餅,朱古力漿夠香濃,曲奇手指餅有點過淋,口感略差,味道也偏甜;另一邊是雪糕球,有朱古力味和香草味,兩者都偏甜,入口已知不是自家制,純為外購品;最後的是焦糖布甸,面的焦糖夠香脆,下層的蛋做布甸夠潤滑,入口蛋味香濃,也不太甜是內點甜品中,最好的一個。

響1樓很好, 杜絕街鋪外的煙味飄入黎, 有個開放式烤爐, 不斷有炭烤肉香味飄出黎, 半暗燈光配阿根廷歌曲, 氣氛吾錯(音樂聲會随著越夜越大聲), 服務吾錯, 雖然男服務員笑容稍欠, 但人員有耐性地解答我多個食材問題, 會主動建議小份量拼盤令我們每種都試到, 同主動建議上菜順序。今次order食物份量失預算, 太飽最後只食到一球雪葩, 仲有好多甜品想食(下次要試西班牙油炸鬼!)! 會再黎!

飲完杯雞尾酒,終於有服務生主動黎招呼我,睇吓我會唔會叫多杯,結果小肥叫左杯Argentinian sparkling wine:

Morcilla Sausage($68):此乃阿根廷名菜之「血腸」。中式豬紅,雞紅,鵝紅就食得多,小肥同友人都係睇menu先知原來阿根廷人都興食血製食品,大家都話要叫黎試下!「血腸」層皮又硬又韌,切極都切唔開;個餡就一pat pat,切開咗層比個餡就爛哂,入口味道頗為苦澀,真係叫人失望

,XO仔出名cheap,當然係諗都唔洗諗就叫咗黎試吓啦!其實都算唔話得架啦,有4球雪糕,問題係佢用高杯上,少量o既whiskey好快就張最底層o既雪糕溶解,食客要食完三層雪糕先可以飲得到帶whiskey味o既雪糕水

總結,Tango Argentinian Steakhouse環境氣氛原本相當唔錯,可惜服務生態度差劣
(只有大廚二人友善絕對唔足夠!),加上食物質素與價格比例不符
,平均每位要成$450,絕不抵食!因當晚實在太多不滿,小肥不得不以Tango之諧音寫返編「彈歌」黎贈興!

We met with some friends there and forgot to take many photos of all the dishes due to everyone was more in the mood of catching up.

The bread was definitely not great.  Dry and crumbly.

For appetisers, we had a cerviche (which was alright but nothing to WOW about), the Calamare Salad was really good and refreshing, and the bone marrow on garlic bread.  I thought the garlic bread was overpowering the overall taste but the smell... was really good.  I was told by the waiter that it will be even better in Winter time.  Looking forward to that one!

I saw some really good reviews by others and our steaks were cooked to perfection.

Bone-in Rib-eye (32 or 34oz) was flavorful.  Before it was set on the table, the nearby air filled with smell of a juicy steak.  It was cooked to medium (but slightly rare).  The meat was tender and the fat content was just right.  Makes my mouth water just thinking about it.  The 6 or 8 different sauces all gave it a different kick or taste.

We also shared another steak - skirt.  It was everything the waiter said it would be.  Flavorful, juicy, but with some nice texture when you chew.  We ordered it medium-rare and it was perfect.

The pasta was okay.  Nothing spectaculer and who can remember the pasta when you have all these meat to go around?

What else can make the dinner more perfect than a bottle of Malbec from Argentina?  We ordered the Trapiche Single Vineyard.  It had dark berry and strong aroma.  Not scratchy on the tongue at all and very fruity.  It had a great length but lacked layers.

題外話/補充資料: Not sure why the photos are all side-ways as they all looked okay in my album. I can totally see why some people will get upset at the service. It is busy but the waiters were much more polite and nice than the waitresses in general. We asked for drinks and the waitress we had pretty much made you think if you had asked the wrong question. No emotions and just showed a sign of "indifferent". For steak houses, I think a little bit more smile and being more caring would make the entire meal that much more enjoyable.

Unfortunately, the restaurant's policy is to allow dinner for only 2 hours!!!! How can they expect a large group of 8 people to finish dinner from 7:30 - 9:30???? I can't believe how they would demand that from a large group! I can understand that they place is busy during the weekend and that maybe a smaller group any where between 2-4 people could maybe leave the restaurant in 2 hours if they aren't being social! I'm turned off by this service and don't plan to try out their steaks anymore

題外話/補充資料: Next time it would be wise to make considerations for larger parties that will spend quite an amount in one sitting before you turn them away!

we were lucky to have a window-located table as we did not make reservations. we really enjoyed our meal:received bread as an appetizer. pour some of the olive oil on your plate and sprinkle with salt..how it should be done.appetizersMushroom and Parmesan Empanada - really tasty, the mushrooms tasted really good. the pastry itself was a bit on the thick side but it was good.Fire grilled shrimps: excellent! main8 oz fillet: cooked medium-rare. very tasty, perfectly cooked. it's a thick piece

8 oz fillet: cooked medium-rare. very tasty, perfectly cooked. it's a thick piece, 8oz fills the belly.

12 oz sirloin: cooked medium. tasty, but it would have been better medium-rare. the medium had the sides very cooked and only the middle was medium/medium-rare. it's a thick piece, perhaps 8oz would have been fine as i wasn't able to eat the sides as these were too cooked.

fries: thin and tasty.

broccoli: crunchy and testy, not too much garlic

overal very satisfied.

Sirloin (6/10)
The sirloin has great colour and flavour. The steak was cooked to medium rare, pink, and seasoned to just right. More importantly, the chef seasoned with more sea salt to finish it after its cooked, the chef know what he was doing! The steak was grilled with charcoal, loved the flavour, it would be just perfect if it finish off with some butter and let it melt.

Grilled Salmon (3/10)
The skin was slight crispy, it could be better, only if the chef has score the salmon. The salmon lacked seasoning as well. More importantly, the chef would able to season the salmon with salt in-between the cuts, to give a kick to the salmon, you can put thyme, rosemary and basil. The salmon was raw in-side, I guess maybe it’s the Argentinian style, but I do prefer it cooks pink.

Grilled Portobello Mushrooms (4/10)
The mushrooms was pan-fried with garlic and thyme, the mushrooms were very juicy.

Brussels sprouts and Green Beans (5/10)
The Brussels sprouts was boiled with salt water and then stir-fried with garlic and butter with the green beans. It was fairly season, and crunchy.

I would recommend diners to make your reservation by the windows. And with the wooden décor (floor, tables and chairs) and brick walls with paintings, I am sure you can enjoy a romantic dinner with your love ones with great food at Tango.
