#pb食在灣仔 #pb西餐系列 灣仔人氣意大利餐廳🇮🇹呢間意大利餐廳一開業就已經好受歡迎 之前聽人講要提早兩個月book位🤪 依家就冇咁誇張 Lunch間唔中都有位放出黎 大家得閒可以上去個網睇吓👍🏻 佢位於灣仔囍帖街附近 店外裝修以綠色為主 望落去唔太搶鏡🥰 店內環境唔太大 但座位都幾多 不過座位之間就有少少逼🥹 .食物選擇都幾多 前菜價錢$38-$158不等 主菜價錢$178-$498不等🤪 甜品方面會有Tiramisu、Panna Cotta、Mille Foglie、Gelato等😋🔹Carbonara Egg🥚外型好特別😍 將傳統嘅Carbonara變成泡沫 將佢放落雞蛋入面👍🏻 食落真係好似食緊Carbonara咁 舖面有少少煙肉粒😋 不過作為Starter就略嫌重味咗少少🤪🔹Hokkaido Scallop Tartare🦪推介❤️ 北海道帶子配上牛油果醬、芒果醬汁 味道好清新 做Starte幾好👍🏻 帶子厚身 切成一粒粒 口感更加豐富😋🔹Tubetti🐟粗管麵切成一小段 份量好多👍🏻 墨魚、魷魚等配菜都好爽口、彈牙😋 不過蕃茄醬味道偏鹹、偏濃味 食到一半開始頂唔順🥲🔹Tagliatelle🍝推介❤️ 呢款牛肉闊條麵味道較適中 唔會過鹹👍🏻 闊條麵口感好彈牙 牛肉好淋😋🔹Tiramisu🍫佢嘅Tiramisu雞蛋味較重 咖啡味、朱古力味唔太突出😋 Cream口感軟滑但偏厚身 食一半已經覺得好飽肚🤪🔹Mille Foglie🍫推介❤️ 鍾意食朱古力嘅朋友仔一定要試下🥰 佢嘅朱古力味好濃 但唔會太甜😋 酥皮好薄、好酥脆👍🏻 頂層仲有Hazelnut雪糕 味道、口感都好豐富😍 .整體✨ 呢間位於灣仔船街嘅意大利餐廳人氣十足 無論Lunch定Dinner都好難book位🤪 食物質素幾高 特別係甜品 而且價錢唔太貴👍🏻 有機會都會想再去試埋其他野食 希望之後冇咁難book啦😋 Trattoria Felino (灣仔)灣仔船街1-7號寶業大廈地下3-4號舖

As a Michelin Guide restaurant, it's become quite difficult to secure a reservation lately, but fortunately, we managed to get a table for dinner. However, the experience didn’t quite live up to the hype, especially given the restaurant's popularity. Several dishes were over-sauced, and the flavors didn’t blend well with the ingredients.🥂 Carbonara Egg $38 eachWe started with the signature Carbonara Egg. The yolk cream, combined with pecorino and guanciale, was overly salty for my taste.🥂Hokkaido Scallop Tartare $168The dish was refreshing, and the scallops were fresh, complemented by a mango dressing. However, the avocado flavor was very mild.🥂 Frittatine $98This dish had an interesting texture, with fried Bucatini pasta rolls wrapped in béchamel, cooked ham, and beef ragout.🥂 Tagliatelle $188The signature Tagliatelle with saffron, beef ragout, and Parmesan was, unfortunately, too soggy and salty for my liking.🥂 Half Yellow Chicken $288Braised in a clay pot with vegetables and rich chicken jus, the chicken thigh was tender, but the sauce was again overpoweringly salty. Aside from the thigh, the dish didn’t stand out.🥂 Tiramisu $98We finished with a tiramisu in panna cotta style, served with poached pears, yogurt, and a hint of limoncello and lime zest to conclude the meal.Overall, the experience was underwhelming given its popularity. While the prices were reasonable, it’s not a place I’d be eager to revisit.Overall rating: 6/10

📍灣仔祝大家聖誕快樂,新年進步🎉聖誕節食西餐當然最好feel; Trattoria Felino一直喺我意大利菜wishlist三甲之內, 今日終於食到😋店內裝修簡樸,感覺cozy, 但座位又不至太逼;店員服務態度親切,彷彿想話俾你聽佢哋係用食物味道嚟決勝因為第一次光顧,所以好穩陣咁點哂佢哋嘅signature dish先😂Grandma Ida’s Meatballs - 肉丸加上蕃茄醬,味道正常,不過不失,唔算可以衝擊到味蕾嘅感覺Carbonara Egg - 呢個係用蛋黃醬加上pecorino cheese同風乾豬頰肉脆,然後放喺雞蛋殼入面作為容器,玩味十足;味道就真係好似食緊carbonara咁, 有軟有脆有咬口, 好有特色👍至於主菜就係pasta - Tubetti, 短卷意粉配以墨魚粒, 魷魚粒同羅勒,帶微辣好香口, 可以秒殺😋最後當然要叫返個Tiramisu去roundup整個meal; 用餐體驗非常唔錯,期待下一次再光顧

We couldn't wait to try their signature dishes, and they certainly lived up to the hype. The classic carbonara was a standout, rich and creamy with the perfect balance of flavors. However, the uni carbonara was the real star of the show—a must-try that added a unique twist to the traditional dish.Overall, I highly recommend Trattoria Felino for anyone looking to enjoy exceptional Italian cuisine in a beautifully designed setting. It’s a dining experience you won’t want to miss!
