西環近香港大學的高質西餐,岩哂放工放學聚會。因為人數多可以叫多幾款試多D唔同的野,前菜揀左沙律, 湯, 生蠔等等。當日生蠔有4款Spain Pearl , Irish Rock, Elizabeth同 St. Martin,海水味較重。沙律揀左兩款Salmon Rucola Salad ($128)同 Smoked Salmon Caesar Salad ($128), 兩款都配上了煙三文魚,個人比較喜歡芝麻菜,比起凱薩沙律更輕爽,同煙三文魚更夾。龍蝦濃湯 ($98)真係好濃郁,唔會太咸,龍蝦味突出。酸橘汁醃魚章魚 ($148)的章魚好彈牙完全唔會韌,酸橘汁亦好清爽,前菜好開胃。Wagyu Filet Mignon 7oz ($378)相對肋眼,菲力比較瘦,適合唔鍾意太油膩的人,5成熟控制得岩岩好,如果太熟會比較乾,配上的薯條係好有薯仔味道的粗薯條,係值得單獨點的薯條。Spanish Spare Ribs ($328)超大份燒豬肋骨亦係值得一試,調味做的唔錯,入味亦唔會太濃,咸甜適中,一班朋友可以一齊分享Fish n Chips ($148)炸魚薯條相對比較無特別,如果想一班朋友傾計慢慢食的可以選擇。甜品拼盤 ($168) 十分之靚,打卡必點,份量亦很大,建議4人可以選擇,2人可以選擇朱古力心太軟 ($88),即叫即做,熱熱的流心岩哂冬天。飲品試左Green Forest Mocktail ($48),意外地好味,食左咁多好野必須飲返一杯甜甜酸酸的飲品中和一下。 繼續閱讀

想講呢…最近史努比嘅procrastination有啲嚴重🥴以前通常呢頭食完嗰日出post架嘛而家有時離譜到隔咗成個禮拜先出呢間亦唔例外😂好多時系寫完食評擺咗喺度然後又懶 拖下拖下拖勁耐先肯剪片😂😂結果啲post完全唔跟時序 亂咁出😂😂😂Anywaysss今日同大家介紹間西環幾有情調嘅西餐😝👍🏿Irish Rock愛爾蘭石蠔 $29蠔肉比較薄身 但都唔會話好細隻食到好重嘅鹹鮮味 如果鍾意食蠔味重嘅可以揀呢款~味道: 7/10性價比: 6.5/10.👍🏿St Martin法國聖馬田生蠔 $29呢款相對肥美啲蠔味冇Irish rock咁濃 但食落就creamy啲史努比鍾意呢款多啲😋味道: 7.5/10性價比: 6.5/10👍🏿Octopus ceviche檸汁醃八爪魚 $148八爪魚比想像中好食! 彈牙而唔系擦膠😂食落有香味 都帶啲鮮甜底部系牛油果番茄莎莎醬 有啲仲系一舊舊嘅狀態 未夠融但大部份都mash得幾好食落口感smooth 用適量橄欖油同檸檬汁調味 酸酸甜甜幾開胃幾樣嘢加埋估唔到出嚟嘅chemical reaction又幾好食🤭味道: 7.5/10性價比: 6.5/10👍🏿Spanish garlic shrimp西班牙蒜味蝦 $128麵包好煙韌 搽咗牛油烘香 配合呢個帶微微香辣嘅蒜蒜汁 爸爸👨🏻話好輕微 但史努比覺得都幾辣下😂不過索盡精華 辣辣地咁好鬼夾🤣蝦肉大隻 仲要勁彈牙!! 好有口感食到少少甜味 Total有成10隻咁多 唔錯唔錯 試得過😚味道: 8/10性價比: 7/10👍🏿Char grilled seafood platter炭燒海鮮拼盤 $398海鮮分別有蝦 帶子 八爪魚同埋海鱸魚有炙燒過嘅香味 調味比較淡 正好突出海鮮本身嘅味道配搭薄荷檸檬汁 酸酸may may更加refreshing帶子大隻 肉質夠嫩😚螺好有𡁻口 彈牙嘅 但略嫌少韌鱸魚嘅魚皮燒得稍為燶咗少少 食到輕微嘅苦味 不過可接受魚肉非常嫩滑八爪魚同第一道菜一樣 都系彈牙~Overall都唔錯 份量足味道: 7.5/10性價比: 7/10~小插曲上次同爸爸👨🏻嘅時候經過凍肉舖佢話不如買即食pork rib 焗一焗就食得好方便史努比硬系覺得即食嘅冇咁好食 但又懶得整😂咁啱見到佢有pork rib 就嗌咗份😝👍🏿Roast full rack of Spanish pork spare ribs w/ bbq sauce燒西班牙豬肋骨配黑醋燒烤醬 $328都幾大份🤣Pork rib嘅肉雖然唔多 但咬落去嫩口又多汁可能因為近骨位嘅肉都偏肥🤣所以特別有油香加上個sauce調得啱啱好甜中帶微酸 唔會太甜爸爸👨🏻都好滿意😆另外配菜有啲焗薯仔 翠玉瓜同番茄~味道: 8/10性價比: 7/10👍🏿Dessert platter甜品拼盤 $168拼盤稍貴 但份量確實多😂雪糕嘅雲尼拿味唔算好出 但有喺度嘅質地都夠smooth本身甜度頗高 底部加咗Oreo碎碎就更加甜😂但又唔系話甜到接受唔到嗰種其實好食🤣有兩條類似黑白配嘅朱古力餅同樣地偏甜 但脆口~Brownie就正正常常啦有朱古力味 史努比覺得可以再rich d質地都系正常發揮🤣濕潤綿密~Crème brûlée滑溜 略嫌忌廉味重咗啲Turns out蛋味就比較弱Cheesecake質感比較厚實個人覺得芝士味唔算好香 一般啦~Overall其實唔差 但就唔算特別出色甜度偏高 螞蟻人會鍾意!🤭味道: 7/10性價比: 6.5/10🔸Asahi $48🔸Negroni $68爸爸👨🏻揀嘅cocktail 發現佢飲親都系呢款🤣佢話正常發揮 唔錯🙌🏿*另設加一服務費*Overall都唔錯 同埋估佢唔到平日晚市都咁多人🤭座位8-9成滿 證明有返咁上下水準🤣的確史努比都覺得唔錯嘅價錢正正常常啦 西餐都系差唔多價~史努比覺得佢哋個vibe幾好 暗調嘅風格 除咗嚟拍拖之外 一家人都啱嚟架!整體評分:味道: 7.5/10環境: 8/10服務: 7.3/10衛生: 8/10抵食: 6.7/10 繼續閱讀

餐廳有種英倫古堡嘅感覺,servers都係行管家式gentle有禮路線。之前行過已經想入去食,可惜full house。今次訂咗枱同朋友慶祝聖誕,個vibe真係好合適。 #Oyster #生蠔生蠔有六款選擇,server好耐心介紹每款嘅分別。今次揀咗 #spainpearl、#irishrock、#stmartin。Server話一款甜甜哋、一款海水味較濃、一款較為中性。個人最鍾意St Martin, 肥美嫩滑,海水味出得嚟唔搶,帶出少許鮮甜。 #garlicstrimp #西班牙蒜蓉蝦一上枱先滿足嗅覺,好開胃。蝦肉鮮甜彈牙,一盤有成十隻,起晒肉。蒜蓉汁超級香,點埋外脆內鬆軟嘅法包,食極都唔夠。 #wagyuribeye #和牛肉眼扒本身睇openrice見個個都推介斧頭扒,但賣晒。Server推介食南非養和牛,嗌咗medium rare。啖啖肉、牛味好出、嫩滑、而且好juicy。 #browniewithicecream #鐵板朱古力布朗尼伴雲尼拿雪糕 鐵板上嘅brownie, 嚟到server會淋上朱古力漿。朱古力味濃郁、口感細滑,唔太甜膩。又凍又熱,值得一試。 #chocolatefondant #朱古力熔岩伴雲呢拿雪糕好好食,同樣朱古力味濃郁,內餡滑溜。只不過相對下略顯冇咁有特色。 一入去就join咗佢個 #freeflowpackage, 貪佢唔使左揀右揀,食乜嘢就有咩酒配搭。總括而言,餐廳氣氛好好、servers非常attentive、食物又多選擇又好食又唔貴,性價比1000(!) 繼續閱讀

Tonight, I had the pleasure of dining at a fantastic restaurant that specializes in oysters & seafood. The menu featured an array of fresh delights, including oysters, lobster bisque, and a tempting seafood platter. Here’s a detailed review of the dishes I savored during my visit.🦪 Irish and South African OystersTo kick off the meal, I started with a selection of oysters from Ireland and South Africa. The Irish oysters were fresh. In contrast, the South African oysters had a creamier texture, with a subtle sweetness that left a lasting impression. Both varieties were served on ice, showcasing their freshness.🦞Lobster BisqueNext came the lobster bisque! Each spoonful was comforting and indulgent, making it a perfect start to the meal.🐙Octopus CevicheThe octopus was tender and the avocado purée added a creamy texture that balanced the dish beautifully, creating a harmonious blend of fresh and savory notes.🦞🐟Grilled Seafood PlatterThe seafood platter was a feast for the eyes and the palate. This generous assortment included tiger prawn, Canadian whelk, scallop, octopus and sea bass, all cooked to perfection. We are lucky to bump into the live music night of the restaurant (which is among the music schedule during every Wed/Sat for Nov! ) ,making the atmosphere more vibrant. Oysters are as good as the shop’s name claimed. Fresh and creamy, best to indulge with a glass of wine. Particularly love the seafood appetiser, the combination of different flavour delights our tongue.And of coz we need the FULL RACK OF spanish pork spare ribs with balsamic BBQ sauce, to celebrate the festive season!Tender to enjoy. But my personal love goes to the mushroom risotto with juicy WAGYU BEEF. Simple ingredients but delightful to taste. Chocolate lovers like us shall not miss the “Fire and ice” taste of brownie and molton lava cake with vanilla ice cream, even with a full stomach. 繼續閱讀
