當面對着兩種都很喜歡的菜式時,的確令人難以取捨,今晚我就掙扎了好耐,皆因餐廳有兩大主打,一是鐵板燒,另一是刺身壽司。只能二選其一,點好?餐廳分兩區,一入門是壽司吧枱,掛上仿楓葉,四處擺放鮮花,難道是代表着「旨花」,柔情一面?而轉角便有三張大鐵板燒枱,另一邊亦設有獨立的房間,擺設平實,是代表着「鉄人」,剛強一面嗎?今晚頗為疲累,還是覺得柔情一面會適合,最終揀了Omakase,慢慢跟師傅交流,靜靜欣賞。餐簿設計簡單而不花巧,除了有兩款廚師發辦外,還有不少單點菜式,分別有刺身、壽司、鉄板單點、燒物、小食、炸物、丼和多款酒。一向愛Omakase的我,今晚當然不會錯過,就揀 $1280 Omakase,包有先付、刺身盛、一品料理、壽司盛、吸物和甜品。************************先付擺設精緻,配上不同的花朵,完全代表着餐廳。共有三款,分別有熊本和牛海膽卷,啲啲骰骰, 好精美。雪花般的油脂佈滿整件和牛,加捲着油潤豐膄的海膽,簡直油份爆燈,令整個口腔甘香油潤。中間是拌入蛋黃醬的松葉蟹肉,一梳梳的蟹肉啖啖肉,令人吃得極滿足,再加上配了蛋黃醬,既特別亦能帶出鮮味。最後是我最欣賞的鮟康魚

*********************** 壽司陸續出場,每件壽司的米飯上加了少許山葵,亦掃上醬油,故品嚐時無需再作任何添加。那更好!

------------------------------ 還記得很久之前來過這間餐廳,它給我的印象是鋼柔並重,現在感覺有些不同....應是「鋼中帶柔,柔中帶鋼」。“鋼”不單單是鉄板,而“柔”亦不只是刺身料理,其實當你細心欣賞師傅們的製作,你便會看到「鋼中帶柔,柔中帶鋼」這種表現的方法,用心享受每頓飯吧!
