今日貪新鮮去咗呢間出咗名食得意點心既中菜館食晚飯,一入到去就已經見到環境好靚好吸引,佢嘅裝飾有中西合璧嘅感覺,包括有中國式嘅蒸籠,又有西式嘅油畫,真係唔錯。我哋落左單之後食物上菜嘅速度都唔算慢,大概等左5分鐘就已經上咗第一味菜,我哋叫咗個石鍋鮑魚雞粒炒飯,石鍋上到嚟嘅時候仲係熱既,有咋咋聲,見到有細細粒嘅鮑魚同雞粒,而且數量都算適中,炒飯係濕炒,但係石鍋燒左一陣就開始乾,而且帶有飯焦,感覺焦香,而且聞到好大浸香味,份量夠兩個人食,而且仲帶咗個長白山鮮人蔘燉竹絲雞燉湯,個燉湯用茶壺燉同埋裝住,然後倒落茶杯飲,呢個設計幾特別,但係略嫌茶壺比較細,湯嘅份量都唔太多,但係湯嘅質素就好高,佢入邊好足料,有大大條人蔘同埋幾舊竹絲雞同豬肉,飲落有好香濃嘅人蔘雞湯味,聞落已經覺得好補身,飲完之後就覺得個身好暖,呢個湯真係唔錯。之後帶咗得意點心包括鮮蝦金魚餃同埋老鼠愛大米,鮮蝦金魚餃即係蝦餃,賣相真係滿分,而且食落又幾好味,好味過普通茶樓蝦餃,老鼠愛大米就似煎堆嘅味道,但係佢外皮用咗西米嚟整,食落又唔太怪,而且反而幾夾,別有驚喜。最後叫咗個金薯棋子酥,佢分別用紫薯同埋黃色番薯整做象棋嘅樣,入邊有少量椰汁
