以上份量2人食岩岩好!強烈推介石鍋鮮蟹粉炒飯,雖然份量都幾細,但蟹粉味好鮮,有少量飯焦又唔會燶,因為個飯唔會太乾,所以係我罕有喜愛嘅石鍋飯。其他餸中規中矩,小籠包一般茶樓水準,津白普普通通,豆沙鍋餅細細份,冇特別,餐廳衛生情況有待改善!侍應既態度十分熱情😇人均大概$150 一d都唔平,但食物質素十分普通,除左個蟹粉炒飯外,沒甚驚喜。

服務員送上餐牌之餘,亦問我哋想飲啲咩茶。朋友最後就點了菊花茶,亦都好快落左order (哈!我哋其實係門口已經熟讀左個餐牌同大概諗定想叫啲乜嘢)。

先嚟歎吓個菊花茶先,可能之前睇戲食左爆谷,飲完依個即刻覺得口喉嚨舒服多了,而且同類食肆我比較少見有菊花茶揀,仲要係落重料嘅(一打開個壺蓋,就見到滿哂菊花!!),真係值得一讚。

剩係兩樣當然未夠喉啦,之後上嘅先係我哋兩個揀試依間餐廳嘅原因,佢哋嘅招牌菜之一,石鍋蟹粉飯。剩係見到都可能會流口水。鋪面嘅係一層厚厚既蟹粉,入面夾集左一啲啲蟹肉。服務員提醒我哋放一陣先食,咁樣就會有多啲飯焦。Anyway, 又係一個邪惡,但係又好好味嘅餸,飯焦加上蟹粉,依個組合真係冇得輸。

一向都非常鐘意食上海菜,尤其小籠包,不過元朗上海菜館不多,呢間京滬村就啱哂我。蔥爆牛肉配薄餅有圖有真相,個鐵板熱辣辣,出晒煙,即叫即整,冬天食非常有風味,而且好香蔥味,牛肉亦都好鮮甜,將啲牛肉加上沖再加上薄餅,非常之有口感,味道複雜得來又好香濃,如果鍾意食飯的話,加埋飯都好好食。小籠包食嘅時候要小心啲,小心會燙傷個嘴,因為非常之多湯喺個小籠包入邊,而且個皮都好薄,肉汁亦都非常之香,食上海菜絕對不能少嘅一個菜式。雲吞擔擔麵呢個雲吞包包面一段上枱嘅時候已經非常之香,一食個包包面非常之入味,湯底好龍嘅花生醬味,而且個麵都好彈牙,但亞得來又好入味,雲吞亦都非常之香,食食一定係揀呢一個擔擔麵。入座嘅時候唔算多人,但坐咗一陣就已經坐滿人,食完之後就知道點解咁多客人,因為價錢非常之實惠,而且味道好好食,下一次我都一定唔會再返轉頭食。完全估唔到元朗都有一間咁有水準嘅上海菜館,而且位置都算方便,由元朗站行出去只需要大約5分鐘,而且服務非常之好,侍應又有禮貌又有耐性,所以一定會再返去食。

有圖有真相,個鐵板熱辣辣,出晒煙,即叫即整,冬天食非常有風味,而且好香蔥味,牛肉亦都好鮮甜,將啲牛肉加上沖再加上薄餅,非常之有口感,味道複雜得來又好香濃,如果鍾意食飯的話,加埋飯都好好食。

食嘅時候要小心啲,小心會燙傷個嘴,因為非常之多湯喺個小籠包入邊,而且個皮都好薄,肉汁亦都非常之香,食上海菜絕對不能少嘅一個菜式。

呢個雲吞包包面一段上枱嘅時候已經非常之香,一食個包包面非常之入味,湯底好龍嘅花生醬味,而且個麵都好彈牙,但亞得來又好入味,雲吞亦都非常之香,食食一定係揀呢一個擔擔麵。
入座嘅時候唔算多人,但坐咗一陣就已經坐滿人,食完之後就知道點解咁多客人,因為價錢非常之實惠,而且味道好好食,下一次我都一定唔會再返轉頭食。

醉雞主要就是看酒香味足不足夠, 每口雞肉都要充滿酒香.而京滬村的醉雞是絕對合格, 足以滿足想食醉雞的欲望呢~

元朗多嘢食都就係人都知但係中式店舖餐館就唔多啦,
係雞地嗰邊有一個閣樓餐館主打上海京滬菜,
地方環境大又坐得舒服,店員服務態度有禮細心,

我們在大棠行完山,直落元朗食野,睇食評覺得吾錯就去食,食物質素還可以,但服務實在太差了,3個女仔叫左4個餸前後上菜竟然要等1個鐘,菜已凍了等飯到的時候,你要知道冬天的時候吃冷飯菜是多麼的不好,希望改善服務質素,還有份量太少了,我們都要出去食多個雲吞麵,本身我地都不屬於大食的人

因為早排去完上海旅行,所以對當地美食念念不忘,想不到元朗有一間叫「京滬村」餐廳讓我可以食返上海當地嘅味道餐廳位於閣樓,地方闊落,有好多位子。我哋去食嘅時候晚上七點左右不多人,所以坐得很舒服叫以上呢兩個菜式,眼看份量不多,但食落原來足夠兩個人享用,之後我們再叫一個小籠包(沒影到相),七成飽,走人值得一讚嘅係有一位女店員態度十分好,外表看來不是十分溫柔細心的,但一開口說話超令人感到溫柔體貼,我們也驚訝了他會耐心講解每一道菜和推介菜式,讓我們更了解❤️

再次出沒喺元朗搵食,最近食得多西餐,想轉下口味食中餐見到間好似食驚京川滬菜嘅仲諗住順便試吓。於是我哋首先叫咗京滬4小籠,原味,黑松露,蟹粉,蟲草花。來嘅時候熱辣辣原味同出邊真係去食嘅分別不大,蟹粉都一般啦過得去,比較驚喜嘅係黑松露味小籠包真係有一種好特別嘅味覺享受,最特別嘅反而係蟲草花食落去有口味,值得一試。然後前菜再嚟咗蒜泥白肉,蒜泥不算多,肉片口感比較厚實,而且仲有粉皮喺底度添。帶子水餃,鮮肉裏麵包住粒帶子,有驚喜。招牌菜之一的石鍋鮮蟹粉蛋炒飯,一粒粒嘅石鍋再喺面頭配上一陣口口嘅笑容蟹粉賣相一流再加上燒焦左嘅炒飯食落去口感好有趣好好食。是全晚的亮點。蘿蔔絲酥餅,酥餅份量比較大。豆沙鍋餅,放涼了一點再上就一般了。
