在觀塘,上樓覓食是常識吧。今天就特別一點,和朋友走到位於鴻圖道的帝盛酒店一樓的名人館吃晚飯。朋友說這裡的滷水鵝頗有名,所以很想試。這個二人餐超豐富,除了有滷水鵝肉拼盤,還有湯、小吃、菜和麵,價錢亦比單點划算,當然點這個二人餐😁先喝湯,為這頓豐富的晚餐揭開序幕。兩款燉湯我們各要了一款。杏汁燉豬肺湯杏汁味突出,奶白色的湯水感覺感覺很滋補;姬松茸燉雞湯亦很足料夠火喉,味道濃郁。冰鎮鮑魚、海蜇拼鴨舌賣相很漂亮,用這三款食材砌出一條魚,頗有心思。鮑魚已預先起殼,亦砌成三小塊,可以方便而優雅地吃。冰鎮鮑魚酒香十足卻不會苦,味道亦不會苦澀或過濃,恰到好處;海蜇爽口彈牙,充滿麻油香,令人開胃。竹炭脆豆腐外層非常酥脆而乾身,一點也不油膩,脆皮帶點咸味內裡的豆腐非常嫩滑,很好吃👍🏼主角滷水鵝肉果然沒有令人失望,滷水汁香濃惹味卻不會死鹹,味道平衡得很好,無論鵝片還是雞肉都很搭配,還有滷水豆腐作配菜,豆腐夠入味,正招牌撈麵外表雖然簡單平凡,卻很滋味。以蔥花,麻油,蝦乾混在一起,麵超級爽口,微微辣的撈麵也令我吃不停口。

炸子雞外皮炸到脆卜卜又無損佢入面既肉質,肉質好嫩滑,重點係炸蒜既出色令到成碟炸雞既香味出晒黎。

原來觀塘有間隱世潮州菜,由米芝連星⭐️級主廚主理,仲聽講座無虛席。要是一間潮州菜好唔好食當然少不了潮式滷水,點咗份滷水鵝片,果然鵝肉非常鮮嫩,滷水汁味道鹹香適中與餓肉也十分匹配。最欣賞嘅係佢墊底嘅豆腐都做得非常好味。另一樣推薦菜式就係潮式炸蟹棗,蟹棗呢個名可能有啲人唔係好知係咩,其實有啲似我哋打邊爐食嘅蝦滑,混入咗蟹肉,加入馬蹄、沙葛等等嘅材料,再拎落去炸到金黃色。依度菜式其實好考功夫,首先係蟹棗做得夠唔夠爽、其次就係炸嘅時間要拿捏得啱啱好。呢度嘅師傅就將呢一度菜式發揮得淋漓盡致,彈牙之餘外表係香脆嘅金黃色。

竹炭脆豆腐
一上枱個樣好似臭豆腐,但其實係溝咗竹炭粉漿炸嘅豆腐。我唔係一上檯即刻食,係等左一段時間食,但都仲係keep到好脆,裏面嘅豆腐都系好嫩滑同豆味濃,脆皮有別於平時酒樓食到嘅金磚豆腐,皮好鬆脆,類似食新鮮出爐鮮奶球包皮嘅感覺,好特別,推薦。

總括而言,餐廳食物質素好有水準,推薦一定要食滷水、撈麵同功夫湯,而且二人餐份量真係好足料,女仔嚟食,都夠4個人食,好抵食。店員服務態度好好,會主動同客人推介菜式,亦有不時留意客人需要,想食有水準嘅潮州菜,推薦黎試試。
