期待鹵水鵝片出場,叫雙拼拼墨魚片,獅頭鵝片咬落完全冇渣,肉質林,鹵水汁的花椒八角桂皮味唔會好重,鹵水汁味調教得好好,唔會好濃但鹵水味就好香,鵝肉完全吸收鹵水汁,食左咁多年鹵水鵝,這間真心做得唔錯,墨魚片爽口👍

在觀塘工業區, 這一間小酒店竟隱藏住這所高質素的菜館, 若不是街坊朋友介紹, 真係搵你唔到, 但是一上到二樓已經看見全院滿座, 証明有實力有麝就自然香, 當然必試它的潮州鹵水鵝, 果然冇搵錯, 鵝肉完全是肥瘦適中, 而且咬落不會有渣, 甚至他的墨魚片和豬腩肉, 鹵水味都極之濃濃厚好味, 而且食得出本身食材都是高質的, 另外更值得一贊是他的脆皮燒雞, 做緊promote竟然半隻也不過佰元, 但是上枱簡直令人驚喜, 皮脆且肉質紮實有咬口,另外的那個香芒蝦球, 吸晴之餘, 蝦球大大隻而且配格芒果味很創新, 這晚的菜式和食材都實在是近期潮菜的表表者。

甫入店內熱情有禮的招待, 已予人一份親切的感覺, 此店前身是阿鴻小館, 也有光顧, 今次來雖然換了名, 但原來班底不變, 咁就更加有信心, 先來個醒胃小吃“ 陳醋白雲豬手” 真係皮彈爽脆, 好的開始, 滷水鵝當然必要試, 原來店員介紹鵝當然係嚴選獅頭鵝, 但最大分別在於處理過程及時間掌握, 更拍心口担保鵝肉不會有渣, 果然名不虛傳, 今次個鵝拼盆的墨魚片和豬腩肉都絕不失色, 甚至連豆腐也滑不溜口及入味, 轉眼消化晒, 另一推介之作就是香芒大蝦窩巴, 淨擺盆賣相都贏曬, 整體今餐飯很滿意, 怪不得全場滿座, 甚至發覺熟客也不少呢!

名人館名人館前身係一間米芝蓮阿鴻小吃,餐廳位於九龍觀塘鴻圖道84號香港觀塘帝盛酒店1樓,餐廳裝修以傳統中式酒樓設計以金色為主調,餐廳主打廣東潮州菜,早市有點心,午市晚市有套餐供應,服務員招呼殷勤友善有禮。鹵水鵝掌翼餐廳鹵水招牌菜,鹵水掌翼係我嘅至愛,廚師冇令我失望,嫩滑掌翼的鹵水香味,食到我齒頰留香。醉香鴨舌餐廳用花雕和玫瑰露煮鴨舌,酒味不太濃,微鹹,帶有醉香味的鴨舌食落超嫩滑。招牌撈麵撈麵內有芽菜,香蔥和辣椒絲,廚師製作撈麵功夫一流,從未食過這麼爽口彈牙的撈麵,值得一讚。素鵝餐廳用腐皮製作素鵝,材料簡單,製作用心,微鹹,鵝味不太濃,食落有口感。芥末雞腳筋芥末雞腳筋第一次食吾錯,雞腳筋食落彈牙兼爽口,芥未令我鼻塞暢通,感覺非常舒暢。清心綠豆爽綠豆爽內有白色的馬蹄和透明的清心丸,微甜,爽口的馬蹄和煙靭彈牙的清心丸,每羹綠豆爽食落都有多種口感。福果薏米蛋白腐竹糖水材料豐富,薏米份量都不少,腐竹煮到溶晒,微甜,每口糖水都有彈牙的薏米和香濃腐竹味。

撈麵內有芽菜,香蔥和辣椒絲,廚師製作撈麵功夫一流,從未食過這麼爽口彈牙的撈麵,值得一讚。

素鵝
餐廳用腐皮製作素鵝,材料簡單,製作用心,微鹹,鵝味不太濃,食落有口感。

芥末雞腳筋
芥末雞腳筋第一次食吾錯,雞腳筋食落彈牙兼爽口,芥未令我鼻塞暢通,感覺非常舒暢。

清心綠豆爽
綠豆爽內有白色的馬蹄和透明的清心丸,微甜,爽口的馬蹄和煙靭彈牙的清心丸,每羹綠豆爽食落都有多種口感。

福果薏米蛋白腐竹糖水
材料豐富,薏米份量都不少,腐竹煮到溶晒,微甜,每口糖水都有彈牙的薏米和香濃腐竹味。

同好友聚會,要可以慢慢坐慢慢食,又夠靜嘅地方,酒店菜館係首選,好友又將範圍收窄至潮州菜,咁就拍板喇。地點喺觀塘,因為唔太熟悉呢區,一直以為喺大街,原來喺工廈堆中。約咗平日7.30pm,上到去唔太多客,我哋仲有得揀枱坐,可惜窗口位置係大枱,我哋要傾計當然揀合自己的。講到明傾計為主題,就先叫黑炭豆腐2件,鵝片墨片拼鵝翼,可以慢慢食。好友對豆腐讚嘆不已,它的確有特色,黑色脆皮包住軟滑豆腐。三拼都中規中矩。經理推介了檸檬特飲,我哋都叫咗試下,檸檬香夠,又唔太甜,好啱食住傾住飲。傾到咁上下,又點了當日特別推薦-金錢鱔,我哋選了豉汁煮,鱔肥大夠厚,又夠彈牙。冇菜喎,唔夠balance,又點個芥蘭。傾到口乾,又叫咗過豬肺湯,呢個超驚喜,佢係一個類似紫砂茶壺+2隻杯仔,因為我掛住講,聽唔清楚侍應上菜時所講,雖然睇住侍應喺茶壺倒滿2杯,當好友問嗰個係咩,我仲答係汁,好友打開壺蓋一睇,原來係湯,而其實茶具盤早已寫了「湯」。個湯好潤,我哋將杯一飲而盡又繼續傾繼續食枱上食物。過咗一段時間再斟湯,好神奇,啲湯仲暖,個壺保温力奇好。其間,侍應傳菜路過時,見我哋好奇眼光,會主動講出手中菜名,好醒目的舉動。

今晚同另一朋友第一次去名人館,叫了滷水鵝片、竹炭豆腐、煎蠔餅、南乳齋、方魚肉碎粥,每一道菜都好有水準,好味 👍滷水鵝片又滑,又香,又有咬口,好耐冇食過咁好食嘅滷水鵝片,超高賀。煎蠔餅好脆,香口,但唔太油膩。南乳齋送飯一流(但冇叫飯 😆)方魚肉碎粥好香,而且有甜品 最後以綠豆爽結尾,有驚喜,加咗馬蒂,而且蒂有鮮甜味,好新鮮 👍👍👍環境舒適,乾淨,而且招呼好,整體而言係好有水準嘅新派潮洲酒家,值得一試再試。

冰鎮咕嚕肉 唔係得個樣 超脆好吃。 竹炭豆腐 有想像不到的味道也是很好吃。。蒸魚有 加椒麻 調味幾特別, 出面食唔到呢種味道。炸子雞就睇樣都知道新鮮好味啦, 最緊要肉質夠嫰 完全唔會柴雞胸都無炒車係個前菜比較普通和坊間吃到的沒有太大分別但是味道也是中上水平。 服務也是不用說, 非常殷勤經常問你要不要換碟碗。 係餐廳地點有點kick, 地鐵站行過來有點遠要坐巴士或 可能要自己揸車黎。。總體嚟講 性價比不錯 價錢都唔算貴。 值得推介

同樣係潮州菜,唔同餐廳嘅水準都可以爭好遠!曾經有兩位朋友都食完推薦俾我,先發現呢間工作的滷水菜食店!嗰日同朋友食咗好多滷水款式佢嘅鵝掌真係最出色鹵水鵝掌其實好多都有得食但係餐廳嘅煮法同水準真係好唔同食過出面貴價,但完全CP值唔高的鵝掌😔名人館呢度嘅鵝掌真係性價比極高隻鵝掌同我手掌一樣咁長食落超級嫩滑,而且味道濃郁好香八角味🥹鹵水鹹甜都好適中 唔會覺得太鹹或者太甜好啱我口味😍希望下次快啲約朋友再去😁
