It is not that spicy as you think.


The chicken is actually quite tasty and yummy with crispy golden skin.


Customers can choose the degrees of spiciness which they prefer.

四合院是中國的一種傳統合院式建築,其格局為一個院子四面建有房屋。一想到這個名子就感覺到古色古香,吃川菜的這裡起這個名字很好。裡面的食物種類都很多,一般的川式食品都會有。比較特別的我覺得是這個干鍋。能選擇自由喜歡的配菜和口味。味道有十三香原味,麻辣味和孜然味。看到旁邊都感覺挺辣的,不敢叫太辣,點了一個孜然味的,說是微辣。估計十三香是用了十三種香料製作而成的,所以味道都很濃,還帶有各種的香。辣度感適中,難得的係油份竟然不太多,還有煮菜時間雖短,但卻入味。鍋是6個材料起才可以整的,而且份量挺大的,所以份量足夠兩個人吃,不用再點其他了。特別推薦的係田雞和地瓜。田雞這樣煮好吃,入味,肉彈,鮮甜。地瓜是先炸過才煮的,外面辣辣的,內面甜甜的,很好吃。還點了個酸菜魚,味道適中,不會太濃。酸菜又香又好吃。還有就係魚用上了龍脷魚,啖啖肉,更沒有了海魚的草腥味,更容易食更好味。一坐下朋友就說這裡很有北京的風味,雖算不上華麗,但就是有風味。還有服務員阿姨,感覺親切得很,很是開心。

一個唔慣食辣GE人真係有D擔心GE~

不過食落完全無問題, 點了小辣的我們真係覺得辣得岩岩好..辣中帶小小甜

非常惹味~配上虎蝦完全中和了勁辣的感覺…

牛柏業則吸了所有辣, 所以超超超正~

整顆都是辣汁的芝士丸真係味見過, 但這樣食令我更愛…外面辣內裡流心的芝士..好愛啊

知道灣仔利東街有很多食肆,但原來附近也是食市林立,是夜與友人覓食,就揀了這個門面看上去好有中國特色的四合院。整條街的店舖都是細細的,這一間也不例外,加上店舖的裝修,坐在其中品嚐晩餐,很有在古式古香的家裹吃飯的感覺。十三香秘製乾鍋是店內招牌菜,當然要試試喇。我們便點了虎蝦鍋再加埋寬粉,因友人曾在另外的店舖吃過寬粉覺得很不錯,所以希望能夠再嚐試。當店員一送上乾鍋,已經可以聞到麻辣的香味,乾鍋裏整整有10隻虎蝦,虎蝦很新鮮,肉質又爽口,寬粉很煙韌,口感不俗,友人的提議果然不錯,值得一讃,未試過這種麻辣乾鍋的應該一試。我們還點了小鷄燉磨菇,因看見也是店舖較為好賣的菜式,鷄醃得很入味,和磨菇的香味十分之合拍,無怪乎是店舖其中一款招牌菜!最後還選了炸醬麵,麵上面舗満了芽菜、紅蘿蔔絲,還有青瓜絲,加埋那些肉醬混埋一起食,又一美食!

叫虎蝦總共大約有八隻虎蝦左右,主要其實個配料有芫荽,辣椒,芝麻同埋麻椒。

蝦都幾爽口,不過都應該係冰鮮啦,虎蝦果然係熟咗都大隻啲,店員好細心,一開始已經去咗腸!味道香辣,而且入味,吸引味蕾。

除此之外,我哋都叫咗其他餸

田雞$48 分量唔算太多,勝在夠入味,而且口感香滑。

西班牙黑毛豬腩片$48 都幾肥,乾鍋來唔會過乾,仲有啲口感。

金針菇$28 好似以前食嘅烤金菇,最吸味,所以都幾辣。

小雞燉蘑菇算係一款好傳統既東北菜, 我諗唔係東北人都未必認識呢道菜, 估唔到係香港都食到, 佢最特別既地方係就雞同蘑菇一齊煮, 又多汁又入味, 而菇既香味同雞既味道又非常夾, 其實係好似食緊台灣既滷好似味, 都係兩樣野MIX埋一齊, 成為左獨有既口感同味道

相約好友晚上來灣仔吃飯。怎料到放工已很晚,已九時多又想吃辣時朋友就推介我去吃四合院!於是決定到四合院一試,原先想堂食但因為十點就關門,但我們想吃辣心切。所以老闆娘很好人地給我們外賣吃。點了個水煮魚和辣炒乾鍋,再點了兩罐可樂。等了一會兒後,總共有五大盒外賣合裝著!外賣也絕不欺場,完全是與在堂吃的分量一樣!走到就近的地方坐著吃。水煮魚除了有無骨魚柳外,還有底下的薯粉,朋友較喜歡這個,但我自己就覺得有點羊羶味。炒乾鍋選了十三香麻辣鍋,無底,再加了肥牛、田雞、肥腸、午餐肉和寛粉。個人十分推介吃乾鍋要點寛粉!質感QQ而且配辣乾鍋是非常搭。總共$485,價位好像是偏高但如果是真材實料的話我覺得反而不錯啊!

個人十分推介吃乾鍋要點寛粉!質感QQ而且配辣乾鍋是非常搭。
總共$485,價位好像是偏高但如果是真材實料的話我覺得反而不錯啊!

灣仔舊囍帖街食市林立,話晚款過,發現了這間裝修充滿懷舊氣息,古色古香的,再看看門外的餐牌,原來是吃辣的。 朋友都是嗜辣人士,二話不說就衝入店子找個位子。餐廳位置不多,只有大約五、六張枱,幸好平日晚上入坐尚早,未見人龍,建議大家來之前先訂位。 十三香麻辣乾鍋是店內招牌菜之一,不得不點個吧!乾鍋主要是分虎蝦乾鍋、鮮蝦乾鍋或無底鍋,想試多一點的的選了無底鍋($58)! 無底鍋最少6款菜起炒,我選了田雞($48) 、牛柏葉($32)、雞腎($38)、寬粉、($28)、四季豆($28)和西蘭花($22) 乾鍋選了中辣,用了十三種香料炒成的乾鍋果然集色、香、味俱全,每一款食材均吸收了香料味道,香辣且惹味,叫人食指大動! 另外點了個水煮魚($148),選了大辣,用了蔥薑蒜,鮮辣椒油澆蓋。 水煮魚厚肉嫩滑,鍋內還備有有芽菜、金菇和薯粉,吸收辣油香味,惹味又好吃! 最後點了個老北京炸醬麵($53) 正宗北京風味的麵條配上芽菜、紅蘿蔔絲、青瓜絲非常美味啊!
