今日專程嚟到新蒲崗嘅手拉麵小廚,呢間小店好出名,食完之後覺得味道對得住名氣,係值得試嘅餐廳。麵條係由師傅即場手拉出嚟,粗幼均勻,彈牙而有嚼勁,烤雞排非常香,雞皮烤得香脆,係近來食過最好食嘅雞排。擔擔麵湯底好濃,不過唔算好香,但手拉麵掛汁能力好強,成碗嘢都好夾。小籠包好大粒飽滿,非常多湯汁,好食

住喺香港咁耐真係好少去新蒲崗,今日去Mami間公司度,順便經過見到呢一間小店,環境真係好平民好地道,冇話特別裝修得好光鮮,但係呢啲大概就係香港小店嘅特色,食地道風味。叫咗碗豬扒拉麵,好值得讚賞,個豬扒做得好入味,軟硬度適中。另外叫咗個羊面,個羊肉蘇味係我女朋友最鍾意食嘅感覺,所以兩個面都做得好出色!另外再叫咗個小籠包,個小籠包都等咗一陣,證明真係即叫即整,熱辣辣,好難唔好食!食物係好出色嘅,不過服務員長期都好似唔喺位咁,好多人都想叫佢埋單或者叫食物嘅時候佢都唔知去咗邊。

又一間新蒲崗名物,食上海菜既小店,地方雖然唔大,但都企理乾淨,姐姐都好好禮貌。豬扒担担湯拉麵,一上枱都忍唔住嘩一聲,塊豬扒成碗麵咁大,仲要係有番咁上下厚度,夠入味又唔會柴,担担湯帶有花生醬香味帶微辣,好啱送麵。拉麵唔係條條一樣粗幼,睇得出係人手拉先做到,食落係微微彈牙既口感。雲吞湯拉麵,雲吞都好大粒,滿滿既餡料,女仔淨係食雲吞已經飽左7成。小籠包好誇張,真係有女仔拳頭咁大一隻,而且外皮都係做得好薄,一口係放唔入成粒小籠包,食既時候要有 d 技巧先得。整體係份量極大又好味,絶對係可以 encore 既餐廳。

係bookmark咗好耐嘅餐廳,前排又係threads見到post話好好食,於是咁啱行開新蒲崗就決定試下。當日係星期日下晝兩點半,都有兩三個人排隊,真係人氣街坊餐廳。價錢比其他上海菜館貴啲,湯麵大概係$65一碗,不過係師傅即場手打,同埋味道好,都值得一試。我地兩個人叫咗一碗雞扒擔擔麵($65)同埋5個小籠包($55)。小籠包比以前食過嘅巨型好多,皮厚度適中,但係入面裝咗超多超多湯汁 (男朋友話太多lol),而且小心啲夾係唔容易爛,我覺得師傅工藝真係值得讚。至於雞扒擔擔麵,個雞扒有驚喜,烤得非常香,肉質嫩﹐手拉麵粗細不一有口感。個擔擔湯就比較杰身,相比起雞扒嚟講就中中挺挺。唯一要彈嘅係環境比較污糟

本來滿心期待嚟呢間試佢個小籠包,拖住小朋友都要過嚟入到去地方淺窄,環境有點污糟,本身見到有張枱吉咗出嚟想坐低,點知個阿姐立即叫我搭枱去隔離個男人張枱度,樓面兩個阿姐態度都唔係太好,之後對其他客人啲語氣都唔好佢餐牌啲價錢都唔算平叫咗個小籠包食,係呀上枱嗰陣時係真係嘩咗一聲,但食落口裏面啲湯汁係鹹嘅,唔係肉汁嘅鮮味,係豉油味,調味過重,個感覺好似食緊蒸肉餅有啲豉油咁樣,完全唔係嗰回事,出面求其一間都好食過佢,真係得個“大”字 $55
