每次來沙田新強記燒鵝火鍋海鮮酒家都是客人盈門,好多人都中意來吃點心,燒鵝,燒乳鴿,雞粥,確實味道出奇的好,不是坊間的飯店能做出來的美味。時菜鯪魚球挺大個,像小蘋果那樣大,形狀飽滿,端上來就散發出誘人的香氣。咬下去彈牙有彈性,質地鮮嫩,口感非常柔滑,每一口都充滿了鮮美的海鮮味道,撒上胡椒粉醬油就更好地凸顯魚肉的鮮美和風味,口感更加豐富,鹹香而不膩,讓人回味無窮。豆豉蒸鳳爪,鳳爪的外皮酥爛入味,內裏的肉質嫩滑和鮮美!黑椒牛仔骨,咬一口下去,牛仔骨的肉質細嫩、汁液豐富,與黑椒的香辣味完美融合!名副其實的蝦餃皇,蟹子燒賣皇,鮮蝦腐皮卷每一個都有大大隻鮮蝦,誠意十足,口感又彈又嫩,鮮嫩的蝦肉香味撲鼻而來。吃了還會再來吃,味道超好!

大圍新強記真係一間好方便嘅餐廳,正正響地鐵站隔離。渣車的話門口都有代客泊車40蚊。兩個人食今次叫咗三個餸,份量都好大好多,最後都要打包。而且上菜速度極快,師傅好手勢。第一味燒鵝王(例牌)$190,例牌份量都唔少,鵝香肉嫩,脆皮厚肉幾乎每次嚟都係必點菜式。椒鹽九肚魚$128,又係新強記招牌菜之一。九肚魚味道唔會俾椒鹽蓋過,熱度岩岩好,脆身。份量多,食唔晒最後打包第二日放入氣炸鍋反煮都係同一質素第三味冬日菜式 蒜子火腩大鱔煲$238,第一試嘅新菜式,估唔到鱔同火腩可以係咁夾。有驚喜,同樣份量大 兩個人係食唔喵哂。今次我就全散叫,俾埋個餐牌大家做個參考。

今天晚餐廳來到大圍的新強記這家酒家在我小時候已經有印象翻查資料原來一九七八年已經開業今日來吃個便飯所以都是點家常小菜店內的裝潢保留著八十年代酒樓風貌白紙皮石大圓柱電話間等都保留著二人點了椒鹽九肚魚紅燒乳鴿生炒糯米飯椒鹽九肚魚新鮮炸起外皮酥香份量多大大舊魚肉鮮嫩多汁絕對是香口送飯的不二之選除了家喻戶曉的沙田雞粥外紅燒乳鴿也是新強記的名物即叫即炸入口滾燙沒有不好吃的理由皮炸得香酥呈現美麗的香檳金色一口咬下去肉汁傾瀉而下一人吃一隻才夠過足癮果然是新強記的名物之一飯後敬送飯後糖水南瓜西米露這已是酒樓將近失傳的傳統了

沙田最強的雞粥和乳鴿,加埋懷舊點心,全在新強記吃得到。*新強記雞粥馳名得來是有道理的,粥底綿滑,雞件也嫩滑,無論是雞胸肉還是雞髀肉都不會鞋口,而且完全沒有雪味。記住它的一人份足兩人分享,砂煲上滾熱辣,雞件又多,好滿足。*乳鴿是妙齡的,個子小小,皮脆肉嫩,這兒的乳鴿不但炸得香脆,而且滷得入味,真是連骨頭也入味。*懷舊點心更是款款都吸引。有幾款是必吃:。南乳豬手:南乳醬非常惹味,豬手炆到軟腍但不爛,骨頭間連軟組織也吃得到。。雞絲蒸粉卷:粉皮包住雞肉和大量蔬菜,加點豉油,我覺得它比腸粉更好食,更好味。。黑糖馬拉糕:傳統做法,鬆軟軟綿而無過多的酵母味,一字曰正。
