星期六收工決定搵間居酒屋chill一chill。二話不說,首先點杯酒先。自家製梅酒,甜味、果酸味、酒味剛剛好,飲落亦順滑。朋友唔太飲酒,不過為免我飲獨酒,都點咗杯手作柚子。下酒菜有平時少見嘅串炸,點咗鵪鶉蛋串炸、沙錐魚串炸同三文親子串炸。特別推介三文親子串炸,炸完嘅三文魚唔會嚡,保持魚脂,食嘅時候一定要配埋三文魚子,更加鮮甜。炸雞亦係酒嘅好朋友。同韓式炸雞唔同,日式炸雞偏向調味比較輕,著重返食材嘅質素。炸雞好嫩滑。冬天時分最岩叫個鍋,朋友唔食牛,所以轉轉新口味,點咗味噌廣島蠔鍋。總共有5隻大大隻廣島蠔,全部都好肥味,有淡淡海水味。爐邊鍋仲有簡單配料,例如野菜、菇、冬粉。冬粉吸收曬味噌湯同廣島蠔味,超入味。全晚VIP係特制火炙左口魚邊醬油漬。火炙令左口魚升華到另一層次,油脂涌出嚟,魚質好柔軟。醬油漬用上柚子,令食甘香並充滿油脂嘅左口魚唔會膩。海膽甲羅燒配上燒飯團。甲羅燒好多蟹肉,豐富,食食下根本唔夠飯配甲羅燒。特上刺身盛合有三文魚、吞拿魚、油甘魚同埋帶子。店主好大方,刺身極厚身,質素亦好。整體而言,作為小型居酒屋,質素有驚喜,選擇亦多元化。

瀛燒居酒屋係一間位於荃灣嘅日本居酒,主打壽司、刺身、串燒。😍😍😍首先呢度提供原條季節魚刺身 種類嘅選擇亦很多 我哋揀了比売知刺身,非常新鮮,入口有少少腥味仲又好香,魚肉結實而且爽口。雞皮餃子用左雞皮取代麵粉皮,皮薄脆身,入口即化,餡料嫩滑,口感好香脆。其次,芝士年糕,軟糯彈牙,帶啲甜味,襯托出芝士嘅鮮香。👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻串燒非常出色,阿波尾雞翼燒得啱啱好,外皮香脆,唔會太老,真係令人回味。自家手作雞肉棒,肉質嫩滑,味道豐富。燒牛舌芯牛味重,咬落彈牙。接着,松葉蟹肉玉子燒,使用了日本雞蛋,入口軟綿,松葉蟹肉新鮮,蟹肉結實爽口,十分開胃。😆😆😆呢度亦有炸串,點了三文魚親子同埋海蝦,外脆內嫩,海鮮嘅鮮味都保留得好好,蝦肉咬落好爽,三文魚又香又滑。
