今次去咗一間日本菜嘅餐廳,試咗幾樣菜式,樣樣都幾好味!雞皮餃子外皮酥脆,內裡嘅餡料非常鮮味,外脆內軟。同埋即叫即做,所以好新鮮熱辣架!刺身三文魚同蝦都非常鮮甜,而且好大塊,又厚身,絕對冇偷工減料😂帆立貝肉質鮮味十足,而且大大粒,好正呀壽喜燒湯底嘅廣島蠔鍋,好香濃,蠔肉鮮美,大大隻,有6隻咁多😱😱配埋鍋入面嘅蔬,真係好滿足呀!照燒日本魷魚筒,魷魚肉質爽口彈牙。照燒汁唔會太甜。而且原隻魷魚真係大件夾抵食,食極都好似仲有咁😂另外仲有涼拌海蜇,酸酸甜甜嘅涼拌海蜇,呢個絕對係我最中意既菜式!海蜇非常爽口彈牙,配埋酸酸地嘅醬汁,真係好開胃又好味。最後仲食左一d炸物,有炸蓮藕、炸蝦同炸蠔等等,全部都外脆內軟。

今日和老婆去荃灣睇戲和行街,睇完戲就在附近搵嘢食,附近有很多食店,但老婆想食日本菜,經過附近有一間很有日本色彩的居酒屋,入到店內牆上貼滿很多日式海報,感覺身在日本🇯🇵這個清酒煮大蜆,首先點火令清酒的酒精揮發,清酒的餘香用來煮大蜆,加上京蔥和辣椒粒,大蜆放入昆布湯底,當蜆一開口就食得,看見肥美飽滿的蜆肉,非常吸引,蜆肉入口剛剛好,十分鮮嫩,鮮甜。而這個昆布湯底也一絕,湯底加了大蜆清汁和辣椒的提鮮,這個湯好好味,正!汁煮螺這個是凍食,煮得非常入味,螺肉入口煙煙韌韌,醬汁調得非常出色,這個我很喜歡。特色燒飯團表面燒到微焦金黃色,入口飯團外脆內軟,外層脆脆的感覺,芝麻和紫菜的香味,而內裏香糯嘅米飯,食完十分滿足。時令日本生蠔,非常新鮮,微微的海水味不太鹹,蠔味濃郁很creamy,超級好味。串炸有鵪鶉蛋、冬菇、秋葵、三文親子串,串炸表面炸得香脆可口,三文魚表面加了三文魚子和沙律,入口外脆內軟,加了沙律很醒胃。原條鯛魚燒表面燒到金黃微焦,慢慢咀嚼,口腔內裏食得出魚肉的鮮甜,有汁並不乾身。最後加上一杯手作柚子和一杯提子特飲,香甜的提子味,冇得彈。
