一直聽聞呢間日本吉列牛受到不少年青人的好評,今次終於有時間一試頂級安格斯牛吉列御膳 $368採用美國安格斯肩胛肉,每份大約十塊醬汁分別有蛋黃醬,鹽,蒜汁🧄逐塊放在爐上,燒大約20秒即可,牛不用熟透,才能保證肉質鮮嫩,油不是太多,牛肉條紋十分靚外脆內軟的口感,牛肉十分冧,放進口裏細味咀嚼,令人急不及待燒下一塊加了額外小菜,配上紫薯、南瓜、翠玉瓜等一起燒併炸芝麻雞翼🐤表皮十分脆,十分惹味和風照燒雞扒定食 $148 晚市一人分量黑松露肉碎沙律🥗令人十分開胃高麗菜西冷豚肉湯,湯的材料十分豐富,有不同的蔬菜配搭日本米飯🍚🇯🇵十分香,米飯份量飽滿照燒雞扒十分滑嫩,雞皮亦十分薄,配上醬汁十分夾

今日下午去咗呢間餐廳點左個價錢唔平大概130蚊,但係質素欠佳嘅魚生飯, 成碗飯只有兩片 薄切三文魚,兩隻細蝦,及兩細片北寄貝同埋兩小玉子。 性價比極低!!! 另外魚生味道唔新鮮, 三文魚啲味道叔叔地 ,啲飯仲有啲怪味。 唯一好處係個麵豉湯煮得唔錯。最後 ,間舖頭明明貼住所有信用卡嘅logo, 但最後話午市唔收信用卡, 完全冇在任何地方講清楚。見到呢間餐廳有好多好評,我懷疑可能大部分都係自己友, 星期六午市去到成間餐廳得三枱客,烏蠅飛過都聽到。一定唔會再光顧

本身是牛魔王的我,每逢去到食肆的餐廳都會一定食牛,今晚去到太子西洋菜街(琥酌)居酒屋出名是食吉列牛,就讓我試吓這餐廳出名的高質吉列牛。燒芝士冬菇,燒芝士脆肉瓜,兩種蔬菜芝士味都好濃香,新鮮健康。配菜可以放喺爐上自己燒。店員送上安格斯牛吉列及一個高溫的炸爐,並提議將牛肉放在上面只可煎15-20秒就可進食,不宜太久。頂級安格斯牛吉列御膳$368,厚切的安格斯沾上吉列炸醬,食起時牛肉外面吉列邊脆口,而牛肉裏面的肉質還保留住肉汁香濃。芝麻雞翼~賣相精緻,外脆內軟加上芝麻,非常脆口惹味。蕎麥麵的麵質煙韌,蕎麥味清香,十分健康。

明太子手羽燒 (⭐⭐⭐⭐💢)
接著便是明太子雞翼,是即叫即燒的,上枱時還是熱辣辣。雞翼燒得香口,而且比較乾身,吃起來有一點脆口。裏面的明太子份量也十分多,為雞翼的味道加了層次感。而且雞翼預先拆去雞骨,十分方便,吃起來啖啖肉。

吉列牛一直都好出名,呢日就搵咗一位朋友同我一齊去食。 我哋嗌左一個天婦羅蝦,新鮮熱辣咁炸出嚟,真係好香口,好好食。啲蝦肉好彈牙,調味啱啱好唔會太淡唔會太鹹。跟住就梗係試吓呢度最出名嘅吉列牛扒啦,個牛扒外面炸得好香脆但係入面呢就仲係生嘅,佢有個好熱嘅鐵板,可以自己煎個牛扒,調教生熟度。我通常每邊煎十幾秒,就啱啱好。佢仲有三款調味可以揀,咁我就鍾意原汁原味,我淨係會點小小鹽,調一調個味。咁就好好食㗎啦。另外除咗牛之外,我仲叫咗一個雞扒定食,個雞扒定食好豐富又有沙律,又有湯,又有甜品。個雞扒都好好味,個燒汁令到個雞好好食。麵豉湯入面,都有好多料。 兩個人食,其實根本都食唔晒咁多嘢啦,個甜品係一粒泡芙,系好普通嗰隻冇乜特別。

成個月冇食到日本野,又身痕啦🤣 上網搵到呢間,居然有我好鐘意既蕎麥冷麵呀!!book 啦⋯⋯🤣地點好方便,太子站一出,行1-2分鐘就到。附近好多餐廳,但佢門口既裝修同埋牌匾確係好吸睛,對眼一掃就搵到。6點幾去到已經好幾枱客,見人地食燒吉列牛,我d口水已經流緊🤤 二話不說,就叫左個牛同冷蕎麥面先🤣另外叫多個明太子雞翼。安格斯吉列牛肉:自己燒系列,燒左唔使1分鐘,就食得啦,附送芝麻醬,芥茉漿同埋喜馬拉雅山岩鹽,第一次點岩鹽,覺得牛本身個味道同鹽好夾,而且帶出牛味,其實只要牛新鮮,基本上佢本身個味都好夠。蕎麥冷麵:竟然有粒生嘅鵪鶉蛋,第一次見,原來係正宗食法,生鵪鶉蛋同蕎麥冷麵撈匀,啲面係勁滑㗎。將Wasabi同蔥粒到落湯度,然後用來點冷麵,湯底唔會太鹹,啱啱好,加埋Wasabi簡直就絕配,麵質煙煙韌韌,口感好好。明太子雞翼:去骨雞翼,入面塞滿明太子,淹得好夠味,燒得好香。

蕎麥冷麵:竟然有粒生嘅鵪鶉蛋,第一次見,原來係正宗食法,生鵪鶉蛋同蕎麥冷麵撈匀,啲面係勁滑㗎。將Wasabi同蔥粒到落湯度,然後用來點冷麵,湯底唔會太鹹,啱啱好,加埋Wasabi簡直就絕配,麵質煙煙韌韌,口感好好。
