成日行過世宙,都以為聚豐燒鵝小廚係普通茶餐廳,食下碟頭飯,呢晚同朋友想搵食之際,再次行經呢度,先發現原來呢度食物係咁多元化,有打邊爐之餘,仲有好多地道鑊氣小菜。由於都好想搵返果種大排檔小炒味道,於是決定同朋友入黎一試,仲要好有驚喜呢晚我地叫左豉椒鹹菜鵝腸 ($88)、豬潤滑雞煲 ($88)、腰果大蝦仁 ($98)、豉油皇炒麵($78)同埋姬松茸螺片燉老雞湯($48),再加一杯凍檸茶($20) 和熱檸茶($17)。豉椒鹹菜鵝腸 ,新鮮鵝腸十分肥美,口感爽脆啖啖嫩,豉椒味濃,十分惹味。至於個豬潤滑雞煲,平時雞煲最驚比晒無肉的雞骨, 但呢度雞件十分厚實,醬汁又好入味,認真一流。而我好鍾意個腰果大蝦仁,因為佢地用料好新鮮,D西芹好爽、腰果唔會太咸、蝦仁肉質新鮮,食完有少少油嘅菜式再食腰果大蝦仁,感覺好清新。 一路點菜,一路睇食評,見到豉油皇炒麵好似幾靚,於是又叫返一碟。而呢個決定一D都無錯,佢個鼓油皇炒麵唔會死咸,D麵質感仲要好有咬口,我地兩個其實都食到好飽,但都忍唔住要chur晒成碟麵,認真Lam Lam脷最後兩個人一齊飲姬松茸螺片燉老雞湯,個湯好足料,但又唔會落味精,食完D小菜後,叫返一碗

店員傾談,了解到老闆原來有多年入廚經驗,所以餐廳供應的多是老闆的撚手菜式。而且供客人飲用的茶亦是挑選較靚之茶膽冲砌而成,所有都用心製作,難怪越夜越多客,全埸爆滿。而且不少都是一家人來家庭聚餐。老闆亦十分好客,經常與客人有說有笑,交流食物心得,令人感到賓至如歸。推薦要一試呢間有驚喜嘅小廚。
