最近搬咗新屋,所以就好想探索下附近有咩好食。我睇咗呢個YouTube Channel叫做海鮮研究社,佢地好推介呢間餐廳,所以我就決定去試下啦。我叫咗晚市孖寶,因為見到好多人都點呢個C,就覺得應該好好食。我家大人好鍾意食咕嚕肉,而我中意食大蜆,所以我地就再叫咗一份。除咗呢啲,我地都點咗一個奇味雞煲。加埋一碗白飯同我最愛嘅青島啤酒,就開始食啦。我覺得啲菜色嘅賣相好好,真係好食得嚕!咕嚕肉好滑好嫩,啲醬汁又好香,搞到我係咁追住食,大蜆都好新鮮,好咬好爽口。啲雞煲都好好味,啲雞肉好滑好嫩,啲湯汁又好濃郁。我覺得加咗啲白飯真係好好食得嚕!我最愛嘅青島啤酒都好開胃,同啲菜色一齊食更加加倍享受!我覺得喺呢區難得少有高質嘅中菜館。

長沙灣樓上中菜館一坐低店員就會放低一碟小菜,係涼拌雲耳同埋豆角,酸酸地鹹鹹哋幾開胃,涼拌調味亦都唔錯。叫咗一份細嘅酸菜魚,但係其實非常大份,足夠三至四個人食。要咗鯛魚,所以魚肉好爽好有彈性,同埋預約處於啱啱熟嘅狀態,唔會好乾柴。酸菜魚入邊仲有其他配菜,例如雲耳萵筍粉絲。又酸又辣,越食越上癮。之後叫咗半隻扁皮鴨,有8片。最值得讚係佢個餅皮,想啲嘅時候仲好熱,所以保持到餅皮好鬆軟唔會硬身,而且餅皮好薄,就咁食過好好味。片皮鴨腳鴨有皮有肉,食落唔會好油膩,而且個烤鴨亦都好香,可以見到塊皮仲係有油光,好新鮮。

今日喺葵興上堂 ,專登拉埋honey來附近搵食 ,見到開飯網介紹呢度啲套餐孖寶抵食又好食, 所以嚟試下。見到個門面都幾靚呀,原來呢度唔單止有粵菜,仲有川京菜食, 上到一樓餐廳, 餐廳好大 ,菜式選擇好多, 店員姐姐都好有禮貌, 先開茶再送上小食, 碟小食係四季豆雲耳, 小小辣, 都幾好味 ,醒胃又開胃。 我哋叫咗個孖寶餐,再加一碟手撕包菜, 孖寶餐係叉燒加蒸石斑魚, 碟叉燒厚切上, 肥瘦兼備, 燒得香甜鬆軟 ,就算瘦肉部分一啲都唔柴, 嫩滑美味, 比得上名店嘅叉燒出品, 非常值得推薦。 跟住到啲碟蒸石斑上枱,雖然唔大條,但係肯定係好新鮮,魚肉係雪白嘅, 食落又嫩又滑 ,加埋啲蒸魚豉油,較得好好味 ,食到舐舐脷 ,停唔到口, 骨都選到乾乾淨淨。最後係碟手撕包菜 ,好大一碟, 四個人都夠食, 可惜辣咗少少 ,下次來記得叫走辣, 廣東人食辣係渣啲。食完飯仲有海帶綠豆糖水送,煲得超正, 唔係好甜 ,啲綠豆仲係大大粒,煲到啱啱好唔會太爛,有少少豆咬口,食得好過癮好滿足。 食飯食到七點幾都已經差不多坐滿人,可見呢度好受歡迎 ,非常之熱鬧,如果係週末肯定爆棚。

跟住到啲碟蒸石斑上枱,雖然唔大條,但係肯定係好新鮮,魚肉係雪白嘅, 食落又嫩又滑 ,加埋啲蒸魚豉油,較得好好味 ,食到舐舐脷 ,停唔到口, 骨都選到乾乾淨淨。

餐廳地點好方便,門口大大個招牌好易搵。樓下係賣外賣既燒味檔口,樓上係堂食,上到樓發現都幾旺場!店內環境整潔舒適,服務態度親切周到。總體來說,是一家值得推薦的餐廳。餐前小食多寶(叉燒+蒸魚)叉燒非常美味,肉質鮮嫩多汁,入口即化,配上甜而不膩的醬汁。而且份量十足,價格也相當實惠。蒸魚非常推薦,魚肉鮮嫩,搭配上清淡的薑絲和豉油,味道十分搭配。而且蒸得剛好,不會太乾或太生,保留了魚肉的原味。西蘭花炒鮮魷魚西蘭花綠色清新,口感爽脆,鮮魷魚彈牙有嚼勁,而且炒得十分入味,味道鮮香可口。整道菜色健康無味精,非常適合想吃清淡又美味的人。食完飯仲送糖水-紅豆沙,紅豆非常大粒,而且煲到起沙,味道又不會過甜,值得一讚!

到長沙灣探朋友,我倆都說吃日菜太多,不如改吃中菜吧,這識途老馬帶我上一家要行樓梯、地舖買二餸飯的中菜館。上到去是傳統中菜館模式,目測顧客大多以街坊為主,可想而知口碑不錯。翻開餐牌有不少特價惹味菜式,價格也相當抵吃。前菜也值得一提,這個麻辣木耳,十分開胃,麻而不太辣,而且份量也不少呢!通常一般酒樓的特價孖寶衹有一、二項選擇,但這裡的特價孖寶卻有五項選擇之多,樣樣都想吃,弄得我心大心細,最後我倆終於選了B項的果皮蒸鮑魚加脆皮燒腩仔,心想應該份量不多,可以多試更多菜色。誰知先來的脆皮燒腩仔,份量不少之餘也相當好味,叫它化皮燒腩仔較適合,因外皮不祇是脆這麼簡單,而半肥瘦燒腩仔,調味恰到好處,值得推介。另外一寶果皮蒸飽魚用真正果皮清蒸,果皮香氣四溢,每人各3隻,大快朶頤。因先前以為孖寶份量很少,所以也多叫了一個菠蘿生炒骨,這個也是很考功夫的菜色,難處在於如何把生炒骨炸得内嫩外脆,酸味恰到好處,這家廚師做得到了。另一個是海味雜菜煲,這菜色雖然沒什麼功夫可言,但勝在蔬菜種類夠多、夠鮮、夠熱,它都做到了,沒令人失望。現在很多酒樓都沒有贈送糖水的了,但這酒樓仍維持這一貼心服務,確實抵讚。
