因為怕辣 所以坐低先叫個豬骨湯底~

超水準打邊爐都有幾年冇黎大角咀呢一帶打邊爐,今次再黎去左呢一間叫財記,好味到拍晒手掌呀!我地冇特別叫貴價食物,只係叫左比較貼地餸菜,但比較下,佢真係特別好食,湯底都係叫左出名嘅豬骨湯,鐘意吸佢啲骨髓,黎到果然冇令人失望,好大舊,仲好多骨髓添,好味道呀!之後當然不少得本地肥牛,真材實料,新鮮,一個字正!佢比其他的切得厚少少,所以好有口感,而且好嫩滑。 另外叫左桂花蚌,好爽呀,滾兩滾就食得,好新鮮,冇得頂!價錢仲可以接受添! 仲有田雞!新鮮到佢上碟嘅時候啲神經仲彈下彈下,雞肉好嫩骨,必食之選!當然有例牌墨魚滑蝦滑,同樣出色,真係好彈牙,份量又吾少,抵食。最後叫左叫牛胸爽,雖然係牛嘅部分,但原來係白色的。相樣滾幾秒後食得,呢個幾特別,幾有趙口,有少少軟骨,口感不錯!整體來講呢間火鍋店係我食過嘅數一數二高質食材,會再去!

春菜喺出面比較少見,有得食梗係要叫!味道有少少唐蒿菜咁,好回味呀。

人多仲可以book坐廂房,有電視睇又舒服,私人空間又夠,下次有機會都會再黎!

兩條友係旺角行到攰,想搵野食,但旺角人多又迫, 都唔知食咩好,特然想打邊爐,又唔想任食食埋啲唔知咩野, 咁打電話問功課,個朋友就話不如落大角咀啦, 好多野食,咁就介紹左財記比我地,一聽個名好似好舊有啲驚,去到眼前一亮又新又乾淨,入面仲有房添!!!由於得兩個人既關係嗌唔到好多野食,而啲份量仲要大!! 新淨光猛叫左個酸菜鯇魚湯底, 正呀又飲得,不過再煲煲下就酸左啲,要加湯手切肥牛墨魚滑,大到呢桶蠔,隻隻手板咁大炸魚皮,即炸,我覺得厚得濟,但另外個frd話正到爆赤貝剌身,正!!

本地手切肥牛。。。我印象中以前唔係咁樣蝴蝶開邊,以前係一塊塊無乜根,無咁厚,而家呢個就比較有咬口,肉味夠濃,厚身少少,我就一般,始終以前係因為呢碟肥牛而愛上,但已改變了。。。

今次只能說一般,真心無以前咁好食,我對上一次食,間舖都未擴大,以前啲職員比較好。。
建議食客:如果有興趣叫海鮮呢度係真心唔錯,今次因爲友人不好海鮮,反而有另一方面見解, 服務有待改善,有進步空間。

一般食法都比我食到400/位😂😂

差啲漏左支竹遮茅根。。。「好水」
